While many have countries have either outlawed Bitcoin or cryptocurrencies or don’t want to be anywhere near them, many have accepted them with open arms. Venezuela is one prime example of it.
In the past couple of years, the South American country has developed its own cryptocurrency called Petro after concerns that its fiat currency the Venezuelan Bolivar is losing its ground. The Petro was officially introduced in 2018 by president Nicolas Maduro himself to the dismay of the Western world.
A couple of years later, Venezuela has legalized all cryptocurrencies and is enjoying all the benefits they offer. Even bitcoin casino gaming have been a popular past time in South America so the view of bitcoin is definitely changing.
Legal Status
In 2019, strange news shocked the world when Venezuela announced that it has such a big Bitcoin stash that it doesn’t know how to use it. This was near the end of the year and well after the Petro cryptocurrency was announced. US sanctions against President Nicolas Maduro have isolated the South American country from the global financial system and nearly destroyed the Bolivar.
Maduro and the central bank knew it was time for a change, and that the financial support they needed could only come from cryptocurrencies. In just a short time, the government created a cryptocurrency regulating body led by Carlos Vargas. Previously, the government has been seizing Bitcoin operations and collections, but from 2018 onward, it has returned them to their previous owners and dropped criminal charges.
Bitcoin mining and possession are now perfectly legal in Venezuela. From June 2020, Venezuelans are allowed to use Bitcoin to pay for goods and services at 20,000 PoS terminals around the country. There’s great belief that the struggling South American country will get out of the woods sooner rather than later, and it’s all thanks to Bitcoin.
This is exactly the reason why Venezuela is a prime example of how Bitcoin can help struggling financial systems. During the COVID-19 outbreak, it became pretty clear that the fiat money system and royalties are simply too volatile. Even with Bitcoin’s volatile price, the leading cryptocurrency in the world showed a lot of promise in these perilous times.
What Does the Future Hold?
The future for Bitcoin in Venezuela is very bright. With Bitcoin mining and possession perfectly legal, Venezuela may end up a cryptocurrency haven we’re all been waiting for.
It’s a perfect example of how cryptocurrencies can help a struggling financial system. Banks are not involved in it, so debts will be a thing of the past. With no banking fees involved and a peer-to-peer focus, it becomes clear why people like it so much and governments and banks hate it.
While there were many opponents to Maduro’s Bitcoin legalization, we can safely say that Venezuela is on the right track. The Bolivar may be failing, but Bitcoin is going strong together with the Petro. Maduro may be hated by central financial systems and the West, but he has given his people hope with the legalization of Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies.
If other countries were to follow Venezuela’s example, we would all be enjoying the perks of Bitcoin. Such a time will hopefully come soon.
The recruitment stage always requires filtration (that is why, SELECTION exists!). Be it, a Multinational Company or even, a start-up, every organisation receives many applications at the stage of recruitment. However, one cannot deny that they CANNOT select everybody who applies with them! As a result, rejection mails or letters come into the picture.
In this paragraph, we will discuss:
Why is it important to write a good rejection mail?
Nobody likes informing a news related to rejection to anybody. Moreover, it becomes a huge task at times. However, it is necessary to inform the candidates by writing them a rejection mail.
Firstly, rejections are important because every organisation has a limit for the job position. Moreover, they have to filter a few from the pool of candidates formed in the recruitment process.
Secondly, every candidate who applies for any internship or job, has the right to know the status of their application. Leaving any candidate unanswered not only affects them but also the name of the organisation. Importantly, they should be given a closure about their application’s result. Also, their right to know is equivalent to an organisation’s implied duty to inform them.
Moreover, negative word-of-mouth can spread and affect the goodwill of any organisation.
In addition, there are several organisations that have many levels in the recruitment stages. Hence they should inform the candidates if they keep short-listing throughout the process.
Here are some tips and tricks that you can follow while writing such a mail!
Some ways to write a better rejection mail:
Appreciate the effort of the candidate.
The beginning of the mail indicates the manner of the message. It is not easy to inform anyone that they did not get what they worked for. Therefore, starting the mail or letter by appreciating the candidate is the best way to start.
Firstly, it acknowledges the time and effort taken by them for the application procedure. Secondly, it also appreciates their interest in the company and maintains a good image.
You should express the gratitude in a polite manner and not in a cold way. For instance, do not write “thank you” as:
Thank you for applying to this position…
You should rather be grateful and supportive. For instance, you could use the following lines:
– WE APPRECIATE THE TIME AND EFFORT YOU INVESTED IN OUR COMPANY…
– The team is grateful for the opportunity to speak to you. Thank you so much for your interest in our company…
-WE ARE THANKFUL FOR THE TIME YOU TOOK FOR THIS (POSITION) AND APPRECIATE YOUR INTEREST IN OUR COMPANY…
EXPLAIN THE REASON PROPERLY
Candidates can genuinely feel many negative emotions when not selected. In addition, they feel frustrated when they do not receive any explanation.
It is necessary to provide a satisfactory explanation to the candidates. Firstly, it gives them a complete answer to why they were not select. Secondly, it does not leave them unanswered with self-doubt.
Moreover, writing cold and vague messages should be avoided. For instance,
You are not selected because you are not the right fit.
We have found a better fit and you are not a good fit at this time.
Since, they wait for the response with hope, it is important to give them a full-fledged explanation without any vagueness. Their time, effort and emotions should be respected.
You need to provide them with a genuine and the real reason. It can be anything, ranging from your requirements to their qualifications.
This makes the candidate understand why they were not chosen and the company needs, too.
You may use the following lines, if they are applicable,
If you have received many applications, you may use:
We have received many applications. It was very tough to make a decision out of them. we have selected certain applications whose qualifications matched our requirements.
we are looking for certain qualifications, such as, (name the SPECIFIC qualifications) and have selected the candidates according to them.
for this particular job profile, we are looking for someone with an experience of (mention some years or a degree)
Adding a personal touch leaves a positive note for the candidates. This is the most important element but, is rarely used.
This should include a compliment or a mention of any of the candidate’s strength. In other words, it should be something specific about them so that they feel valued.
It acknowledges their effort and time when they are appreciated. On the other hand, it motivates them rather than disheartening them.
Instead of writing the mail entirely in a generalised form, try adding one or two personal notes. Acknowledge their best feature so that they do not undermine their worth and respect you more for appreciating them.
You may replace lines like:
We were really impressed with your qualifications, but…
it was a pleasure meeting you and we really liked you, but…
and replace them by:
No doubt, your impression was unique because of your great ability to (write any specific STRENGTH, like communicate) well.
your (any strength) impressed us during the interview. the entire team appreciates that.
Importantly, such lines impact them in a great way. It removes the “use of templates” thought in the mind of the candidate and they feel good to know their special feature.
Moreover, there is no harm in complementing a rejected candidate. Not only this, you can even recommend them something to pursue in a good manner. For instance, you may recommend them a short diploma course to enhance their skills, if needed.
Therefore, take care of noticing and writing down the strengths during interviews and mention them, whatsoever the nature of the mail is!
BE ARTICULATE, NOT COLD
Since, the purpose of the mail is to communicate the rejection of the application, it should be done clearly. Use of vague lines should be avoided to express the very purpose of the mail.
However, this does not mean the mail should be cold or impolite. Rather, it should communicate the message in a clear yet polite manner.
Firstly, an expression of gratitude is a must. Secondly, a personal touch, as discussed above, is one major element that adds a good touch to the mail. Finally, the mail should declare the result of the recruitment procedure, here, that is rejection.
There should be a full-fledged message. The mail should not sound like a robotic or an auto generated one. Rather, make it look like a specific mail.
ALWAYS leave on a good note
It is necessary to convey the message that the organisation will always have a door open for them. In other words, as and when, they fulfill the company’s requirement, they are happily welcomed.
This message should never be in a vague or cold manner.
In other words, avoid empty and non-promising words.
There is always a possibility that you may actually need a previously rejected candidate. Therefore, you should genuinely express how the doors for recruitment are always open and not permanently closed for them.
Do not use common and empty lines like:
Stay informed for any future job position.
We will keep your application and inform when we re-consider it.
Instead, use lines that makes them feel worthy, like:
We hope there is no problem if we contact you in the future.
WE HOPE YOU DO NOT MIND IF WE REACH OUT FOR ANY FUTURE OPPORTUNITY
This way, the candidate can even think of the company for any future career change. Importantly, end the mail with the best wishes for luck. Therefore, a change in the way of writing can do wonders and convey a genuine message.
An illustration:
Here is an example of a rejection letter template sent after the interview stage, with hints in the bracket!
Dear CANDIDATE NAME
We were lucky to get many applications for the post of (NAME OF THE POST). The entire team is grateful for the opportunity to speak to you. We express our gratitude for your patience, efforts and interest for our company (NAME THE COMPANY).
Since, we were looking for a person with a work experience of at least four years (YOU MAY CHANGE THIS, RESPECTIVELY) for the profile of (NAME OF THE POST), after a lot of thought, we have decided to go with another candidate. While your qualifications are quite impressive, we felt that you lacked some experience for this respective profile. However, we are thankful to you for the time you took out for us.
We would really like to mention that your fluent speaking and writing skills (NAME ANY PERSONAL STRENGTH) impressed us, particularly. The entire team immensely appreciated about it. It was a very hard decision to let go of some applications, like yours. But, at this time we are looking for somebody with more experience for this profile.
We hope you do not mind if we reach out for any future opportunity. We will add your details in our database and consider you for future profiles, hoping that it is not a problem. Thanks again for your interest in our company. We wish you the best of luck for the job search and future endeavors!
Sincerely,

CONCLUSION
It is unavoidable for a candidate to go through some negative emotions when reading a rejection mail. But, a genuine and warm message can actually help them accept the rejection. Moreover, the mail should never be a cold and a commonly circulated one. As discussed above, it should convey some personal message and gratitude for their efforts and time.
It should make them work on themselves in a positive way and not leave them in a negative pool of emotions. You can definitely not ease up their mood but can make the news easier for them to hear. So, choose the words wisely and present them in a warm manner!

Did you habitually feel heavy-eyed or yawny after having that rich meal? Or if framed in much simpler words, are you among those who often feel sleepy after having your meals? And if that being the case, then you must head over through this article for one single time. As the article predominantly outlines the potential reasons for why you routinely have a sleepy urge after meals. Even shared a few effective tips or you might think of as some beneficial ways to thwart this kinda ambiance.
In a mess keeping your eyes open and struggling to complete the assignment after that 1:30 P.M. lunch! Or feeling lethargic, sluggish, and yawning now and then? Have you ever brainstormed what can be the probable reasons why you off-times feel this way? And if this happens to you over and time again, then you should know the drivers or causes behind this post-meal sleepy feeling. Well, certainly this dozy, heavy feeling after lunch is interlinked with a few phenomena which take place in your body after you have that rich brunch. Especially, if the meal that you have eaten is jam-packed with heavy crabs.
Although surviving an afternoon nap is a very normal practice in India most probably familiar in the Eastern states. Do you know that the heavier your meal, the greater will be the spike in your insulin levels? Yup, if said in mathematical terms, your insulin levels are directly proportional to the abundance of what you eat. The fact is that everything you eat or intake, your pancreas triggers insulin to monitor and oversee the blood sugar levels.
Here’re a few probable driving forces and the tips to forfend that sleepy feeling after meals
The feeling of being sleepy, somnolent, and tired after meals can be characterized by the term postprandial somnolence. Isn’t that quite a bulky term to be consociated with! Well, here’re some of the potential causes or justifications and tips to avoid this routine urge to sleep after having meals.
The hour of your meal
Yes, the routine timings of your meals throughout the day plays a crucial role in your after-meal feelings. You will be quite dumbstruck to know the subsequent fact. As per some proficients, we urge to have a customary habitual dunk in our energy levels twice a day. Once at 2 A.M. and the next one at 2 P.M. And so, if your usual scheduled lunch break regulates around 12:30 P.M. to 1:30 P.M., then you tend to have a greater chance of feeling sleepy by the time it knocks 2. This is mainly triggered by your lower energy levels at that time.
In addition to that, after you have a heavy meal your body gets much more operational on digesting that meal than the rest of the ongoing processes. Well, taking a short nap after meals may not be a bad way out; rather it would allow your body to assimilate the food in a better manner. Lamentably, the majority of us have to be accompanied by work and you must not want to be captured drifting off. Right?
The ultimate quick fix
First of all, try to get at least a proper 7 hours of sleep at night. In this way even if you feel a bit lethargic or dozy at around 2 in the afternoon, you won’t feel much sleepy. Your body will interpret in the henceforth manner. Since you have gotten enough sleep last night, thereafter you have already accomplished a good sleep cycle. However, you might be wondering what could be the best way to get rid of tiredness and that drench of 2 PM. Well, when it comes to being lethargic or sluggish thought-out, you can have some refreshing afternoon drink to energize yourself. What about a glass of lemon juice or even plain water? Like that, numerous healthy alternatives are out there which will significantly help you to replenish your energy levels.
They said ‘We are what we eat’. Well, this phrase is certainly true. The type of food you have affects your insulin levels as well as your overall after-food processes. Driving straight into the point in a succeeding manner. If you are eating meals that predominantly aid to produce serotonin, then you might have found yourself a bit sleepy after that afternoon meal.
Well, you might be thinking that what’s this new term is? Serotonin can be characterized as a chemical that is primarily responsible for monitoring your sleep cycle and mood. Here’re certain foods that prompt your body to instigate more serotonin and hence sum up to build a sleepy feeling. Foods that are packed with carbs and rich in proteins including eggs, meat, fish, rice, bread, pasta, and dairy products. Proteins contain amino acids and one of which comprises tryptophan. Here the tryptophan provokes your body to generate more serotonin and the carbs there are helping your body to absorb more tryptophan.
But the reality is that there’s no way to escape these protein and carb-rich food sources. As such foods are very important sources of protein and carbs that are vital for humans. And all that they want to do is exasperate your body to rest while it imbibes the vital supplements it requires to function productively.
However, taking a nap might not be the solution for you if you’re already preoccupied with your work. Well, what’s the next trick that you can opt for?
Wanna know the possible solution for this? Believe it or not, it can be a clap if you’re able to incorporate the next habit of having your meals in your day-to-day scheduled lifestyle. Instead of eatingfull meals particularly the three routined times a day, you should opt to divide them roughly into five or six balanced fragments.
How come this thing has a connection with lowering the intake of tryptophan? As having balanced five-six meals during a day, you won’t be consuming enough tryptophan or carbs that are mainly responsible for regulating your mood or your sleep cycle. Rather it will enable you to be more productive and maintain a healthy lifestyle. So, till now you may have understood that skipping meals is probably not the ultimate option as you may end up causing much more suffering to your digestive system. Before you regret this later in the future, try to always have a proper breakfast, as it’s the most essential meal of the day. Hope you’re now able to address practically how can you overpower the sleepy feeling after having your meal. Well, there’re a few more points that you might want to evaluate. Well, stay tuned then!
The portion of your one-time meal
You may have observed that the sleepy, dull feeling relatively multiplies if you’ve eaten a full packed rich food during your lunch break. Just like elaborated in the earlier points, the more portion of food you eat at a time that is mainly loaded with carbs and tryptophan in the form of proteins. The more often you feel sleepy after meals. And so the portion of the meal you’re having plays a crucial role in this along with the sleep hours you got the night before.
In addition to that, if you’re already accompanied by high blood sugar levels, then you would likely feel more sleepy as compared. Larger portions of food in the afternoon predominately trigger the rise in your blood sugar levels. This in turn precipitates to soak the energy flow of your body. Summarizing, you have prepared the perfect recipe for your afternoon nap if you have a lunch jam-packed with a quite big portion of carbs and proteins. So, what can you do next?
Over and over again, even specialists recommend that you should never try to compromise with your sleeping hours at night. As if you haven’t gotten enough sleep the night before, there’s a quite good possibility that you will feel sleepy, inactive, dozy, and tired the next day. And that sleepy urge will only multiply after you have had your lunch. The next trick you should accommodate to avoid that sleepy feeling is that you can opt for a short walk just after having your lunch. This can subsequently work for you. Since your body is now incorporated with physical activity, this would promote your body to digest the food without sculpting the sleeping eruption within you. And hence you will be back to work feeling more energetic, fresh, and productive.
Besides that, if sleeping is the ultimate urge you’re struggling with, then here’s another trick you may wanna try once. You can take a short power nap of 20-25 mins during the day after having your lunch. It will rather make you feel more focussed and active when you’re back to work. A power nap can help increase your productivity for the rest of the day. Sounds great right!
Well, sleeping is a very important part of your everyday routine. Specifically, when you have to be more productive and active for around 12-15 hours throughout the day along with staying conscious. And hence a good 7-8 hours of sleeping at night can help you to tackle the sleepy feeling after meals. And of course, you need to consider the rest of the tips and tricks following your sleeping hours.
Making lasagnaat home has never been so simple and obvious. However, you can make that now by following this simple recipe of vegetable lasagna using bread that too without an oven. No need for lasagna sheets to make this appetizing and delicious treat. A quite offbeat version of lasagna which is made from bread slices in a homemade oven-setup yet tastes so rich and flavorful. This vegetable lasagna turns out to be so cheesy and super yummy, that you’ll just dive into it right away after being baked. The recipe will be ideal for 4 servings, as this might be quite heavy for your tummy and will make you fill with just one portion of it.
Follow the detailed written steps in the recipe properly and make your own vegetable lasagna at home. If you’re a cheese lover, then you’re gonna love how this turns out to be when baked. This vegetable lasagna is loaded with cheese (of course), rich-creamy white and red sauce, and crunchy veggies. If anything would be excellent for holidays and weeknights, then this is it. The creamy layers of sauces, cheese, and veggies create the perfect mingling to be savored. The end results are a dense, super flavorful, nutrient-rich, veggie-packed chunk that would absolutely satisfy your comfort food cravings. Do try out this one, and enjoy the tempting seasonings of this one-dish meal.
Firstly, will make the red sauce. For that, you need to boil some tomatoes. Take a pan and boil ½ cup of water. Add 2 medium-sized tomatoes, cover this with a lid and cook for around 10-12 mins on medium flame.
You’ll notice that the tomatoes will become soft and a bit soggy after 10 mins. If you want you can remove the skin or let it as it is. Switch off the flame and let the tomatoes cool down completely.
Next, you need to grind the tomatoes into a smooth puree. Take care not to grind them when they’re hot, otherwise the mixer-grinder jar might burst open.
Now, heat 2-3 Tbsp of cooking oil in a pan. Then, add 2 Tbsp of finely chopped garlic to it. Saute the garlic for 30 secs-1 min till the raw smell of the garlic is gone. When the garlic turns slightly golden, add 1 medium-sized finely chopped onion and again saute till the onion turns slightly translucent.
Next, add the prepared tomato puree to it. Keeping the flame in between low-medium add 1 Tsp of red chili powder, 1 Tsp of oregano, 1 Tsp of chili flakes, and give everything a good mix. You can adjust the spiciness accordingly.
After about 4-5 mins, add some salt as per taste and mix well. Then, add a dash of water to it, ½ Tsp of sugar and you need to keep cooking it. You can even cover it for 5 mins and then cook it in low flame till the raw smell is gone.
After some time, you’ll notice that the oil has separated from the sides. Your rich and juicy red sauce is ready to go with your vegetable lasagna.
Meanwhile, will make the rich, creamy, and thick white sauce. For that, heat 3 Tbsp of butter in a pan keeping the flame low and let it melt. Whisk it continuously otherwise the butter might burn.
Now, add 3 Tbsp of refined flour/maida to this melted butter. You need to keep whisking this so that there are no lumps formed. Roast this for around 2-3 mins at low-medium heat till the raw smell of the maida is completely gone.
After that, gradually add 1 cup of milk while whisking continuously. This time the flame should be low. Now, add 1 Tsp of oregano and some salt as per taste and give everything a good mix.
Your creamy white sauce is ready, keep it aside.
To make the Veggies
Now, let’s prepare the veggies for the vegetable lasagna. In a pan, heat 2 Tbsp of oil or you can also use butter to saute the veggies in place of cooking oil. To that add 2 Tbsp of finely chopped garlic and saute for a few seconds till the raw smell is gone.
Next, keeping the flame at medium, add ¾ cup of boiled sweet corn, 1 small-sized chopped capsicum, 1 cup of roughly chopped button mushroom, 1 small-sized chopped tomato, ¾ Tsp of oregano, 1 Tsp of chili flakes and finally some salt as per taste. Give everything a good mix.
You need to saute these veggies at medium-high flame till the mushrooms become a bit soft and leave the water and the veggies are cooked yet a part crunchy.
Switch off the flame and your crunchy veggies are ready to be blended with your vegetable lasagna.
Now, as you have prepared almost all the elementary components of the vegetable lasagna, however only the assembling part is left to be done. For that, follow the following written steps accordingly.
Take 8 slices of white bread. Depending on the size of the baking dish in which you will bake the lasagna, you can increase or decrease the number of bread slices accordingly.
Next, you need to trim the sides of the bread slices and roll each of the bread slices gently with the help of a rolling pin/belan. Use only fresh good quality bread for this, as then it will be easier for you to roll them into thin slices.
Similarly, roll the rest of the slices, and your bread slices are now ready.
The homemade oven-setup
Before going to the assembling part of the vegetable lasagna, let’s move ahead to your homemade oven-setup. Take a wide heavy-bottom kadai. Add ½ cup of cooking salt to it and spread it evenly on the bottom of the kadai. You can use this salt a number of times for baking the next time. If you’re baking it in an oven, then preheat the oven at 180 for 10 mins. Now, keeping the flame at medium, you need to preheat the kadai by covering it with a lid for around 10 mins.
Next, take a baking dish, you can use any glass, ceramic, or a normal aluminum cake mold for baking your vegetable lasagna.
Firstly, spread the red sauce all over the bottom of the dish and then some white sauce. You can even do the layering as per your choice. The next layer will be the layer of 4 thinly rolled bread slices. On top of that, put some more red and white sauce. And, then goes the next layer of the crunchy yummy veggies. Spread all of them evenly, next add the grated processed and mozzarella cheese on the top.
Then, add some white sauce again and put the rest 4 bread slices on top of the cheese layer. Followed by some more red and white sauce with the remaining cheese as the topmost layer of the vegetable lasagna.
Finally, on the top put a bit of white, red sauce and some veggies to make it look more colorful and delicious.
Once, you’ve done preheating your Oven or Kadai as per the specified instructions, you need to bake this wholesome dish of appetizing vegetable lasagna for around 15 mins. If you feel you need to bake this for more than 15 mins, you can do that by checking it after 12-15 mins in between. After 15 mins, take out the dish and your super cheesy, tempting, and delicious vegetable lasagna is ready to be cut into portions and served.

It doesn’t matter if you’re from America or India, or anywhere across the world. Chances are, you know the Kardashian-Jenners. Popularised by mother and business mastermind Kris Jenner, The Kardashians shot to fame with their TV show KUWTK in 2007. A story of the family, the sisters and their subsequent lives, KUWTK has run along for thirteen years now.
The show recently announced that it shall be pulling the plug and go on to newer and bigger ventures. This comes after a string of controversies surrounding the family, which have all been documented on and off the show. The show has its ups and downs. The celebrities have had vibrant TV lives, both scandalous and quite moving, which have now sadly, come to an end. Here is a small revisit to the hit reality TV show.
The Growth Of A Multimillion-Dollar Empire and Family.
The show first began with the sole Kardashian, Kris. Then separated from her former husband Rob Kardashian, Kris started her hit reality show Keeping Up With The Kardashians. The TV show documented all the drama that followed the family. First consisting of Kim, Khloe, Kourtney, Kris, Kendall, Kylie and Bruce, the Kardashian-Jenner family has grown over the years.
Filled with a lot of drama, scandal, the occasional conflict between the sisters, KUWTK is the perfect reality show. The show was always quite easy to immerse into. And with the family just growing in its ambitions, and the constant drama that surrounded them embroiled us too.
Regular viewers of the show would credit Scott Disick for his interminable sense of humour. However, we disagree. There is really no other star of the show greater other than Kourtney Kardashian. Everyone from KUWTK was too caught up living the high life, riding the money trails of their scandals. And in between all of this was Kourtney Kardashian reminding everyone how trashy they actually came off.
An iconic episode of KUWTK is the one in which the family spends their vacation on the beautiful island of Bora Bora. Kim Kardashian is the most opulent of the group, getting into the water wearing earrings worth 75 grand. And predictably enough, she loses it. She cries out, almost on the verge of a breakdown for losing her earrings. Between the commotion, Kourtney comes out of her room with her young son on her hip, observes it all and simply comments, “Kim, there are people dying.”
What makes her the star of the show is that she grounds the show. She reminds both the viewers and her family that at the end of the day, they are all ridiculous. Her behaviour is what actually makes the show realistic. Without her, KUWTK would have simply been a family showing off their trashy opulence.
What Do We Love About KUWTK?
At the end of the day, KUWTK didn’t aspire to be a far reaching show with deep consequences. It limited itself to its original motives, of being a drama reality tv show. And despite it remaining within its original bounds, the show developed in its own way. It gave you the element of drama that each person yearns to acquire. It felt like we were the nosey audience peeking into the life of our rich neighbours.
SANTA MONICA, CALIFORNIA – NOVEMBER 10: 2019 E! PEOPLE’S CHOICE AWARDS — Pictured: (l-r) Kris Jenner, Kourtney Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, and Kim Kardashian West arrive to the 2019 E! People’s Choice Awards held at the Barker Hangar on November 10, 2019 — NUP_188989 (Photo by: Amy Sussman/E! Entertainment/NBCU Photo Bank)
And one thing that KUWTK reminds us is that we are perfectly normal. Being rich doesn’t change you into a better person. It doesn’t make you more intelligent or more hardworking. It maybe due to the circumstances you were born into, or it could simply be luck. KUWTK is a ridiculous show that must only be taken at face value and forgotten about. And after 18 seasons of the show, it feels like the family is too.
The show made news when Kim Kardashian, came out in an Instagram post, announcing the termination of the show. In a lengthy post, she said that the final season of KUWTK will begin airing in January of 2021. She didn’t cite any reasons for the termination, but did mention that one reason was simply that ‘it was time’. The SKIMS CEO did not say more, but momager Kris had a lot to say.
Kris Jenner came out saying that the show was set to end as it was a long time coming. She mentioned that both Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner reportedly wanted to quit. She believed that the show wouldn’t be the same without the stars. Pulling the plug was the best choice. In an interview with The Sun, she was said, “The family have been locked in an ongoing debate over the future of the show for months now.”
“Kim has all the drama with Kanye West going on. He’s refusing to put anything personal on the show. It is also increasingly difficult for Kim to find time to film the show. Kylie is making billions of dollars through her make-up line and product endorsements. She doesn’t need the show, and like Kendall, has always struggled with fame and being in the spotlight. Filming the show meant having to be in LA with her family. Now is free to fly off on holiday, or follow Travis Scott on his next tour.”
The source within the sets of KUWTK had something to say with regards to the ending too. While Kim and Kylie were happy with quitting and moving on with their own lives, there were others who weren’t. Khloe Kardashian and Scott Disick were reportedly upset with the show ending. “The only people who are upset are Khloé and Scott Disick. Khloé’s tried to launch several spin off shows—but none of them have been as successful as KUWTK. And who knows how Scott will make money now the show is being cancelled. He loves flying in private jets and being treated like an A-list star. I can’t see him flying commercial or paying his own way.” the source said.
We hope them good luck in their new adventures, but we are sure they won’t need it!!
Exams season is the toughest season in a student’s life. Studying for exams can be stressful and time-consuming. All the students in your class have the same 24hrs to study, but then why is it that some students are highly confident to give exams, while others are just gloomy and scared and hoping to pass? think about it. But nothing is impossible. If you’re reading this article, you’ve won half the battle to get your desired grade. Implement these tips to get a proper focus and dedication for your exams and be a winner. So, if you want that perfect grade start reading and working:
Make A Schedule for Exams-
Its important to start by noting down everything that you have to study. This will give you a clear picture of what all you have to do and how much time. Here are ways how you make a schedule:
Start by writing your full syllabus. All the topics you have to cover and those you have to revise. Use different colours or symbols to separate them
Now arrange them in their priority depending on their dates and start allotting how much time each subject would require
With all this data make a time table. Put sufficient breaks in it after every 1 or 2 hours depending on your capacity
Clear Your Study Are:
It’s very important to clear out your study area. It should be neat and spacious enough to place all your notes and books.
Keep all kinds of distractions (especially your mobile) away from you.
Choose a well-lighted room to sit.
Keep some snacks close to you so that you don’t have to get up and get distracted.
Also, very important, to keep a water bottle. It is important to keep your body hydrated so that the brain can stay fresh.
Study Smart-
once you have made a time table, start by collecting all the notes and the handouts you have. It is important to study smart to memorise things faster. You can do this by:
Start by studying the most important topics. The one that has the most probability to be on the test. You can also ask your teacher for important questions and topics.
Then start studying the easiest parts first. The one in which you feel confident. But remember don’t waste a lot of time on them. Gradually go on difficult topics.
Make flowcharts and diagrams to remember easily. This will also help to revise at the end moment before the exam
Explain It To Others-
It is always a good technique to explain the topic you studied, to others. This will not only help you highlight the area that needs work but will also make you feel confident about your preparation by clearing your mind.
If you’re comfortable studying in a group, the make an informal study group where you can discuss each other’s notes. You can quiz each other on topics and also explain difficult concepts. But it’s important not to get distracted when studying in a group.
If you don’t feel comfortable in a group, then grab your parents or your siblings and explain to them what all you studied. Note down your doubts and ask your teacher later.
Previousyears’ Exam Papers-
It’s important to know the pattern of the exam. This way, you will get a clear idea of how to study and what to study. Doing previous papers for revision is also good. Note down your mistakes and revise them once before the exam.
Get Enough Sleep-
Before your exam plan on getting at least 7-8 hours of sleep. A good night’s sleep is the key to success. Have a healthy sleep routine, so that your mind is fresh on the day of the exam. Don’t over-study. When your mind reaches saturation, give yourself a break instead of forcing it to cram everything.
The night before the exam, pack all your stuff. Keep your stationary pouch ready and wake up fresh 2-3hrs before the exam. Have a glance at your notes and flowcharts and you’re set to go.
CONCLUSION-
In the end, it’s important to realise that getting bad marks isn’t the end of the world. When studying you should study for the knowledge. If you are studying at the end moment, then it’s important to do the important points first, and then just go through your notes. Just give your 100%.
AND REMEMBER- Do Not Study Anything New Just Before The Exam.
