Brain hacking, also called mind hacking, is an application of some tools and techniques in a certain way, so as to trick your brain into believing things the way you want. It is the ‘intelligence factor’ that separates human beings from other species. The human mind has tremendous possibilities that one can ever think of. Isn’t it interesting to know that you can actually trick your mind to respond in a certain way, improve your intelligence and also enhance your cognitive skills!
In other words, brain hacking is your brain’s unique way of improving its normal functioning and increasing different dimensions. This is possible because your brain has the ability to improve its structure and functionality, also known as neuroplasticity. This is not just a fun technique, but also a key to evolving oneself in a higher way. Although there is a number of brain hacking techniques that you can apply, I have listed out only 5 hacks, easy but potent ones to trick your brain in minutes.
Smiling – Brain hack to feel happy naturally
You all must have noticed that when you are happy inside out for some reason, a beautiful upward curve shows up naturally on your face. When someone smiles at you, it radiates good vibrations in you and makes you pass a smile too. Smile is known to be very contagious as it lightens up the atmosphere and makes everyone feel good.
The act of smiling releases dopamine and serotonin – some of the ‘feel-good’ chemicals of the body. So the next time you are unhappy or agitated, do a little effort of smiling for some seconds. Your brain will get naturally tricked into thinking that you are happy and release some of your happy and stress-free hormones.
Studying at spaced intervals
I came to know about this brain hack from one of my History teacher way back in school. She advised me to study at spaced intervals, rather than cramming over the notes for hours at stretch. A 5-10 minute break between every 45 minutes of study proves to be very helpful to retain the information in your brain. This brain hack technique tricks your mind into believing that it is acquiring fresh information (without strain), even after hours of studying.
Raj Bapna, author of a famous book titled ‘Raj Bapna’s Mindpower Study Techniques’, has also talked about a similar brain hack technique which works wonders for students when studying for long hours. In his book, he has explained this in the form of a graph showing how one’s brain retains more information and sharper memory when short intervals are incorporated into studies. He has also shown a retarding- straight line graph depicting the stagnancy of memory when a person studies for long hours at a stretch.
Brain hacking with visualization
This is the simplest of all technique if you know how to use your imagination well. When you are sad, or you feel like things are not going your way, you should definitely try this. Try to visualize a wonderful scenario in mind intensely. Use all of your five senses to create that vision. This creates sensation and emotion in you and tricks your brain into believing the scenario.
For instance, I usually visualize myself in the midst of a forest sitting in a nearby tree or sitting on a rock and cleansing myself under a waterfall. I create the atmosphere of a forest, the sound of birds chirping around, the sensation of my foot on bare earth. As I slowly open my eyes, I feel so good mentally, as if everything that happened was real. This is the power of this simple brain hack technique. It alters your emotion and feelings.
Memory palace – A powerful brain hack technique
This is a powerful brain hack technique that helps to store and recall a lot of information especially long list of things. It’s very simple. Whenever you have to remember a large list of things, connect those words with the things that you already know. Like for example, you can create a memory map in your mind, and fit the new information into it so that your mind will be able to relate to it.
Form a memory palace (mind map) of your neighborhood in your mind. Divide your information and place each bit of it in a specific area of the map, like one into your nearby shop, one into a parlor, and so on. So the next time you want the list, you can simply recall your neighborhood map containing the stored information. Your brain associates an old memory with a new one and keeps a record of it easily.
Rewire your brain to shrink pain
Different brain hacking methods have been experimented to trick one’s brain to abate pain, physical or mental. Some of them are Mirror therapy, inverted binoculars, etc. But to use these, you need to possess certain tools. One of the simplest ways of tricking your brain into feeling less pain is breathing. Yes, you have read it right. You can shrink your pain by breathing in a certain way. This technique is known as bio-energetic breathing.
It is not like meditation where you are usually told to take slow and deep breaths. In this technique, you have to breathe as fast as you can for a span of up to 10 minutes. See that your inhalation and exhalation are deep and complete, and yet fast in pace. This, of course, doesn’t relax you; instead, it creates emotions in you and clears off any emotional blockages in your mind and body. This brain hack technique recreates your feelings and pumps out your pain in minutes.
So here ends my list of some cool and interesting brain hack techniques that will help rewire your brain in minutes. There are a number of other ways too that you can use to trick your brain. If you know about any other brain hack techniques, you can write them in the comments below.

Traveling lonely woman sitting near forest lake and looking far away.
First, it’s important for us to know what is loneliness. Loneliness has been defined differently by many. Oxford English Dictionary defines loneliness as “
Sadness because one has no friends or company.‘feelings of depression and loneliness’
The fact of being without companions; solitariness.
Loneliness is often defined in terms of one’s connectedness to others, or more specifically as “theunpleasant experience that occurs when a person’s network of social relations is deficient in some important way”
Psychologists have defined loneliness in a different sense pertaining to the mind, “as the distressing experience that occurs when one’s social relationships are perceived to be less in quantity, and especially in quality, than desired“.
Loneliness is a symptom of depression. Loneliness in its general sense means feeling low about being socially isolated from the people around us and from society at large.
Loneliness is a serious issue which can effect you at any age. These days generally people in their 30s are more likely to feel lonely. Feeling lonely is okay but if it is taking all the good opportunities from you to grow as a person then it is an issue to worry for. Even students are prone to loneliness as students really go through a high time in every field.
Ask yourself have I felt lonely, I am sure we all do feel lonely sometimes or the other. It’s quite natural for us to feel lonely in this fast-changing world where everything around us is changing rapidly from technology to our relationship with people around us. Loneliness is different for each individual as some people feel lonely sometimes or rarely or never or always. Loneliness is not a disease which cannot be cured one can easily get rid of it without doing much.
Here we bring you some tips which will help you to get rid away of loneliness
Don’t worry you are at right place as today we are going to give you some tips to get rid of loneliness.
1. Have A Good Talk

The first thing which one can do to get rid of loneliness is talking to someone. It can be anyone the people around you, your family members or your close friends or even strangers in short people who are ready to listen to you without judging you or blaming you always. Having a good talk with your teachers too with whom you feel connected will also help. If you are fortunate enough to live with your grandparents believe me spending time with them, mere listening to their meaningful stories and experiences you will feel much better. Spend time, have a talk with your grandparents and parents to help you.
You need not to always share your problems or things which are bothering you just having a good talk with them will make you realize how much blessed you are. If not grandparents or parents you can always have a heart to heart talk with your siblings or cousins who will understand you and will never make you feel lonely.
2. Listening to Music

Beautiful ballerina dancing in studio
The next thing which one can do to not to feel lonely is dancing to the beats of your favorite song. Dancing is also like therapy to forget all that is happening around or in your life. I have seen people who were really lonely but they never let the world know about their loneliness because when they danced it was their best performance which was quite showing on their face. Dancing is the best thing to do whenever you feel lonely. You don’t need to be best at it just close your room switch on the television or laptop search the best song raise the volume and start dancing you don’t need to think of the embarrassment as none is watching you.You have a room to yourself to dance madly, dance till you are happy again to face the world. There are many dancing forms for you to dance from Classical to Contemporary the list is long.
You can also form a group for you where members are also facing the same struggles as you are all together you can take part in many dancing competitions which keep happening around your area. There are also many folk dances to dance on as in our country even Dance keeps us united as every state has its own dance form which can be mixed with other dance forms easily. Dancing will really help you to come out of your loneliness. You need not dance like Michael Jackson every time but you need to dance with full devotion in it.
6. Reading and Writing
The next thing which you can always do to cure loneliness irrespective of any age is nothing but reading and writing always. It is like meditation where you feel the solace in a different way which was unknown to you. Believe me once you start reading and writing there is no point in turning back to the lonely world out there. Reading and writing has been a friend to us when none is there for us for centuries. Read, read and read because doing so will help you in realizing that you are not alone. Characters from a fictional world become our friends in reality too as we keep relating to our favourite characters. Writing is the best thing to do when feeling lonely. Have a diary with you every time when loneliness kicks in start expressing yourself in words which will surely make you happy. You can make a collection of good quotations & lines which will help you in feeling good every time you feel lonely. Grab a book, a pen , a huge cup of coffee/tea and there is no way for loneliness to kick in. It will help you in the long run. People who disturb you in your reading or writing time throw them out of the room or just avoid them or give them a book to read.
7. Watching Good Movies
People in 3d glasses with popcorn and drinks watching movie in cinema. Entertainment business
The next thing to do in order to not to feel lonely is watching movies, not just watching any random movies but some really nice & good movies which develop inspiration in you to feel good again. Go for some nice inspirational movies which inspire you to be better and give you a positive perspective towards life, and also show you the way to deal with your problems with a new zeal. Language should not be an obstacle for you to watch some really good movies. If you are watching any new language movie then don’t worry you have a subtitle for you, the majority of movies have English in their subtitle list. You should not watch any movie just for the sake of watching try to find something in that movie which helps you to feel good when these lonely thoughts come to your mind.
One tip is to make a diary in which you can write the best dialogues of a movie which you watch. Write only the dialogues which touch your heart and the dialogues which you can remember. Every movie has some inspiration in it you just need to search that inspiration which will become a driving force for you to heal from the lonely thoughts. GO out and watch a movie with your family and friends or if none is free to go out with you go solo because the mind remembers the best experiences in which there is some emotional connection attached to it. Trust us you will never regret watching any good movie. Some of the best movies which you can watch are Dear Zindagi, 3 Idiots among many others. When everyone is out ‘enjoying’ on weekends you can enjoy at your own home in your comfort zone. Switch on the laptop and watch any good movie.
8.Keeping Yourself Busy
The next thing which everyone can do is keeping yourself so busy that there is no time for our thoughts to wander. Invest this time in doing something productive. For students studies and their career can help them better to avoid lonely thoughts. For professionals working and meeting all the deadlines can be a great help for them to keep away from such thoughts. Yes, we do understand that it may be tough but believe us try to do this for good seven days and you will yourself start experiencing the change in you and with the time you will become pro at it. For this you can join a hobby class for students it will be easy as these days many schools & colleges provide hobby classes for their students & in these classes they give many things to choose from like beauty makeup, cooking, painting, singing and many other classes. Portrait of Asian medical doctor working outdoor on the green park background
For the majority of medical students, they’ve gone through years and years of training and education. First there was college, then taking the MCAT, then medical school and then finally residency. For many, it seemed like the journey would never end. You’d pass through one wall just to have a few more in your way.
Once you’re past all of that, however, you need to start looking for jobs. While many places are expecting a doctor shortage over the next two decades, you shouldn’t just run at whoever gives you the first job offer.
But at the same time, you don’t want to be without work for too long. After all, you have loans to pay back and plenty of other bills will start coming in soon enough. If you’re looking for some help finding your dream job, check out some of the suggestions below.
The Red Tape
While you may feel like your schooling is over, and it might be, you should start thinking if you’re going to need any kind of specialization or certain licensure before you start working. Some of these specialties require more training and possibly another round of residency.
In addition, you’ll want to check out the state in which you intend to practice medicine. Some states have stricter requirements than others when it comes to obtaining your medical license. You may have to pass an exam, go in front of a board or both. So don’t take what your friend did three states over as the final word.
Take care of the red tape to know if you’ll be searching right away or may delay it a few years.
2. Connections
It’s a job-hunting tip as old as time: “It’s not what you know, it’s who you know.” While you might be able to find and fake a job in finance because your neighbor’s father is looking for someone, you’re probably not going to be able to fake surgery or cardiology.
You should still study, but just remember connections are key.
Connections can be anyone out there, from old medical school classmates, your mom’s friend who works at a hospital to someone you meet in a coffee shop. Having someone put in a word for you or help guide you to your first job can make a big difference.
If you feel like you don’t know anyone, see if you can make a connection through your LinkedIn profile. A friend might know someone who works in a hospital. Take them out to lunch and pick their brain to see if anything is available or opening.
3. The Resume
Your resume is likely going to be the first thing staff and recruiters see about you. It’s essentially the professional representation of you on paper so your resume to make a great first impression. In doing so, there needs to be specific information on your resume. Look for examples of medical resumes online if you don’t have one and make sure it’s up-to-date. The basic information that needs to be on there includes, but is not limited to:
Contact information
Education
Relevant Skills
Volunteer Experience
References
Work Experience and Job Responsibilities
Objective
Depending on your specialty, see if you can find similar resumes and try to imitate their lingo and highlighted experience. It helps to tailor your resume to certain job postings or announcements as well. You don’t want to cast a wide net every time.
Speaking of a wide net…
4. Job Browsing
If you don’t feel like you know anyone or want to start out on your own, it’s time to hit the online job boards. Here is where it’s tempting to cast a wide net over everything. You might want to go the “easy apply” route and send out your cover letter and resume in mass.
Make sure you’re going over each job announcement with a fine-toothed comb. You don’t want to start working at a clinic or hospital only to find out the hours don’t fit with your life schedule or it’s a trek to get to every day. This is your career, you will have to sacrifice some things but you shouldn’t have to sacrifice everything.
5. Be Personable
Remember that hospitals and clinics just aren’t hiring bodies, they’re hiring people. While your place of work may never resemble Scrubs, don’t be afraid to be yourself in the interview and following steps.
You’re going to be working with these people daily and around them all the time. Don’t try and act like someone else during the interview because you think it will help you get ahead. Eventually, you won’t be able to keep it up and people will start to notice you acting differently. Act natural and eventually, your next job will come to you.

Juicy ripe nectaplums and buckled Heirloom tomatoes are
the base for this salad. However, it will add more flavors with the help of
some mini mozzarella balls, purple basil and red onions whereas everything
needs to be tossed in a balsamic and olive oil dressing.
I’m all over sweet and savory fruit salads in the summer
because sometimes green leaves can become a little old-school after a while.
Let’s back up and talk nectaplums. A cross-breed between the nectarine and plum
that is juicy and deep red this fruit produces like crazy per annum on behalf
of me from our tree.
Heirloom tomatoes are always fun to use because of the
weird shapes you can find, but once you taste a regular tomato against an
heirloom you’ll notice the difference right off the bat. If you create this
salad, replacing the purple basil for everyday green shouldn’t be a difficulty,
and if you can’t realize nectaplums use peaches however attempt to follow the
heirloom tomato because of that awesome flavor!

13. Zucchini And Fresh Corn Salad With Lemon-Basil Vinaigrette
This salad recipe is a no-cook raw recipe that gets in spunk from a garlic-flavored lemon-basil vinaigrette and chunks of goat cheese that will lightly marinate with thin squash peels and freshly shucked corn kernels.
We took yellow squash and zucchini and shaved them into
delicate ribbons with a simple vegetable peeler. I suggest you cut the ends of
the zucchini off first, then gently peel lengthwise until you hit the seeds and
middle, which will become thin and watery. When you’re done, the middle should
be in a stout, squared column that you can toss in the compost or garbage.
Next, I cut sweet, plump bi-color corn kernels right off
the cob, and add them to the bed of squash. The simple however completely tasty
sauce vinaigrette involves garlic, fragrant basil and a bowl of lemons.
This is where we get our spunk, with a bit of Dijon added
in. The beauty of this dressing is it gently marinades and totally flavors the
raw ingredients.
Ingredients
• 1 small
or medium zucchini
• 1 small
or medium yellow squash
• 1 ear of
corn shucked and cleaned, with the kernels, cut off the cob
• 1-ounce
goat cheese
• Lemon-Basil
Vinaigrette recipe below
• Red
pepper flakes
• Kosher
salt and freshly ground black pepper
• A few
leaves of fresh torn basil
• *optional:
A few tablespoons of toasted pine nuts
For
the Lemon-Basil Vinaigrette
• 1/2 cup
good olive oil
• 3 tablespoons
fresh lemon juice
• 1
tablespoon fresh basil chopped
• 1
teaspoon Dijon mustard
• 1 clove
minced fresh garlic
• Required
freshly ground black pepper and Kosher salt to taste
Instructions
:
For
the Salad
With
a wide vegetable peeler, peel the zucchini and squash lengthwise into long
ribbons (discarding the middle — you’ll know when you get to it because the
squash will get too thin and watery.) Place the ribbons in a good-sized bowl or
plate, alternating so you can see equal amounts of green and yellow. Add the
corn kernels and about 2 tablespoons of vinaigrette. Toss. Add salt, freshly
ground pepper and chili flakes to taste. Add the goat cheese and garnish with
recently torn basil.
For
the Lemon-Basil Vinaigrette :
Add all of the ingredients to a small jar with a lid and
shake well. Season with more salt and pepper to taste.
Note:
You’ll have vinaigrette leftover to use on other salads, or make this one
again!

Grilled Chicken Mango Salad with Mango Cilantro Dressing
is loaded with cucumbers, peppers, avocado and has a crazy good dressing that
doubles up as a marinade! Best summer salad ever!

for the grilled chicken
• 1
tablespoon Olive Oil
• 6
Chicken Thighs, skinless and boneless
• 1/2 cup
Mango Cilantro Dressing
For

Lettuce, roughly chopped
• 2
Cucumbers, diced
• 1 Bell
Pepper, sliced thinly
• 1 ripe
avocado, sliced or cubed
• 1/2 cup
Cilantro, roughly chopped
• 1/2 cup
Mango Cilantro Salad Dressing
Instructions
:
Start by marinating the chicken in half a cup of mango cilantro salad dressing. Set aside for 15 minutes.
Add olive oil to a grill pan, and cook the chicken for 15 minutes, turning halfway. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
To prepare the salad to add lettuce leaves, cucumbers, Avacado, bell pepper, cilantro and grilled chicken in a large bowl. Pour the dressing on high and toss to combine. Serve immediately or the salad will get soggy.
Notes
:
From my point of view, half a cup of dressing
for this salad size is enough however, you can adjust the amount of dressing as
per your choice.
If you found the salad dressing is too much
thick then simply add one or two tablespoons of water to it and shake well to
make it thin.
If serving the salad later, add the dressing
just before serving or the salad will become soggy If you want to serve the
salad later, then add the dressing.

18. Honey Mustard Chicken Salad With Bacon & Avocado
I am damn sure this best honey mustard chicken salad
recipe tried and remade again and again by you after reading its recipe. The
best honey mustard dressing is right here! Not only does it double as the
dressing and marinade, but it also creates the most deliciously crispy, golden
edges on the chicken, giving us even more flavor! May the mustard gods help me!
So creamy and sweet and tangy… the perfect balance all in one!
In less than 15 minutes you have caramelized and tender
honey mustard chicken thighs. If you don’t have time to marinade them for the
suggested couple of hours, it’s absolutely fine to cook them right away. You
use a grill or sear them in a skillet. The choice is yours!
Wash and prepare your salad vegetables whereas your
chicken is sizzling away on the pan, smelling those incredible smells flooding
your kitchen. Watching the sauce bubbling and thickening around each thigh
while coating them in a beautiful syrup is my absolute favorite part.

19. Mexican Chopped Salad
The homemade dressing takes this Mexican-inspired salad recipe to the next level. This Mexican cut salad is ideal with any Mexican meal and always gets rave reviews! It’s additionally delicious spooned over chicken, shrimp or pork or beef!
Jicama is often used in South American cooking. The plant
is native to Mexico and jicama is used commonly in Mexican cooking. I love to
use it in salsas and salads as it gives a lovely, slightly sweet crunch, and
doesn’t lose its crispness over time.
Jicama is low in calories and high in fiber, potassium,
iron, and vitamin C. I would describe the taste and texture as a cross between
an Asian pear, a potato, and an apple. Jicama is wonderful in salads and can
also be cut in sticks and eaten with dips like hummus and dips.
What

• Perfect
with any Mexican entree; tacos, enchiladas, quesadillas, burritos, etc
• Delicious
spooned on top of nachos.
• Serve it
with chips (just omit the lettuce).

Blueberry! Strawberry! Chocolate! Coffee! These are the few among the many flavours of desserts that we hop on these days. One particularly popular form of dessert is the ‘Cheesecake’. Yes, the name itself gets us salivating, I’m sure. Cheesecakes are very popular and top the list of ‘Must taste desserts‘ of almost every individual, in every part of the country. And, if it’s Japanese Cheesecake, you won’t ask for anything else.
HISTORY OF CHEESECAKES
To
understand the history of these yummy circular bars, we will have to travel
back to 5th century B.C. The first mention of the cheesecake was
made by the Greek physician, Aegis. In the initial stage, he discovered this
for the religious purpose but later these were introduced as a part of the restaurant
menu in the sub-form of desserts. There were three kinds of cheesecakes introduced
for post prayer food in the church. They were libium cake, savillum cake, and
placenta cake. Among these, the modern cheesecakes have adopted the recipe of
the placenta cake, which has a separate baked crust.
The
cheesecake acquired an English origin in 1300s as it was first found in an
English chef’s cookbook. The dish didn’t, however, transformed into its modern
form until 18th century. The modern cheese cream was discovered and added
to the recipes only after 19th century.
Currently,
there are two different types of cheesecakes prevalent in different parts of
the world:
A baked base cheesecake
An unbaked cream cheese filled with a crumbled biscuit base.
CONTINENTAL VARIETIES OF CHEESECAKES:

Let
us now delve deeper into one particular type of cheesecake – Japanese
cheesecake.
JAPANESE CHEESECAKE:
piece of cheesecake with fresh raspberries for dessert
The Japanese cheesecake originated in Hakata, a city in Kyushu, Japan. It is also popularly known as ‘Cotton cheesecake’ and ‘Light cheesecake’ in these regions. These cakes are made of less sugar and cheese, making it low fat dessert. This is the reason; Japanese cheesecakes are not too sweet in nature, compared to the other cheesecakes around the world. The cake was popularized in Uncle Tetsu’s Cheesecake bakery around 1990’s.
The
nicknames of the cheesecake make it obvious that the cake would be very soft in
nature and would have a sponge attribute. It is mainly differentiated into three
types and tastes, however, in the bakeries of Japan, they do not mention
‘Cheesecakes’ plainly anywhere, instead, they would mention:
These are the usual cheesecakes, made with eggs, cream cheese, heavy cream, and flour. These kinds of cheesecakes are baked in an oven. There are two alternate baking methods, one with a biscuit crust and one without a crust.
Rare Cheesecakes
These are the no-bake cheesecakes, made with cream cheese, sugar and a gelatine mix. It also has a biscuit base crust and no not involve eggs for softening process. Once the mixture is ready, it is kept in the refrigerator at minimum temperature for 50 minutes. For better taste, you can add berries on the top while serving it.
Soufflé Cheesecakes
These
are the original Japanese cheesecakes and are known all over the world by the
name Souffle Cheesecakes or Cotton Cheese cakes.
If you have a sweet tooth but prefer low calorie desserts, you can definitely divert to Japanese Cheese Cake. Here, is the recipe to make the world best cheese cake at your own convince at your home.
Toppings of choice – chocolate syrup, maple syrup, berries, jam, etc.
RECIPE
OF THE JAPANESE CAKE:
Step 1
The
oven should be preheated at 390 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2
A
cake pan should to be greased all over with butter of your choice. A parchment
paper should be placed at the bottom of the pan. It will help you ensure that
the cake base is not cracked from sides and once baked, can be removed
smoothly.
Step 3
Take
a large bowl of boiling water.
Step 4
Take
cream cheese in a shallow dish and keep it above the bowl of boiling water.
This process would soften the cream cheese.
Step 5
While
the cream cheese is softening, take the eggs and separate the egg whites and
egg yolks.
Step 6
The
softened cream cheese should be whisked until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Step 7
Add
required amount of milk and butter in the mixture of cream cheese as per your
measured cheesecake quantity.
Step 8
Take
the separated yolks and whisk them nicely. Keep adding sugar while the eggs are
whisked in order to mix it evenly in the cream cheese.
Step 9
Remove
the cream cheese dish from the hot water bowl.
Step 10
Pour
in corn starch and cake mix into the mixture of cream cheese, butter, and milk.
Step 11
Take
the separated egg whites and whisk them properly.
Step 12
Cream of tartar and sugar should be added to the egg whites at the time it of whisking. Make sure the sugar is added in small quantities at regular intervals to ensure a smooth creamy mixture at the end of the whisking process. The egg whites should be whisked until they reach the consistency of meringue. However, do not over whisk the mixture. It would spoil the texture of the cheesecake or sometimes the cheesecake.
The
whisked egg whites should now be mixed to the yolks. Make sure you do not add
the entire mixture at one time. It would create bumps in the mixture, making it
a failure.
Step 14
One-third
of the egg whites have to be taken and mixed slowly with the egg yolks until
the mixture is properly absorbed (Tip- The mixing should be done only using a
spatula and not a whisk).
Step 15
After
the first 1/3rd of the mixture has been absorbed into the yolk
mixture, another half of the remaining egg whites mixture has to be added to
the same. Special care has to be taken to not deflate the batter.
Step 16
Once
the egg white and yolk mixture has to be added to the remaining half of the egg
white mixture, the whole mixture has to be stirred slowly and softly using a
spatula until they form a thick paste.
Step 17
Now,
the mixture has to be poured into the greased cake pan. The mixture should not
be filled to the brim as the cake’s layer would bulge inside the oven,
vacuuming the hot air particles.
Step 18
Place
a cloth towel on the baking tray. Now, place thecake pan on the baking tray. The cloth towel would ensure that the
cake can do not directly come in contact with the hot surface of the tray.
Step 19
Keep
this set up into the preheated oven and pour about one inch water into the
tray.
Step 20
Bake
the cake in the oven for around 18 minutes at the preheated temperature of 390
degrees Fahrenheit. After that, reduce the temperature of the oven to 285
degrees Fahrenheit. At this temperature, the cake should be cooked for around 30
minutes. After the thirty minutes, please turn off oven. However, do not remove
the cake from the oven for another 30 minutes.
Step 21
After
the 30 minutes, slowly remove the tray from the oven and check.
Step 22
Again
place the cake pan back into the oven without pouring water in the tray. This
time, keep the door of the oven open. This will allow it to cool down gently
for another 30 minutes. When the cake is cooled in this manner, please ensure
the surface of the cheesecake does not crack.
Step 23
After
the 30 minutes, slowly take the cake pan out of the oven. The cake would have
shrunk a bit from the pan edges.
Step 24
Now,
you can touch the cake softly and check if it has cracked base and hard texture
on the top. If not, you turned out to be an amazing baker in the first go.
Step 25
Now,
gently flip the cake onto a small plate and reflip it back on to the serving
plate to place the soft surface on the top.
Step 26
You
can serve it with berries, maple syrup or any other topping of choice.
The
cake tastes best when served warm. Ideally, it should have a jiggly movement–
it is the trademark of the Japanese cheesecake. In fact, in many places, it is
called the ‘Jiggly cheesecake’ because of these characteristics.
Okay,
now as we you know how to make a yummy Japanese cheesecake, you are all good to
go for winning hearts!
A young woman with cup of coffee standing indoors in kitchen
Plants are a symbol of patience, positivity, and selflessness. Selflessness – because they are the unconditional givers of nature. We, as human beings, share a special connection with plants. And the way we breathe is the root of this connection. Plants release air that contains Oxygen, which helps to sustain life in us, whereas, in return, we exhale air containing Carbon dioxide that helps them to breathe.
Home indoor small succulent plant
Plants are also known as producers, as they prepare their own food. This gives them the lowermost position in the food chain, in terms of the transmission of energy through various life forms. Plants vibrate at a frequency subtler than other life forms, which naturally emits positive energy in the atmosphere wherever they grow. A forest or a garden near your home radiates a positive aura in your whole surroundings. There are also some plants that carry positive energy into your home. These positive energy indoor plants are known to be great air purifiers.

Plastic surgery is nothing new. It’s been present for long and has evolved over time. For some people, the meaning of plastic surgery is different. For some of them, plastic surgery can increase the confidence and for some plastic surgery is able to reduce the disability. The main aim of plastic surgery is to enhance the looks or solve a defect. A plastic surgeon is a trained and experienced doctor who specializes in performing various types of procedures. Though most of the procedures are performed without any problem, there are certain risks involved with plastic surgery.
You should look for a specialist and not the surgeon who can do all the procedures as he might not be able to deliver justice. The number of men and women who undergo plastic surgery is on the rise and there are plenty of reasons to go under plastic surgery. According to a study, 17 million surgeries have been performed alone in 2016. The reason for increased plastic surgeries depends on the trends which are going on. As men with the shapeless body are going for liposuction treatment and women with smaller breasts go for breast augmentation surgery. No matter which procedure you choose but you will have to find the right plastic surgeon for your treatment. There are plenty of unqualified surgeons who are coming to this area and these will make it quite risky for you.
To help the patient select a qualified doctor
is the main crux of this article. Below are the points which will help you to
select the best plastic surgeon.
Connect with people who have undergone plastic surgery
Concentrated surgeons at work during operation
The patient reviews which we read online might
not be true. We need to know the actual reviews of the procedure. The actual
patient reviews will help a lot as it will throw some light on the procedure
and certain areas. If none of your friends have undergone the surgery, you
should try to contact the person who has undergone the procedure.
Read reviews about the surgeon which are present in your area
You should not trust any plastic surgeon
because it’s about your body and health. Once the surgery is done then you
cannot surely reverse it. So, it’s better late than never. The best way to
begin research is by knowing about the procedure from reliable resources. The
websites of surgeons often are not able to maintain the neutrality. You can
check websites where experts share about the experiences of doctors.
Not everything written on the internet is true
Just a normal reading of the article about the
surgeon is not enough, you need to research deep. Some websites will not tell
you about the risks involved in the procedure. What most people follow is that
they search their query, open the first page of Google and read the first page
of the website, this approach is not good. The best article might be in lower
result of Google.
Go through the qualifications of the candidates
Let’s take an example: you are willing to go
for a liposuction procedure. You should visit nearby clinics to know about the
reviews. You can shortlist the surgeons who are good in a liposuction
procedure. Just check they have performed various liposuction procedures
successfully. You should take enough time to shortlist the right surgeons.
Check if your plastic surgeon is affiliated with a hospital
The affiliation matters because it tells you
that the doctor is reputed. The affiliation with the professional body is a
plus point. If a doctor is certified then he is good to perform surgeries and
you consult him.
Be ready to ask questions when consulting
This is only possible when you do your
complete research about plastic surgery. You will come up with lots of
questions and the doctor should provide you with satisfying answers. If he/she
is not able to provide you with good answers then you should look for some
other doctor.
Make sure the office is clean
If you are about to go to a laser liposuction
procedure, the surgeon should have laser equipment to perform this procedure.
There should be medical staff to take care of the patients who undergo surgical
treatment.
Listen to your instinct
Even if you have booked an appointment with
the surgeon, you can always change your mind before you book the treatment. So
you should carefully think about the steps. If you think something fishy, you
should first enquire about the credentials and then if you don’t find the
doctor nice, then you can cancel the surgery.
