Optimistic Life Rule No. 1 – Stop bothering about small things

Now understand what this actually means! We all have a tendency to make big out of small issues. Most of us react in a wrong way to many things which may or may not be wrong. Remember, the value of things is not determined by the way they are but by the way you react to them!

For instance, someone told you something you don’t like, or forgot to tell you something, or maybe there happened mismatch of opinions with someone. You need to understand, life is too big to worry about small things like these.

There are many many other such small things in your life which I haven’t mentioned here. But it seems, you are giving too much worth to those things! And here comes the point of seeing positive in everything and divinity in everyone.

Rule No. 2 – Have a hobby! If not, then develop one

Not only hobbies make you more attractive but also help in overall personality development. Learn something new, read, research or do something productive daily. If you have difficulty developing a hobby, check out the list of hobbies on google.

Try to find a hobby which matches your personality. That’s what adds to a interesting and optimistic life. And there is nothing wrong in exploring yourself!

Rule No. 3 – Slow Down and breath

Believe me or not, rather than living the life aggressively start to slow down. Spend time with yourself, your loved ones, your hobbies. Learn to balance your various roles in life. The best way of doing this is to start meditating and if not meditation find some time from your busy life to do some breathing exercises.

Whenever you feel stressed or tensed, start a habit of doing some breathing exercise in that moment.

Rule No. 4 – If you have a habit of bitching, stop it now!!!

Why? Because it’s cruel. Not bad but cruel. Are you a strong believer of karma? If not then think again. The negativity you spread, eventually will come back to you. No one wants to hear anything bad about him/her. So to hear good about yourself you will have to give good actions.

By this I definitely mean that you should stop living the social media life and stop focusing on making memories. Live in the moment and memories will be made for sure. Memories have to be natural and not made by you.

Stop sharing everything on social media, when you eat food just enjoy eating it rather than clicking it because food is to eat. Everyone today is living a fake social media life. Don’t be a crap, live real! Most people have lost their real charm behind that concealed life.

Rule No. 7 – Watch a Stand – up comedy

It is important to lighten your mood after a hard day, watching some comedy show and laughing promotes good health and relaxes you. Follow this step for living an optimistic life. Laughter refreshes you!

And now, we don’t laugh even if there is a reason to! We can’t bring those days back but we can definitely live like them. Humor is essential in life. Sometimes in a problem, it’s not the problem which is affecting us. It is how we are reacting to it. So make a joke out of the problem! And laugh on it.

Seriously, Count them!! 1..2..3..4..5…and so on!

Another step towards an optimistic life is to really count your blessings on your fingers! Seriously use those fingers! Consider all those stuff that you have which others want but can’t have. That’s when you realize how blessed you are.

This is not a thing which you have to do, it is just a thing to realize. Whatever damage that happened, it will heal with time. Life goes on! Good days come. Let time heal everything.

Sometimes, it is good not to control things and let them happen. Eventually, everything comes together. Eventually, time heals everything.

Well, good news for fans is that Stranger Things is finally done with its scriptwriting. This means that we can expect the filming of season 4 anytime soon. When the production was started earlier in February, aiming the season to drop at the end of the year, it was halted due to coronavirus pandemic crisis. Now that government has allowed the film industry to continue their projects considering all the necessary precautions. We can say that fans would not have to wait much longer for the next season

The writers of Stranger Things on June 19 tweeted that the scriptwriting of Stranger Things 4. Fans who were grasping at straws are happy for the completion of the half, and they are eagerly waiting for the creators to begin the production. When can we expect the next season

Prior to coronavirus pandemic crisis suspended all the filming projects around the world, it was said that Stranger Things would drop its fourth season in early 2021. However, that does not seem possible now as all the projects were suspended for three to four months, and now that the industry has started filming projects, we can expect a delay of precisely four to five months. So if the season has to arrive sometime in January, it will now come in May 2021.

How to make the perfect Panna Cotta at home

Ingredients

1.5 cups milk

1/3 cup sugar

1.5 cups heavy cream

1.5 teaspoons of vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

3 teaspoons powdered gelatin

Method

If you are planning to unmould the dessert later on, consider making them in ramekin molds. In that case, you need to grease the ramekins using some cooking spray. Use a paper towel to wipe out the oil, leaving only a residue to prevent sticking and allow easier unmoulding.

If you plan to serve the dessert as is, you can skip on this step.

Pour the milk in a saucepan, and start to warm it. Sprinkle the gelatin over this milk. Make sure that the milk does not come to a boil at all. It should only be warm at all stages. After about two minutes, the gelatin would have dissolved.

Now add in the sugar, and stir the mixture till the sugar gets dissolved. Do not let the mixture boil.

Remove this milk from the flame, and then add in the cream, salt, and vanilla. Whisk to combine well.

Divide the Panna Cotta mixture evenly between your ramekins or molds. Let sit in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or best overnight.

How to un-mold the dessert?

Once the Panna Cotta has chilled and cooled down completely, it is time to unmould and serve it.

Run a thin knife around the sides of the ramekin. You don’t have to slide the knife all the way through. Releasing the top edge is enough.

Invest the Panna Cotta over a plate, and then shake it gently to allow the Panna Cotta to fall out on to the plate. If it does not unmould, place the ramekin in warm water for around 5 seconds, up to the brim. Then flip it over the plate again.

You can garnish the panna cotta as per your preference. You can serve it with some coulis made up of fresh berries, such as raspberries and strawberries. Even some warm chocolate sauce would do.   2. Oil – 2 tablespoons and 1 teaspoon
  3. Salt – To taste
  4. Turmeric powder – 1 teaspoon
  5. Cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon
  6. Wheat flour – At least 1 cup
  7. Water to knead the flour
  8. Oil for frying Poori

Method –

  1. For making poori, you can use only wheat flour or only refined flour. Or you can use wheat flour and refined flour in any proportion. I used only wheat flour in making poori.
  2. In a mixing bowl, put flour, bit of salt, 1 teaspoon of oil and mix them. Use water as much as required for kneading the dough. Make a stiff dough and cover it for some time.
  3. Cut potato into thin slices and dip it in a bowl containing water. Make sure that the starch gets removed.
  4. Heat a pan and put 2 tablespoons of oil. Add Cumin seeds and let them crackle.
  5. Add the potato slices and fry well. Then put salt and turmeric powder to it. Mix well so that the potato slices become soft. Keep the potato fry aside.
  6. Now make small balls from the dough. Roll those balls using rolling board and pin.
  7. Heat a pan and put sufficient oil to it. Fry the pooris in oil till they puff and turn brown. Remove all pooris to utensil.
  8. Serve the pooris hot along with potato fry.

  7. Peanuts – 1 tablespoon
  8. Water – 3 cups
  9. Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
  10. Chilli powder – Half teaspoon

Method –

  1. Chop the chilli. The corn should be boiled. You can use either frozen corn or remove seeds from a maize.
  2. Heat a pan and put 3 tablespoons of oil. Add Semolina to it. Mix very well till its colour changes to brown. Keep it aside.
  3. In another pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, chilli and peanuts. Let them crackle.
  4. Add salt, chilli powder, water, corn and lemon juice. Gradually put Semolina to it, stirring continuously.
  5. Mix it very well and serve hot.

This is a delicious breakfast. It consists of dal and pakwan, which is crispy. You can eat this Dal with chapati, paratha and poori also.

  1. Chana Dal or Bengal Gram – 1.25 cup
  2. Water – 2.5 cups
  3. Salt – 1 and half teaspoon

  6. Oil – 2 tablespoons
  7. Coriander leaves – 1 tablespoon
  8. Cumin seeds – 2 teaspoons
  9. Kasuri Methi – 1 teaspoon
  10. Asafoetida (Hing) – a pinch
  11. Chilli powder – Half teaspoon
  12. Garam Masala – Half teaspoon
  13. Ajwain – 1 teaspoon
  14. Pepper powder – 1 teaspoon
  15. Wheat flour – 1.5 cups
  16. Refined flour – 1.5 cups

Method –

  1. Wash and soak the Chana Dal in water for 2 hours. Then drain the water and keep dal aside. Chop the chillies.
  2. In a pressure cooker, take this dal and add water. Put 1 teaspoon of salt and turmeric powder to it. Pressure cook for 2 whistles.
  3. After it gets cooked, check the grains of dal. They should be cooked yet separate.
  4. Heat a pan and put 1 and half tablespoon of oil to it. Then add 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds, chilli and Asafoetida.
  5. Slowly pour the cooked dal into the pan. Add chilli powder, garam masala, kasuri methi and mix very well.
  6. Simmer for few minutes. Then garnish with coriander leaves.
  7. In a mixing bowl put wheat flour, refined flour, ajwain, 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds, pepper powder, half teaspoon of salt and half tablespoon of oil.
  8. Mix them and add water in small amounts. Knead to a semi-soft dough. Keep it covered for some time.
  9. Make small balls from the dough. Roll those balls using rolling board and pin. Prick the pakwan with a fork. Pricking is needed to make the pakwan crisp.
  10. Heat a pan and put sufficient oil to it. Fry the pakwan in oil till they turn brown. Remove all pakwan to utensil.
  11. Serve the pakwan hot along with dal.

  1. Bread – 12 slices
  2. Oil – 3 teaspoons
  3. Mustard seeds (Rai) – Half teaspoon
  4. Curry leaves – few
  5. Onion – Half
  6. Chilli – 1
  7. Tomato – 2
  8. Turmeric powder – Half teaspoon
  9. Chilli powder – Half teaspoon
  10. Salt – 1 teaspoon
  11. Water – 2 tablespoons
  12. Chopped vegetables – 1 cup
  13. Coriander leaves – 1 tablespoon

Method –

  1. You can use any vegetables of your choice. I used capsicum and carrot.
  2. Cut the bread slices into small pieces. Chop onion, tomatoes and chilli.
  3. Heat a pan and put oil. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves and chilli. Let them crackle.
  4. Put onion to it and fry till the raw smell disappears. Then add tomatoes to it. Sautee till the tomatoes turn soft.
  5. Add salt, turmeric powder and chilli powder to it. Mix very well. Then add the chopped vegetables.
  6. Put water to it and stir. Cover the pan and simmer for few minutes. Add the bread pieces to it. Mix well so that the bread pieces absorb masala.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.

  1. Sabudana – 1 cup
  2. Oil – 2 tablespoons
  3. Cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon
  4. Chilli – 1
  5. Peanuts – 2 tablespoons
  6. Potato – 1
  7. Tomato – 1
  8. Carrot – Half
  9. Salt – 1 teaspoon
  10. Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
  11. Coriander leaves – 1 tablespoon
  12. Curry leaves – Few

Method –

  1. In a large bowl, soak sabudana in sufficient water for 3 hours. The size of tapioca pearls increases and comes up to the water level.
  2. Drain off the sabudana and keep it aside. Boil potato and chop after it gets boiled.
  3. Chop tomato, carrot, chilli and coriander leaves. Roast the peanuts in a pan.
  4. Heat a pan and put oil in it. Put cumin seeds, curry leaves and chilli. Let them crackle.
  5. Add potato, carrot and tomato to it. Fry for some time. Put salt and peanuts.
  6. Mix very well and add sabudana. Combine it along with other ingredients but do not mash it. Simmer for few minutes.
  7. Sabudana turns translucent after it gets cooked. Add lemon juice to it and mix.
  8. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
