Marriage – A necessity or societal pressure

4

Marriage is an institution that has been established in our society. It is a bonding of not just the bride and bridegroom but of their families also. Marriage is the crucial phase of a person’s life. Marriage is a planned event that bonds two people for lifetime. Everybody think that marriages are made in heaven. But is it true? If marriages are made in heaven, then why do some marriages lead to divorce. There are many factors which cause marriage. Let us have a look at them.

What is marriage

We all are familiar with the term marriage from our childhood. Marriage is a social institution that has been established by society to regulate the life of human beings. It is a union of two families. Marriage is a sacred bond so it should bring positive effects. Marriages are held in a suitable place according to the desire of the families of bride and bridegroom. That suitable place differs across religions and social strata. There are basically two forms of marriage – arranged marriage and love marriage.

Arranged marriage

In arranged marriage, the family finds a suitable life partner. The bride and bridegroom marry according to the wish of their parents. They do not know each other before marriage. The system of arranged marriage prevails in our society since time immemorial. People having arranged marriage are considered to be of good character. It is because they obeyed the decision taken by their parents. In arranged marriage, the families interact with each other and decide everything. The bride and bridegroom follow all the instructions given to them. Almost everyone is happy in both the families and joyously involve in the marriage.

In love marriage, the bride and bridegroom select each other as their life partner. They inform their families about their decision of marriage. Some families accept their decision happily while some accept reluctantly. The system of love marriage did not exist in olden days. The bride and bridegroom know each other before marriage, so they eagerly wait for their marriage. Their families meet and then decide everything about their marriage. All love marriages do not see the joyous involvement of family members due to hesitation in the marriage. But nowadays our society openly accepts love marriages.

What happens after marriage

Marriage – A necessity or societal pressure

Not all marriages work out as they seem before the wedding. I am not saying that all marriages are failures. But all marriages are not successful. Arranged marriage as well as love marriage happen to be different than the expectation. In love marriage, the bride and bridegroom have only seen the merits of their life partner before marriage. After their wedding, they get to know the demerits of their better half. These come as a reality that they had never expected. Another problem in love marriage is that the husband and wife do not gel well with their in-laws. For this reason, in some of the marriages the couple lives separately. In arranged marriage, many families tell lies about their child and themselves. They lie about their financial condition and belongings. Some men and women look different from what they looked in their photos.

This problem occurs more in arranged marriage because the families are completely unknown. Through matrimonial websites, it becomes easy for families to fake about everything and acquire life partner. Many people are of the opinion that men and women having accounts in matrimonial websites really want to get married. That’s why they urge people to have arranged marriage through this medium. Many brides and bridegrooms marry because of societal pressure. People constantly remind them of their age. So they feel that once they marry, all will stop asking them about marriage. Even love marriage is not perfect. Many men and women pretend to be something before marriage while they are different after marriage. The family of husband or wife creates problems after marriage if they were not happy with the marriage. Some men and women face deception in love marriage.

How woman suffers in marriage

Women suffer in marriage because their husband’s family wants them to live under certain conditions. Their in-laws feel that women need a kind of training to become the perfect wife and daughter in-law. In spite of a woman being as qualified as her husband, her in-laws try to make her life as difficult as they can. Though a woman’s family gives a hefty dowry to her husband’s family, yet she faces ill treatment from them. Women are treated like housemaids by their husband and family members. It is as if men marry only to exploit women. There are cases of dowry deaths, domestic violence and marital rape in our society. It is because of greedy families who want to take advantage of women. I cannot understand why women are forced to marry in spite of their families knowing the intention of men’s families.

It is sad to see that the success of a marriage depends entirely on the wife. How much of abuse and pain she can tolerate to make her marriage last. Though her family has given dowry to her husband’s family, yet she has to struggle for pleasing everyone. She faces restrictions in her attire, sleeping hours, choice of food and lifestyle. Women feel lonely after marriage. All these happen irrespective of a woman being well educated, good looking, earning a decent salary and being from a good family. If a woman is good in all aspects, then she faces torture after marriage. Nowadays men marry women from the same caste just to suit society while they have a relationship with someone else. They marry a qualified, earning woman to take care of the household and parents as an unpaid maid. This is how women suffer in marriage.

How man suffers in marriage

After marriage, a woman lives with her husband in his home. She brings some changes in her husband’s home. If a woman marries a man having wrong intentions in her mind, then she spoils his home. Men also suffer in marriage when their wives take advantage of their material assets. Some women marry men having enough property but they continue their relationship with someone else. There have been cases where women have cheated their husbands and in-laws. Women have extra marital affairs and they harm their husband and in-laws because of that. Some women marry just for acquiring the property of their husband. If the husband and his family members are very good, then wife takes advantage of them.

What needs to be done

No man or woman should marry by force. It is futile to marry someone one is not attracted to because time is running out and age is catching up. Our society should understand that if marriages is necessary, then why does it lead to so many problems. If someone gets a spouse of equal level, then the marriage may be successful. Equal level implies having same qualification, similar family status and family structure and being a good match in terms of looks. Most of the marriages fail because someone gets a life partner of lower level.

Anti – Bucket List – Don’t Do Them, Ever!

2

Do you ever think, how you would die or pass on time thinking of the possible instances that might kill you? Well, as per reports, normal people do not think about death. Instead, they focus on life, the living instances – that’s what is practical, isn’t it? To help live out the best, bucket lists are a part of the plan, without a goal, you can’t score.

Morgan Freeman & Jack Nicholson binged on the “bucket list” idea. In eleven years, we have grabbed and absorbed this as a “must-have”. Planning on a bucket list can at times be exhausting. It will force you to accomplish all the things on the list instead of enjoying where life takes you. In a way having it or not, might not impact your mind, but your dreams follow where you have penned down your thoughts and forget living what’s present.

Steve Jobs quoted “deciding what not to do is as important as deciding what to do” When we know it’s time we plan out things for specific areas and try to accomplish them. A major portion of our life goes into planning.

At a particular age, we undermine setting boundaries for ourselves and keep pondering things that should never be done. The bucket list has all your desires and wishes to be pursued in this life. How about an anti-bucket list?

While listing all the events take out your odds, contrast your bucket list with all the ideas that you never want to accomplish. Curate your anti- I bucket list. Stay determined not to pursue them ever in your life.

Here we have some comic ideas that can help give you cut through the normalcy and get spring into not doing.

This may be funny and interesting, however, they will not bore you!

Tattoo Of Someone’s Name

Anti - Bucket List - Don't Do Them, Ever!

This is a lover’s thing. People claiming to be each other’s lovers inscribe the name on their bodies only to regret later. Well, if you are in love keep it to yourself. Then one fine day you break up, your tattoo continues to exist as a relic post-breakup material. What next? You get it altered later or keep it for a lifetime. This only makes a relationship more feeble, to proclaim love.

An Eye Surgery

Anti - Bucket List - Don't Do Them, Ever!

Creepy! Let’s be honest, I have got minus power in my left eye. Items ten feet away are not visible and I fail to read what’s written on board if I sit at the last bench.

Well, I love my eyes, I’d rather put contact lenses, coat the blindness, then get the surgery done. Risking two really important body parts that won’t grow back ever is the slightest imminence on my living soul, not ready for it though. Ever thought would be witnessing a history chapter? The doctor may fail too, right??

Plan A Murder

This may sound too sympathetic but I am in no mood of worshipping Satan through a dark deed. Taking away a soul for my selfishness, I mean blood, lifeless, soul loss – that’s too much to take in for a lifetime.

Would rather, draw the letter authority’s deal with any sort of artifice that comes my way. Also at present, I am in a no place to face jail time, ready to run like Mallya did, or I rot in prison.

Be Buried Alive

This is not something to be included in an anti-bucket list, but whoever is reading or planning to bury me alive, please don’t.

Pacify A Cockroach

Anti - Bucket List - Don't Do Them, Ever!

A moment of silence, please. They can fly. They are like the flash versions of insects that appear suddenly, especially when you don’t want them. Although they are considered a rich source of protein and can keep you to energized for long, they are creepy crawlies. Instead, I’d rather kill one with the spray or leave the room.

Tasting A Carolina Reaper

It will make you suffer. Trust me when I say this, those YouTube videos featuring the ones eating a Carolina Reaper will make you blubber. Its said, some see and learn, some experience and learn.

If seeing such pathetic experiences do not make you weep of getting your taste buds chopped, you may try one!

Working Out On A Vacation

Do not judge me on this. I know it requires commitment and dedication to keep all the stuff going. I don’t think it’s important for me to run, when I can pass the day by eating, sleeping, and watching the sight I went to see.

My profession keeps me being a workaholic the entire day, either writing, advising, or talking to my consultants. I should keep the vacation for the things I love. One life, right?

A Crash Diet

Anti - Bucket List - Don't Do Them, Ever!

Well no food, is no weight, and no life at all. The thought of losing weight overnight draws us all in the sole idea of eating less or nothing just to lose weight. This is an illicit action without acknowledging the aftermath.

These diets are known as crash diets. You only depend on few beans, gallons of water, egg once in a week, and leaves – I am not kidding. Expect worse from these diets. They tend to get your metabolism slower, the fewer nutrients results in a weak immune system. Although the gallons of water you intake, keep you hydrated but also bloat your stomach in the absence of essential food wrecking all your efforts so far.

Avoid Printed Books

Anti - Bucket List - Don't Do Them, Ever!

Because it’s all digital, the ultimatum for a book reader is to hold that piece of art, smell the old papers and have the feeling of an actual book instead of a glowing screen, where words try to tear your eyes just when you think of diverging your mind into something aesthetic.

The sound of the flipping page by page, staying put in place, glued to the story, when you cannot put it down, of course, because the story is great – is a sense of immense satisfaction. Making it to the last page, then closing and keep it on the shelf, reminiscence all the good times, the days that you have been going through it – it’s all so natural.

Let’s be clear, it’s more attractive than your fav favorite meal. I won’t lie about the new age e-books, that are handy, readily available, and just a click away. The e-books today have reduced the number of books I buy from the beautiful stores and also saved a lot of trees being butchered.

However, the thought of buying one, keeping one, and holding one on a lonely day just makes me as excited as finding a match on tinder.

Final Thoughts

The above list periodically reminds me of the things I have accomplished. Highlighting the achievements I have made, makes this involvement all the more fulfilling. The prediction of what will bring us sustained “happiness” keeps us away for the actual spring break. It’s great to construct your tomorrow, but leave out the tasks that would make you worry. In order to compliment your mental pitfalls, replace your do’s with the dont’s. Capture the gratitude seeping through the anti bucket items, take a chill pill!

A company called California Grazing rents goats to Google at the Google headquarters. The first operation began, with a total of 200 goats. The idea is thought of as a kind gesture to the environment and they found it cute to see goats grazing on those grasses instead of the lawnmowers butchering grasses, regarded as a part of their green initiative.

Just Google It

Google was displeased with language and definitions. The Oxford Dictionary and Merriam Webster added Google as a verb in the year 2006. The company Wanted users to use Google when they are referring to Google inc and not switch to any other form of search place to look for answers. Now 14 years later, any form of the unknown subject can be raised to this massive search tool “Google”.

Safe Skin Care Tips To Practice During This Quarantine.

1

It’s the second month of Quarantine, and we are all bored out of our minds with it now. Despite the country releasing the temporary restrictions it had enforced on parts of the country, we are still stuck at home, with seemingly no respite. While it may seem like the end times, with all the TV shows done and dusted, and all the books getting too dull, we have some suggestions for you. The Quarantine has opened up the opportunity to explore so many more activities and routines. What with living a busy city life, none of us has realized how we have been neglecting other aspects of our health. Our careers have progressed, but our health has deteriorated. Regularly eating food from restaurants, working in the pollution that comes with a city lifestyle, it’s time that you use this break to give more attention to your own body and skin. And I am here to help you with the top ten ways you can take care and nurture your skin this Quarantine.

Exfoliate Your Skin.

From the prolonged exposure of your skin to city pollution over the years, it is essential that you properly exfoliate the dirt, grime and dead cells on it. This exfoliation also allows your skin to breathe and heal. With the quarantine extending, there will be more time for your skin to heal correctly. You can use a mixture of walnut powder and yoghurt to apply on the face for exfoliation. There are numerous antioxidants in walnuts that help remove grime and provide nutrition to your face for it to heal naturally. Yoghurt acts as a binding ingredient.

Apply Sun Screen If You Have Melanin Deficient Skin.

I know you might be thinking this advice seems weird, because you are a homebody now. However, most melanin deficient people are highly susceptible to sun damage, resulting in skin cancer. Even on an overcast day, 80% of UV rays make their way to the ground. Also, if you sit at a balcony or a window or expose yourself to any form of sunlight, there are chances for your skin to undergo skin damage. Apply light sunscreen, is around SPF 30+, and doesn’t block your skin pores.

Monitor What You Eat.

Healthy foods

What goes inside your body reflects what shows outside. The same way you tend to prefer lighter foods with zero carbs and high protein contents while exercising for weight loss is what you need to follow for your skin too.

Your skin can be clear using the following nutrients– vitamins, minerals, proteins, fresh fruits high in fructose contents and healthy sugars and antioxidants. Consuming Vitamin C, minerals, citrus fruits, and foods low in fat and sugar can make your skin glow. Food that you should refrain from are ones high in preservatives, oils, spices, fats and sugars. Eat blander food. It may be difficult at first, but you shall start noticing the change within a week.

Yes, Gyms are closed, and you can’t get out now, but those are not excuses to stop exercising. There is a vast number of exercises you can do without having to go anywhere. Lay a yoga mat on the ground and get down to do warm-up exercises like on the stop jogs, push-ups, sit-ups and crunches. Do yoga to stretch and cool down and then lay down on the mat for around 10 minutes to relax. The entire routine won’t even take more than 1 hour. And it will be entirely worth it. You will notice your body getting more toned, and your skin getting clearer. But be sure to sweat, as sweat flushes out toxins and unwanted salts from the body.

Sleep is a beautiful healer.  Our body grows the most when in sleep, and it heals the most in sleep too. The body needs at least 8 hours of sleep to heal and revive itself. If you are a teenager going through puberty, or a person with a recurring acne condition, these steps will come as a boon. Wash your face with lukewarm water and massage your face with slow circular motions, in an upward direction. Apply a cleanser to your skin, hopefully, one that contains alpha or beta hydroxy acid and slowly wipe at your skin. Try using a face pack containing fuller’s earth as it is said to have antioxidant properties. Do not, and we repeat, DO NOT pop pimples. Popping a pimple can lead to more of them, swelling of the skin and permanent marks.

You might have seen a lot of beauty bloggers sharing their skincare routine on social media these days. They use a myriad of cleaning lotions, serums for their skin. Each part of their face has a different cream to be used, and each cream has an unusual feature. While all these are too expensive and are unaffordable, try to create a cost-effective stress-busting skincare routine that you can practice before you go to bed. Whereas skin that is worry free, hydrated, exfoliated and rejuvenated has a beauty of its own. Eat healthy food less on fats and sugars. Drink at least a gallon of water everyday. Top Ten Hollywood Movies Based on Classic Literature.

0

Life imitates art. The movies of today are simply the legends and fairytales of the old. The concept of storytelling has gone on for millennia. As more storytellers have added to this, there have been more to adapt from it. We have legendary poets and writers midst our civilization who’ve indeed brought out its beauty. Their stories today not only tell us of the life back then, but they also tell us that we have not changed after all.

One of the most famous figures in English literature is William Shakespeare. A master playwright, his sonnets on love and plays of drama are performed and read out loud even today. Not only is he acclaimed for most of what is the movie culture, but he is also one of the strong standing pillars of the English education system. Remember when you were utterly bored to death in your ninth-grade English lesson as your teacher droned on and one about Julius Caeser? Not the salad, the play by Shakespeare.

Well, the reason you were so bored was because you aren’t supposed to read the play in a classroom setting. You have to act it out, with all the characters, props, the works. And some film directors have taken this to heart and have incorporated some of the best classic literature. Here is our list of the top ten movies that are actually from classic literature.

10.  A Knight’s Tale – Based on The Canterbury Tales.

In a very meta way, A knight’s Tale is an adaptation of the famous Middle English classic, The Canterbury Tales. The movie takes on a medieval adventure comedy genre, telling the story from the perspective of young squire William Thatcher. Thatcher is a squire for Sir Ector. The movie begins with the squires learning of their knight’s death right before the final pass. Devastated and yet motivated, Thatcher decides that instead of withdrawing from the tournament, he should impersonate his knight and win the final pass.

He does win and then decides to participate in more sports. On his adventures, he meets a young destitute Geoffrey Chaucer. And the rest is history. The movie is a direct interpretation of the famous Canterbury tales, almost as if Geoffrey Chaucer had seen all of it and made it into a book. The film is a delight to watch and the best part? It has Heath Ledger in it.

9. The Lion King – Based on Hamlet.

Lion king movie

If you have seen the Lion King, I’m sure you’ve gotten the inkling that you have seen this concept before somewhere too. And that feeling is because you HAVE seen this particular concept before. Before Lion Ling came out as a movie in 1994, all of Disney’s animated film adapt themselves from the Grimms book of fairy tales or the works of Hans Christian Andersen. It was only with The Lion King that the studio began experimenting. The studio took a lot of elements from a variety of stories to concoct the masterpiece that was The Lion King. Some of them were the Biblical Story of Moses and Joseph and William Shakespeare’s Hamlet though the movie is more from on the Hamlet.

8. Pretty Woman – Based on Pygmalion.

pretty woman movie

Much lesser known than the rest of its Greek counterparts, Pygmalion is one of the only happy endings in Greek Mythology.  As the story goes, Pygmalion is a sculptor and an artist. One of his most fabulous creations is a sculpture of a woman, one to be that of the most beautiful woman in the world. Such is the devotion of Pygmalion to his sculpture that he falls in love with it. Taking pity on him, Aphrodite gives the sculpture life and the name Galatea. Pygmalion and Galatia then live happily. Pretty Woman shows a wealthy businessman pick up a prostitute from the streets to accompany him on one of his business meetings. The movie shows him literally making her into a ‘refined’ woman from who she is, and then fall in love with her in the process.

7. She’s The Man – Based on The Twelfth Night.

If there’s one thing we know about today’s movie directors, it’s that they love William Shakespeare. A simple answer to this would be that Shakespeare’s plays are to be timeless. They appeal to our base emotions, toying around with our minds and getting us engrossed into the story. One such comedic masterpiece is The Twelfth Night. And the movie She’s The Man, made in 2016, is based on it. Full of comedic love triangles, misidentification and a cross-dressing woman, She’s the Man is hilarious as hell. And it has Channing Tatum in it. Go figure.

6. Easy ‘A’ – Based on The Scarlet Letter.

Easy A movie

This movie is the story of one innocent, straight-laced, genius student Olive Pendergrast. Olive is a good student and an even better friend and after a series of unfortunate events, decides to help out her gay friend stop getting bullied by pretending as if she’s had sex with him. However, when her friend ends up confessing this to another ‘oddball’ friend, they start approaching Olive to pretend to have sex with them the same way.

They do this to save their reputation but end up tarnishing Olive’s in turn. When even her close friends turn on her and call her names, she ends up embracing her identity as a ‘scarlet’ woman, an adulteress. It is in parallel with the story of Hester from the classic The Scarlet Letter. Hester’s forced to wear an A on her clothes and is subject to public humiliation for her act of adultery. While the classic, like most classics, does not have a happy ending, the movie does.

5. Cruel Intentions – Based on Le Liaisons Dangereuses.

Cruel Intentions

The movie and the classic both go by the same name and have mostly the same plot. The stories speak of two rivals, ex-lovers even, in the book, whereas they are step-siblings in the movie. The book is an epistolary novel of these two ex-lovers boasting about using their powers of seduction to manipulate others. The book is in the form of letters from various people, and the story sees itself from multiple biased perspectives. The movie is a teen dark romance drama, where both step-siblings challenge each other to conduct evil acts and the resulting consequences for both of them.

4. Bridget Jones’s Diary – Based on Pride And Prejudice.

Bridget Jones's Diary

Most love stories copy an element of their romantic side of the story from two of the most famous romance classics ever, “Romeo and Juliet” or “Pride and Prejudice”.  Carrying some vital elements of a good romance, Pride and Prejudice shows you how maybe at times, there is no such thing as love at first sight. And that there could be hate at first sight. The book traverses through misunderstandings, trials, tribulations, love, hate, anger, jealousy and keeps us thoroughly entertained. And while Bridget Jones’s Diary has many of the same elements, it doesn’t quite reach the mark. However, it remains a cult classic, just the same.

3. Ten Things I Hate About You – Based on Taming of The Shrew.

Ten things I hate about you

This William Shakespeare play has been subject of scrutiny for decades, by scholars and historians alike. Do its misogynistic undertones transfer into the movie adapted from it? Not. Ten things I hate about you is a beautiful teenage romance-drama adaptation of the play and derives the basic concept from the film. The movie is fun to watch, with the lovely Julia Stiles depicting the characteristics of Shakespeare’s ‘shrew’ and being our favourite character despite it. We also have just two more words about this movie. Heath Ledger. Watching a 1999 Heath Ledger is a real delight to the eyes.

2. Warm Bodies – Based on Romeo and Juliet.

Warm Bodies

A romance, as is evident, Warm Bodies is an apocalyptic zombie version of Romeo And Juliet. And we mean this literally. The two leads, go by the names, Julie and ‘R’. And the whole movie is about them running from the skeletal zombies and the ‘survivors’. Coincidentally enough, the head of the survivors is Julie’s father itself. I would have called this movie a Romeo Juliet rip-off already, if it not for the zombie side of things.

Top Ten Hollywood Movies Based on Classic Literature.

The cult-classic that defined rom-coms for the decade, Clueless was as good as it comes. Clueless was, in fact, the wholesome version of Mean Girls before Mean Girls was fresh. Loosely based on Jane Austen’s ‘Emma’, Clueless is a movie based on one girl who seems to think she is the best matchmaker in town. After a fluke turning outright, she decides to pair up her other friend with a popular guy at school. Unfortunately, the guy seems to like her more than her friend, and her entire plan falls through. Her attempts get dismal and end up driving her friends away, but it all ends up working out. The movie stars the beautiful Alicia Silverstone and the dashing Paul Rudd.

Symptoms of migraine

Migraine symptoms can begin few days before the headache triggers. This period is known as the prodrome stage. This stage shows the symptoms of fatigue or low energy, food cravings, frequent yawning, depression, irritability, hyperactivity and stiffness in the neck.

In migraine with aura, the aura happens just after the prodrome phase. An aura is accompanied with problems in sensation, vision, speech and movement. The problems are described as

  • Feeling a pricking sensation in face, arms or legs
  • Seeing shapes, bright spots or light flashes
  • Difficulty in speaking clearly
  • Losing vision temporarily

The next phase is the attack phase. This is the most severe of all the phases where the actual migraine pain happens. The attack phase may overlap or occur during an aura. The symptoms of this phase can last from hours to days. They can vary from person to person. The symptoms of attack phase include

  • Increased sensitivity to light and sound
  • Nausea
  • Pulsing and throbbing head pain
  • Pain on one side of the head, either on right side, left side, front, back or in temples
  • Vomiting

The postdrome phase happens after the attack phase. In this phase, a person will have changes in feelings and mood. The feelings can range from positive to negative. A person may be extremely happy and feel euphoric. At the same time, that person may become pathetic and fatigued. Mild headache may persist after this phase.

Initially the pain may be mild but it can become severe without treatment. Migraine pain commonly affects the forehead area. It usually occurs on one side of the head but it may even occur on both sides. Migraine pain can shift from one side to the other side. Usually migraines last for nearly four hours. Nausea is the most common symptom that people getting migraines face. Most of the people also vomit. These symptoms start when the headache starts. They usually occur one hour after the headache. Nausea and vomiting trouble just like the headache. If you have only nausea, then you can take the medicines for migraine. But if you have vomiting, then you may not be able to take the medicines. It is because vomiting does not allow medicines to be absorbed in your body. Vomiting may cause migraine to become severe.

Treating nausea while preventing vomiting

If you have nausea but do not have vomiting, then you can take medicines for easing nausea. These medicines are known as anti-nausea or anti-emetic drugs. These drugs can prevent vomiting and cure the nausea. Acupressure may also help in treating migraine nausea. Acupressure can act on migraine nausea in few hours.

Treating both nausea and vomiting

Usually doctors prefer to ease the symptoms of nausea and vomiting by treating the migraine itself. If migraine comes with too much of nausea and vomiting, then preventive medicines can be taken for that.

Doctors diagnose migraines by following a procedure. They know the symptoms of patients, take a thorough medical and family history and perform a physical test to rule out other potential causes. Imaging scans like CT (Computed Tomography) scan and MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) can rule out the other causes. They can be abnormal brain structures, tumors and stroke. If you’re constantly experiencing this, it is advised that you book a private MRI scan to help detect the cause of your migraine.
