The word warli is the symbol of a piece of land. Warli art is the form of historic art from the ancient period. The emergence of warli art begins from Maharashtra, India. It is also known astribal art. This kind of art get designed from north Sahyadri range, India by the tribal people. As in India, warli art is one of the most desired art, but then also it did not get any identity except, from India. In today’s scenario, warli art is still put into practice by the people of Palghar district.
Historical background of warli art
Without having any evidence of the roots of this art get traced in the 10th century. Researchers covered that the tribal people were from the culture which becomes prominent in the Neolithic Period. This period was in the middle of 2500BC-3000BC. The paintings of tribal people get disclosure on the wall in today’s era. From these paintings, researchers find that the paintings were identical to some art. Further, they get to know that these are those paintings which get disclosure between 500BC-10000BC. They get disclosure in Bhimbetka’s rock shelter, Maharashtra. The rare mural paintings make use of rudimentary visual structure like circle, square, and triangle. These visuals come across them after observing the nature. As the circle came from the moon and sun on the other hand triangle came from pointed trees (fir) and mountains. The squares were their discovery which consists of logic.
Warli art in present day
Tribal art in the 21st century with effective colors.
The lovers of warli art flourish the monogram with dignity. They follow the custom of warli art and still create this art on red backcloth with white paint. The only combination of the red and white colour is used in this art. In India, the team of coca-cola has started a movement to emphasize the legacy of warli art. Their motive of this campaign was that the people can know the sense of togetherness. The coca-cola has played an imperative role in bringing the monogram of warli art in the 21st century. But these days that variety of colours is used which makes the product attractive.
These earrings give a bohemian touch to the look. Thus, merging the different vivid colours make a perfect colour combination which perfects with any attire.

Artisans of warli art
India is known as the land of traditions and cultures for its vintage arts and crafts. The tribal and fork art of India is so simple and ethnic that it speaks about the heritage of the country. To make this art more beautiful the tribal craftsman of this country portray the shadow of their god in the painting. The reason behind this is that they think, they will get the blessings of their god through painting. To craft the warli art at weddings, festivals, birthplace and at the place which is pure shows the symbol of deities. By crafting these symbols, they ask from god for continuous showering of the kindness for them. The artisans use the white colour to craft the pure image of the goddess. The reason behind using the white colour is that itis the pure and holy colour.
Effective art of artisans in this era.
Background of artisans
The beautiful warli folk art has been religiously crafted by the tribal women. This kind of tribal art discloses its identity in the 17’s. And from that period it has been known as warli art. Making the paintings on the walls of the house, tribal people explore themselves. The reason behind this crafting was not to bring out the myths or the pictures of deities but was to explore the social life. Warli is the largest tribe which has been found on the outskirts of Mumbai. After that in thane district, the number of people was there who still used to maintain their tradition. But today the focus is on the artisans of warli arts. From many two of the profiles of warli artisans are Meenu Shrivastava and Sangeeta Vaishnav.
In today’s research, the conclusion was that most of the warli art artisans belong to the scheduled tribe. After many years, people accept that tribal art is an ancestral work. The researchers of warli art got disappointed about the low demand for this art. Due to technology, the growing revenue of warli art upholds the rising potentials of tribal people.
An age-old saying stands to be the biggest truth in the current COVID-19 pandemic. It goes “in every adversity lies an opportunity”. Adversity is an opportunity in disguise. The saying is particularly true for developing countries, especially for India.
The modern progressive democracy we are in has tied us down with the brutal opinions and traditions. Some of the traditions in India do not seem to have meaningful existences. They only cause hindrance to common logic and what’s correct. Most of the deep-rooted opinions exasperate political outlook, primarily.
Introduction
Urban and rural divisions religiously believe racial discrimination, language discrimination, and caste-based discrimination. Only situations of great adversity, like the current pandemic, unifies the country. Although this adversity is unfortunate, a slight hope may bring the necessary reforms needed to curb the deep-rooted traditions into changes that may help people live easy.
Compared to the other developing countries, India has coincidentally suffered less crisis than most of the developed leveraged economies of the world. Coping up with the ongoing crisis up to a measure never witnessed by humanity before has left the governing bodies of the world galvanized.
This pandemic has caused an existential threat keeping recovery farthest. Given the sentimental value of Indian citizens, deep reforms are keeping pandemic measures at bay. To bring about changes through conventional sensors, opportunities are paving ways. Both the houses of the Parliament have the ruling party.
The only challenge now is significant planning, imagination, management, and organization. A major theme of hygiene and sanitation has taken over previous concepts stuck to beliefs, that had ignored the importance of sanitary health.
People are now looking for better healthcare along with the emergence of a better supply chain system, storage of emergency supplies and primarily being self-sufficient.
Alongside chopping onions, dicing garlic, and cleaning coriander leaves, we are all finding ourselves joining hands together across the world. The contemplation of the future and what COVID-19 awaits has left the current situation as a purposeful oracle. It is only revealing our past.
Ignorance is standing between humanity and disparity. The tasks we perform as “work from home” are now tasks of substance and not profit. We do not leave our kitchen dirty and sleep anymore. Once we are done cooking, we clean, go to bed, wake up, clean again, and start afresh.
We are asking for help without disguising it in the name of collaboration or partnership. Today with the world sticking to the screens of its glowing devices, a small community on Facebook sharing simple recipes for this lockdown has grown to be a 2000 + peoples group.
Everything is in the introspection of opportunities. The choice is no more the solution, choice has become a compulsion. Your behavior is tending towards the “next is what”. You are constantly looking for something to fill your mind. Today, political nuisance, personal grudge, and lack of commitment are of no value.
You are only looking to strive better, earn better keeping in mind the forlorn hope of your job to sustain.
With increasing choices you get an increased number of matches. The higher the number of matches you have, the higher you are on the ladder. Try connecting, however, don’t commit. You know your destination well. This only feels tedious in a world, where once to get lost, meant to commit to an open-ended journey. And now you are lost amidst the crowd.
But We Can Finally Find Ourselves
This confrontation is hard but it is the right time to confront yourself and ask what next? Today, privilege is the difference between the rich and poor, the expectant, and the non-expectant.
Some are happy about the French omelet being served every day, and some are cherishing the return of dolphins in Venice. Today this pandemic has given us a choice that had almost paralyzed us.
If we prefer rewinding to a prelapsarian era, the days of Doordarshan playing Ramayan and Mahabharat would still be much more appreciated than the world of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest we depend on now.
Looking At The Bright Side of Life
Every cloud has a silver lining. The darkness of the coronavirus pandemic with people dying, companies going bankrupt, stock market collapsing, overloading of the healthcare system, and millions of employees losing a job. COVID-19 is the biggest seizure triggering years of uncertainty.
The upsides rather than the silver lining of the cloud have given some of us opportunities. For example, now for all the work from home meeting, companies like Zoom, and Go To Webinar has built virtual meetings options.
Today as of recent reports, Amazon has planned to hire 1 lakh employees. Because of the increasing number of orders and deliveries to meet the need of the hour. This all of the sudden hiring by Amazon may sound more like a threat however it will employ a part of the population instead of keeping them unnoticed.
Here Are The Major Opportunities This Crisis Has GivenUs
Ample Time
The economy of the country is overheated. Time has emerged to be the most valuable and sparse item. We had the entire week full of social gatherings, theatre visits, parties, movies, festivals, and concerts. Suddenly all of them seem to be the forbidden fruit.
This has given us a significant amount of extra time. Even though we are not able to live high on the expectations, our lives are going on. This shows how easy it is to just divert our minds from the busy schedule we were living in and engage in productivity.
This does not apply to the health care workers or workers associated with the entire sector providing health assistance and restoration work. Although it applies to the majority of us, this time can give us ideas to conduct DIY, writing, reading, and contemplate the current situation.
The key to better utilizing this free time is reserved for something productive, leave no scope for an idle mind.
Breakthrough Speed And Innovation
The organizational work-life balance suffered from rigid hierarchies, slow procedures, and complex bureaucracy. This led to the making of work-life balance into the utter disturbance.
The immediate plan for “work from home” has given the opportunity to these organizations to break through the glass of rigidity and act instantly. Suddenly the slow procedures can be readily skipped the rigid hierarchies can be made autonomous without formal approval.
Suddenly planned, unplanned, casual and sick leaves have all been approved to a new “work from home” model without direct supervision. The strong stimulus driving necessary changes has made it clear that metal can be melt without fire. Remarkable innovations can take place without much contemplation.
For example, a recent change in the delivery option by restaurant delivery partners has been the “no contact delivery” mode. The delivery guy specifically drops your package at the doorstep upon confirmation of the residence.
Suddenly schools have shifted online classes, of course by mandating attendance. Innovations can now maintain a constant work-life balance even during a crisis.
Given the constant pressure we were all in for work, waiting for the weekend to relieve ourselves of all the stress we run through for 5 days. Detached are our social connections. The challenging time today is an opportunity to bond over and connect with people.
Previous visits to restaurants, movies, theatres with family and friends have left feelings of loneliness in some cases. But remember we are in this together. This simple thought can trigger interesting ways to connect. For example the most viral social connection has been in Italy. Videos surfaced the internet where people have been seen singing together from their balconies and windows.
In India the government took forward the nine minutes at 9:00 p.m. move with the provocation of sound in the form of claps, bells and other instruments to make us all aware of the active mindset we are all living with. The need of the hour has emerged to become the need of the future. Activities building social coherence will live even when the crisis is no more.
These initiatives have given a medium and opportunity to show how people are caring for their families, hoarding food, medicine, and essential to keep the loved ones under the blanket of love and care.
Clean Environment Better Environment
With almost no industrial activity the virus has shutdown modes of pollution and improper hygiene. Factories are now operating below the capacity with little or no transportation. Traffic has reduced radically. Satellite images of the sky have shown how the past few months has cleared the air, water and brought back our natural habitat.
Overcrowded cities such as New York, Amsterdam, and Venice are witnessing the emergence of rare animals that were thought to be endangered. Greenhouse gases, pollutants in air and water have reduced significantly. The lockdown and shutdown have impacted positively on our nature.
Although for the short term our environment is breathing clean and safe. This is an opportunity to make cleaning habits a part of your life. The line of previous opportunities runs parallel with the habit of keeping your environment clean.
The crisis has shown how an opportunity like this can help us reconsider our life and organize it in a way that has a less negative impact on the planet.
Educational Opportunities
Before the crisis hit us, the World Bank shared the learning poverty indicator. This indicator measures the percentage of children unable to read and understand at the age of 10. Previous to the pandemic, the percentage of children stood at 53% and now people have forecasted the situation to worsen.
These children are suffering from loss in their learning aspect, dropout rates may increase and some of the children being served with mid-day meals will lose the most important meal of the day. The availability of a laptop or a computer has made it possible for educational institutions to reach out to children from better-off families.
All possible delivery mode should be put to use. The crisis has given the ministries around the world, time to formulate strategies, to deliver educational information to children. The ministries are planning on using podcasts and other resources which use fewer data compared to zoom classes.
Recent thoughts have been given to radio and television to act as the source of education. Remote learning is not only about learning from home or online learning. Ministries are now planning to make remote learning all about mixed media learning in order to reach as many students as possible. This will help keep students engaged and passive about education.
Winners Of The COVID-19 Pandemic
The global economy has been driven into a tailspin. The unprecedented recession has caused catalytic changes. It has kept industries challenged from being reformed, and restructured. The new era of business we are looking at will highly depend on scalability, automation, and agility.
Industries growing with these virtues will be clear winners. With economic packages being pushed from the government, some forms of liquidity are brought into the market. It will help the economy stay afloat and dodge a recession once the lockdown is lifted.
However reports suggest better capitalization of businesses to benefit over small operators. The economy shall be seen as a competition between the incumbent and the upstarts. COVID-19 will force the rebirth of industries that were in lockdown previous to the pandemic.
Companies have got the opportunity to raise and re-imagine, increase modes of consumption, productivity, supply, and interaction has already boomed business. For a few the shift of paradigm against existing threats will either keep the economy accelerating or not.
If you have noticed, the cashless mode is booming already, rather clearly accelerating. Approximately 31 countries have lifted the limits and restrictions of cashless payment to keep social distancing measures in place.
The trend of bringing your own device is already in business and is seen as a supercharging session conducted daily. People are now socializing remotely and all of a sudden tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and even the Houseparty app are known to support millions of corporate interactions.
The demand for personal protective equipment (PPE), ventilators, and other medical essentials has spiked, leaving the supply chain to organize and reconfigured themselves in real-time. For example, the Royal Mint is now producing medical devices whereas Dyson is producing personal protective equipment (PPE) and ventilators.
Controversy Of Good And Bad
The economy of India is bound to suffer in FY 2020. Majorly because of weak demand, no export business, acting together leading to failing revenue modes of the country. With the extension of lockdown, India has hit a recession in no time. The government is trying to put a fiscal stimulus as a cushion against the economic setback. This initiative will help entrepreneurs and industries to keep up with their operations.
The purchasing manager’s index (PMI) of India has fallen from 51. 8 to 27 points. The normal market census is measured at 42. This shows how India is struggling below normalcy to cope with what’s lost. The projected increase in 2021 is 51, however much has to be done.
The second quarter this year is expected to pick the lost run which will also witness supply chain streaming all over again. At present, India has approximately 231 special economic zones. The government is coping up with provisions of incentives to meet capital inflows and Indian competitiveness. India’s SEZ policy has allowed foreign investments and foreign operations in the form of FDI.
MSME Impact
The micro small and medium enterprises hold another sector that acts as the backbone of the national economic structure of the country. Of the total number of operating industries in the country, approximately 97% of the industries fall under the MSME category. This segment of the industrial development pools great economic development, employment, along with innovation.
MSME is known to contribute more than 30% of the gross domestic product (GDP) of India. This sector is badly impacted due to the COVID-19 lockdown. The current contribution is below 25% and some of the firms in this sector are already on the way to permanently shut down.
The Government is trying to keep these sectors alive with initiatives like the “Make In India” all for better reasons. It is now known that the new normal will not only enable the manufacturing sector to grow better but also drive better technology and employment opportunities.
The Ministry of Commerce is putting their hands together to conduct a well-coordinated effort along with the state governments.

There is good potential in India.
Advantages of online education
Usually people opt for online education when they do not have access to classroom education. But online education is better than classroom education in some ways. They are
One can learn anywhere and at any time
The primary requirement of online education is high-speed Internet. Other than that, it needs desktop, laptop or smartphone. This flexibility helps students and working professionals. They can pursue new courses without giving up on anything. Students can learn new course during their vacations. Working people can learn on weekends and holidays. Many companies in India are accepting online degrees. But the degrees should be approved by Distance Education Council (DEC) of India. Some organisations ask their employees to get online education. If you complete an online course from a valid forum, then you can mention it in resume.
Online education industry in India
Online learning has changed the scenario of education in India. It is growing at a good rate. Online education goes beyond secondary and tertiary education. It also includes courses for competitive exams, non-academic subjects and enhancement of professional skills. The categories of online education are
Primary and secondary supplemental education
Online learning acts as a supplement to school learning. It is for school students studying in primary and secondary classes. Online education has replaced tuition classes of students. This is convenient for students and saves their time.
Higher education
Online education acts as an alternative to traditional higher education courses. Though classroom education is best for higher education, yet it is an option for students who cannot avail traditional education.
Test preparation
There are numerous entrance exams that occur throughout the year. There are online learning programmes which aim at training students in the preparation of competitive exams. Internet and smartphone penetration
Internet has become a part of our life due to its accessibility. It is expected that the number of Internet users in India will reach 730 million by the end of 2020. India may become the second largest user after USA. Smartphone has also become a part of our life due to its usefulness. The number of smartphone users is increasing day by day. India is the third largest smartphone market in the world. It is only because of internet that people are able to enrol in online courses. The young demographic is an active consumer of Internet and smartphone. They look out for online education in order to fulfil their requirements. Internet makes it possible even for rural population to access different courses and certifications from around the world.
Traditional education is unable to fulfil additional capacity
The aim of government is to increase the number of literate people in India. But considering the total population in India, it is somewhat difficult to cater to all educational needs of people. The existing infrastructure of education cannot meet the additional capacity. Online education can fulfil this gap to a considerable extent. Online learning can supplement conventional education. For tuitions, online learning is of great help. Due to the vast population everyone does not get opportunity to go to tuition classes. But they can have that through online mode.
Digital friendly government policies
Government has launched many programmes under initiatives like Digital India and Skill India for spreading digital literacy. The aim is to create a knowledgeable society in India. Government wants to implement three principles of the Education policy which are access, equality and quality. For establishing digital infrastructure, Government has launched National Optical Fibre Network (NOFN). That aims in expanding broadband connectivity and fast network.

Covid-19 has impacted our economy badly. It has not only hit the secondary and tertiary sector, but also the ambitious dream of Modi Government of doubling the farmers’ income by 2020. Farmers are not just a segment or a sector; they are the ray of hope in this covid-19 for every citizen, who is staying home, walking miles to reach home, working day and night to treat the patients. Food is the utmost necessity for survival. Hence, every grain produced by a farmer is equal to gold. When the first lockdown was announced on March 23, people rushed to markets to get the food grains as it was the first thing needed for staying at home for a long period of time.
Shift of Indian Economy
UttamKrishi, MadhyamVyaparkanisthanaukri (Supreme is farming, mediocre is a trade, and most lowly is service), the ancient philosophy of the Indian economy is no more relevant now. Gandhi is still true that ‘India lives in villages.’ Agriculture is still the primary source of livelihood for about 58 percent of India’s population. The contribution of the agriculture and allied sectors is 17.1%, the industry sector is 29.6%, and the service sector is 54.3% (2016-17). Growth in Gross Value Added (GVA) by agriculture and allied sectors stood at 2.1 percent in FY 2019-20 (Indian agriculture and allied industries report, March 2020). Barclays report (2014)had estimated that 35% of the urban population could contribute 70%-75% of Indian GDP by 2020. Probably, it is not possible due to covid-19. The policy of the government has never been towards the majority population, which could contribute much more to the Indian economy.
Reimagining Indian Economy
Aajeevika Bureau estimates 120 million people migrate from rural to urban space, and the biggest employers are the construction sector (40 million), domestic work (20 million), textile (11 million), Brick kiln (10 million) and others like mining, transportation, and agriculture. This population constitutes approx 11 % of India’s population. These migrants are especially from Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand, Odhisa, Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh. They are ‘the GDP maker’ of the Indian economy for the secondary and tertiary sectors. They are the most affected population of the country due to covid-19. They have started coming back to their home, the rural space. As per many reports, the GDP contribution of secondary and tertiary are drastically damaged while the primary sector has got good production food grains in the rabi season. This reverse migration has resulted in unexpected/ unpredictable burden on the rural economy (especially on agriculture) due to no proper plan ever of the consecutive policymaker on govt. Once again, the covid-19 has made us realise the ancient philosophy of the Indian economy. Modi calls it ‘Aatmanirbhar,’ Gandhi calls it ‘Swaraj,’ Tagore calls it ‘completeness,’ Vivekananda calls it ‘self- reliant’ and so-called post-modern thinker may call it ‘Alternative to Development.’
Understanding the current scenario of agriculture
In India, agriculture gets three seasons for cultivation; Kharif, Rabi, and Zaid, which starts with June- July and ends with May- June, respectively. If the meat and milk industry put aside, agriculture is a totally unorganized sector. This is the only sector in India, where new technology is the matter of controversy (Damodaran, 2016), and traditional technology are considered as a backword. One side, Green revolution in the 1970s and currently Genetic Modified (GM) crops are a matter of controversies; on the other hand, we are trying to believe in organic farming, bio-dynamic farming, and natural farming which we were master. Over the period of time, we are standing on the middle path. This situation has given the following adverse result to Indian agriculture due tounpredicted nobel covid-19
Shortage of labour for harvesting rabi crops: March and April months are the harvesting months of rabi crops across India. Mahendra (IFPRI) writes that non-availability of migrant labour has interrupted harvesting activities of wheat (especially in Punjab, Haryana, and western UP), Pulses, and summer paddy. Arpan Mondal and Somen Jena say that non- availability of labour resulted in delayed harvesting, which led to crop loss in terms of quality as well as quantity due to unexpected rainfall in this season. Arpan and Somen belong to East Midnapore of West Bengal. As per the report of The Wire newspaper, some of the farmers of Punjab and Haryana do not expect to get the minimum support price for wheat.
Problem in selling of perishable products: In one of the webinar discussion, Manas from Satara district of Maharashtra says they have got bumper production of Onion and Grapes. They are worried about export market, even inter-intrastate selling. They are dependent on the finger counted merchant, and they are purchasing such produces in their rate. The similar situation is being faced by commercial vegetable farmers of Ranchi districts, Jharkhand. The videos and photos are getting viral on social media of vegetable farmers, who are leaving theirs produces on the field. Tonnes of tomatoes have perished on my field, adds Mohan Kirade from Khargone districts of Madhya Pradesh. The economics time (March 19, 2020) reports that the bulk demand for perishable items has fallen hotels and restaurants, and also, the price of agriculture commodities has dropped 20-25% post-covid-19 outbreak.
Floriculture has a most affected sector of agriculture due to shut down of events, hotels, religious places. The flowers were damaged on the field due to the total lockdown of the supply- chain in this sector. Farmers did not get single rupees from his farm, adds Suresh, a PHD research scholar of RKMVU.
Worst affected animal husbandry sector: The animal husbandry sector has been largely affected by the effect of covid-19. There has been a sharp decline in the demand for chicken and meat since the outbreak as there have been various rumors amongst the people that virus can spread through the animal’s meat and chicken. As per the ResearchAndMarkets.com report (April 22, 2020), the US, China, Italy, France, Germany, Spain, UK, and India are affected significantly due to covid-19 in dairy, meat, poultry, and aquaculture. In India, Holi is one of the largest festivals in India, where meat consumption is so high. Due to Covid-19, the demand for poultry was negligible inspite of low rate INR 25/poultry of 2-3 kgs. News of poultry farmers killing the chicken and dumping went viral. The demand for meat goes high from Feb-June in India due to the marriage season, Covid-19 has affected it badly. Mahendra (IFPRI) says poultry farmers have badly affected by misleading social media reports; The economics time reports the same (March 19, 2020). The demand for milk has sharply fallen due to lockdown. Medha and Sudha dairies are procuring milk one time only in Ranchi.
Hike in agricultural input costs: The cost of fertilizer and seeds has gone up due to dried up in the supply chain of the agricultural inputs market. On April 16, we procured bleaching powder for fish farming on 1.5 times the price. My father did not find the desired seeds of sweet corn for sowing in mid- April. The cost of animal feeds has risen due to lockdown in factories and its lack of distribution.
Functional flaws
The agricultural system is exposed in the agriculture sector. It has failed to support the savior of humankind. The situation of agriculture is fully dependent on the physical market, which seems to pay high in pandemic like covid-19.
Technological gap: India files its name in information technology in the world, but its fussed in the agriculture sector. Govt promises to have an online platform for an agricultural transaction, at the same time district collector of Ranchi tweets on behalf of farmers to sell tonnes of pumpkin. There is no e-commerce platform, which maintains supply and demand in agriculture. There are some e- platforms for the farmers to sell online, but farmers hardly equipped to manage such.
Lack of capacity building: In India, Farmers still follow the traditional way of agricultural transactions. If govt launches any schemes, it needs to bring at the farmer’s doorstep—the agricultural govt. Functionaries need to be activated at ground level. Farmers need to revive their own knowledge system of agriculture aligned with new technologies.
Lack of promotion of collectives: India is far behind promoting collectives in the agricultural sector if we put aside a few states like Maharashtra etc. Lack of collectives has left the farmers in a vulnerable stage in terms of inflow and outflow of agricultural goods and services.
Hanging with risk: Indian agriculture has slowly shifted to mono cropping due to commercialization to get maximum profit. It enhances the percentage of uncertainty in terms of crop loss and price fixation. The covid-19 situation has found many such shreds of evidence, as discussed above, where either less market demand or production loss. Mix cropping could be the way to distribute risk in terms of both crop loss and incentive gain.
Knowledge dilemma: Farmers are fully dependent on the market now for everything from seeds to pesticides etc. In covid-19, the market has stopped functioning. On the one hand, Farmers are on the verge of forgetting their traditional knowledge system, and on the other hand, they are not equipped with technology. They do not have traditional seeds to grows; they hardly remember the traditional process of cultivation like pesticide control, etc. if the market does not supply inputs in such a pandemic situation, the whole agriculture sector will collapse.
Kharif on alarming edge
Lockdown has put Kharif season in a stage where fear grows faster than covid-19. Kharif season starts from mid-June. This is the season where the maximum agriculture field are cropped in India. The rainfed state, like Jharkhand, grows staple food paddy in all three types of land. India needs 250 lacs quintals of seeds for the Kharif season. Seeds production ecosystem is the complex phenomena, which stars from March-May, as per IndraShekhar Singh to the Hindu Business Line (April 3, 2020). As per him, the agri-input ecosystem is collapsed right now due to its dependency on packaging units and paper units. One side, the cost of seeds would go up due to different factors and other side, farmers are away from financial transaction due to lock down on covid-19. The fertilizer and pesticide industries are shut down till May 31, 2020. Labours are busy returning back their home. The production of agriculture inputs could affect. This has put the agricultural community in a super panic situation. I remembered this time last year and backward, paddy seeds use to come in the market, but this year handful amount of seeds has reached the outlets. If the situation remains the same, seed companies’ monopoly will dominate the market (Indra Shekhar). This situation would get worse if the supply chain of other inputs like fertilizer and pesticides dried up.
Conclusion
Both the burden and expectation of agriculture have increased due to covid-19 and reverse migration. The most neglected sector has become the top priority sector for everyone in the country. Due to Covid-19, farmers have faced and still facing difficulties in terms of backword-forward linkages. The situation in livestock, horticulture, and floriculture sectors is worse, as non-veg, fruit, vegetable, and flower growers are unable to find markets due to restrictions in movement and fall in demand. The supply chain of agriculture is not so smooth that it should be. Post covid-19 policy of the country has a great role in defining Indian agriculture, where still more than 50% work forces are employed.
Lockdown has prevented us from going out of our homes. Except doctors, police officers, bank employees and shopkeepers of some shops all other people are staying at home now. This has made the celebration of birthdays and anniversaries difficult. There are festivals throughout the year in all religions. Because of lockdown, we are unable to visit some places where we can celebrate the events. Still we have to find ways in which we can celebrate the occasions with our loved ones. Instead of grieving for the plans made earlier for celebration, think about celebrating in a different way.
Home Decoration
We are staying at home in order to be safe from Coronavirus. Now we have enough time to look after our home and clean it. We can keep our home in an organised manner and think of interior decoration. During special occasions, we can decorate our home. That will give us a feeling of celebration which we could have got in other venues. We have to carry out home decoration with whatever things are available now. Cards can be made at home by drawing and writing in a creative manner. Old photographs can be used in the decoration of birthdays and anniversaries. Candles, lamps and lights can decorate the house for any occasion. For festivals, you can worship God by being at home. You can use any flower to make garlands and offer that to God. Home decoration will certainly give a feel of any event.

Developing culinary skills
Lockdown has given us a good chance to learn cooking. It is because all restaurants and eateries are closed now. Even Swiggy and Zomato are not operating now. So, we are left with the only option of having home food. We cook every day for having the usual food. But on events like birthdays, anniversaries and festivals we can make some special food. We can prepare various cakes on birthdays and anniversaries. For festivals, we can make specific food items that can be offered to God. Though we cannot match the taste of the dishes cooked in restaurants, yet we can try our best. For birthdays and anniversaries, we can make as many cakes according to the availability of ingredients. Some icing can be made on cakes for writing about the particular event. Various dry fruits can be added on top of the cakes for making them attractive.

Nowadays there is no hindrance in cooking any dish. Due to the presence of numerous cooking websites and videos, anybody can prepare a dish. But the constraint imposed by lockdown is the availability of all the ingredients needed for a particular dish. In spite of that we have to cook with the available ingredients at home. We can search for dishes that we can readily make at home. Cooking is an interesting activity and it will add more excitement in the celebration of any event. Involving people who did not know cooking earlier will benefit them. On birthdays and anniversaries, we can cook the favourite dishes of our loved ones. The presence of many dishes on any occasion will certainly make it special. Food is a great way of celebrating any event during lockdown. It is because good food is a sign of great celebration.
Though we are having social distancing due to this pandemic, yet social media is a good connection platform. We are more active on social media because of lockdown. On any special event, we can send greetings to people through Internet. We can also customize our greetings through particular websites. By sending an e-card to those away from us, we can make them happy. During lockdown, e-card can replace celebration held at venues. E-card is something that people can save in their phone and laptop, so that they can see it later.

Dress up in a special way
We cannot dress up and visit places but we can take numerous photos of ourselves by being at home. On events like birthdays, anniversaries and festivals, you can wear new dress if available. Then you can upload photos across all social media. If new dress is not unavailable, then you can apply makeup and look different. Then you can upload your photos in social media and this will give happiness.

Spend time with family

Lockdown is like a house arrest but we are lucky if we are staying at home now. Now we have sufficient time to spend with our family. On special events, a family can spend quality time together. They can play indoor games and look at old photographs together. This will enhance their bonding and they can relive old memories. On occasions, the entire family can work together while decorating home and cooking dishes. In this way they will enjoy that time and create memory of lockdown birthday or lockdown anniversary. On festivals, they can worship God together and cook the items. They can get information about the festival and know its significance.
We cannot meet our relatives and friends on their birthdays and anniversaries, but we can connect with them through different mediums. You can call them on that day. To make the events better, you can have video conversation through WhatsApp, Skype, Facebook and Zoom. In this way, all of you will be glad. Your bonding will be enhanced and there will be a spark in relationship. Anybody will definitely feel happy if his or her relatives and friends connect on birthday and anniversary. You can even message your relatives and friends on these events. On festivals, you can have video conversations to see how others are celebrating in their homes. Through this mode, you can get more ideas of celebration.

Engaging in social media
Social media is an amazing platform that keeps people connected in any situation. Facebook shows the birthdays of our friends so that we wish them. Social media is an enjoyment in lockdown because people can interact with each other through that. On any event, you can upload photos of the celebration that you had at your home. All your friends will see the photos and then react to it. Social media has proved to be an excellent connecting medium in lockdown. Though we are maintaining social distancing in life, yet we can be in contact through this channel. We can check social media and see how others are celebrating events.

Beating stress by indulging in celebration
We are having stress because of Coronavirus pandemic. But by celebrating events we can forget our stress for some time. Holidays are given by organisations for the festivals. Celebrating festivals and making holidays special will create distinction from one day to the next day. In a world of isolation and uncertainty, celebration means a lot. Finding moments of delight and celebrating them will give courage to face the tough times. We celebrate events joyously even during lockdown. Mother’s Day, Earth Day, Buddha Purnima, May Day, Ram Navami, Good Friday, Ambedkar Jayanti and Easter have been celebrated. There were digital ways of celebrating these festivals. People enjoyed themselves in the celebration of events.
Marriage is an institution that has been established in our society. It is a bonding of not just the bride and bridegroom but of their families also. Marriage is the crucial phase of a person’s life. Marriage is a planned event that bonds two people for lifetime. Everybody think that marriages are made in heaven. But is it true? If marriages are made in heaven, then why do some marriages lead to divorce. There are many factors which cause marriage. Let us have a look at them.
What is marriage
We all are familiar with the term marriage from our childhood. Marriage is a social institution that has been established by society to regulate the life of human beings. It is a union of two families. Marriage is a sacred bond so it should bring positive effects. Marriages are held in a suitable place according to the desire of the families of bride and bridegroom. That suitable place differs across religions and social strata. There are basically two forms of marriage – arranged marriage and love marriage.

Arranged marriage
In arranged marriage, the family finds a suitable life partner. The bride and bridegroom marry according to the wish of their parents. They do not know each other before marriage. The system of arranged marriage prevails in our society since time immemorial. People having arranged marriage are considered to be of good character. It is because they obeyed the decision taken by their parents. In arranged marriage, the families interact with each other and decide everything. The bride and bridegroom follow all the instructions given to them. Almost everyone is happy in both the families and joyously involve in the marriage.

Love marriage

In love marriage, the bride and bridegroom select each other as their life partner. They inform their families about their decision of marriage. Some families accept their decision happily while some accept reluctantly. The system of love marriage did not exist in olden days. The bride and bridegroom know each other before marriage, so they eagerly wait for their marriage. Their families meet and then decide everything about their marriage. All love marriages do not see the joyous involvement of family members due to hesitation in the marriage. But nowadays our society openly accepts love marriages.
Not all marriages work out as they seem before the wedding. I am not saying that all marriages are failures. But all marriages are not successful. Arranged marriage as well as love marriage happen to be different than the expectation. In love marriage, the bride and bridegroom have only seen the merits of their life partner before marriage. After their wedding, they get to know the demerits of their better half. These come as a reality that they had never expected. Another problem in love marriage is that the husband and wife do not gel well with their in-laws. For this reason, in some of the marriages the couple lives separately. In arranged marriage, many families tell lies about their child and themselves. They lie about their financial condition and belongings. Some men and women look different from what they looked in their photos.
This problem occurs more in arranged marriage because the families are completely unknown. Through matrimonial websites, it becomes easy for families to fake about everything and acquire life partner. Many people are of the opinion that men and women having accounts in matrimonial websites really want to get married. That’s why they urge people to have arranged marriage through this medium. Many brides and bridegrooms marry because of societal pressure. People constantly remind them of their age. So they feel that once they marry, all will stop asking them about marriage. Even love marriage is not perfect. Many men and women pretend to be something before marriage while they are different after marriage. The family of husband or wife creates problems after marriage if they were not happy with the marriage. Some men and women face deception in love marriage.
Women suffer in marriage because their husband’s family wants them to live under certain conditions. Their in-laws feel that women need a kind of training to become the perfect wife and daughter in-law. In spite of a woman being as qualified as her husband, her in-laws try to make her life as difficult as they can. Though a woman’s family gives a hefty dowry to her husband’s family, yet she faces ill treatment from them. Women are treated like housemaids by their husband and family members. It is as if men marry only to exploit women. There are cases of dowry deaths, domestic violence and marital rape in our society. It is because of greedy families who want to take advantage of women. I cannot understand why women are forced to marry in spite of their families knowing the intention of men’s families.
Courtesy : pixabay.com
It is sad to see that the success of a marriage depends entirely on the wife. How much of abuse and pain she can tolerate to make her marriage last. Though her family has given dowry to her husband’s family, yet she has to struggle for pleasing everyone. She faces restrictions in her attire, sleeping hours, choice of food and lifestyle. Women feel lonely after marriage. All these happen irrespective of a woman being well educated, good looking, earning a decent salary and being from a good family. If a woman is good in all aspects, then she faces torture after marriage. Nowadays men marry women from the same caste just to suit society while they have a relationship with someone else. They marry a qualified, earning woman to take care of the household and parents as an unpaid maid. This is how women suffer in marriage.
How man suffers in marriage
Courtesy : pixabay.com
After marriage, a woman lives with her husband in his home. She brings some changes in her husband’s home. If a woman marries a man having wrong intentions in her mind, then she spoils his home. Men also suffer in marriage when their wives take advantage of their material assets. Some women marry men having enough property but they continue their relationship with someone else. There have been cases where women have cheated their husbands and in-laws. Women have extra marital affairs and they harm their husband and in-laws because of that. Some women marry just for acquiring the property of their husband. If the husband and his family members are very good, then wife takes advantage of them.
What needs to be done
Courtesy : pixabay.com
No man or woman should marry by force. It is futile to marry someone one is not attracted to because time is running out and age is catching up. Our society should understand that if marriages is necessary, then why does it lead to so many problems. If someone gets a spouse of equal level, then the marriage may be successful. Equal level implies having same qualification, similar family status and family structure and being a good match in terms of looks. Most of the marriages fail because someone gets a life partner of lower level.
Do you ever think, how you would die or pass on time thinking of the possible instances that might kill you? Well, as per reports, normal people do not think about death. Instead, they focus on life, the living instances – that’s what is practical, isn’t it? To help live out the best, bucket lists are a part of the plan, without a goal, you can’t score.
Morgan Freeman & Jack Nicholson binged on the “bucket list” idea. In eleven years, we have grabbed and absorbed this as a “must-have”. Planning on a bucket list can at times be exhausting. It will force you to accomplish all the things on the list instead of enjoying where life takes you. In a way having it or not, might not impact your mind, but your dreams follow where you have penned down your thoughts and forget living what’s present.
Steve Jobs quoted “deciding what not to do is as important as deciding what to do” When we know it’s time we plan out things for specific areas and try to accomplish them. A major portion of our life goes into planning.
At a particular age, we undermine setting boundaries for ourselves and keep pondering things that should never be done. The bucket list has all your desires and wishes to be pursued in this life. How about an anti-bucket list?
While listing all the events take out your odds, contrast your bucket list with all the ideas that you never want to accomplish. Curate your anti- I bucket list. Stay determined not to pursue them ever in your life.
Here we have some comic ideas that can help give you cut through the normalcy and get spring into not doing.
This may be funny and interesting, however, they will not bore you!
Tattoo Of Someone’s Name
This is a lover’s thing. People claiming to be each other’s lovers inscribe the name on their bodies only to regret later. Well, if you are in love keep it to yourself. Then one fine day you break up, your tattoo continues to exist as a relic post-breakup material. What next? You get it altered later or keep it for a lifetime. This only makes a relationship more feeble, to proclaim love.
An Eye Surgery
Creepy! Let’s be honest, I have got minus power in my left eye. Items ten feet away are not visible and I fail to read what’s written on board if I sit at the last bench.
Well, I love my eyes, I’d rather put contact lenses, coat the blindness, then get the surgery done. Risking two really important body parts that won’t grow back ever is the slightest imminence on my living soul, not ready for it though. Ever thought would be witnessing a history chapter? The doctor may fail too, right??
This may sound too sympathetic but I am in no mood of worshipping Satan through a dark deed. Taking away a soul for my selfishness, I mean blood, lifeless, soul loss – that’s too much to take in for a lifetime.
Would rather, draw the letter authority’s deal with any sort of artifice that comes my way. Also at present, I am in a no place to face jail time, ready to run like Mallya did, or I rot in prison.
Be Buried Alive
This is not something to be included in an anti-bucket list, but whoever is reading or planning to bury me alive, please don’t.
Pacify A Cockroach
A moment of silence, please. They can fly. They are like the flash versions of insects that appear suddenly, especially when you don’t want them. Although they are considered a rich source of protein and can keep you to energized for long, they are creepy crawlies. Instead, I’d rather kill one with the spray or leave the room.
Tasting A Carolina Reaper
It will make you suffer. Trust me when I say this, those YouTube videos featuring the ones eating a Carolina Reaper will make you blubber. Its said, some see and learn, some experience and learn.
If seeing such pathetic experiences do not make you weep of getting your taste buds chopped, you may try one!
Working Out On A Vacation
Do not judge me on this. I know it requires commitment and dedication to keep all the stuff going. I don’t think it’s important for me to run, when I can pass the day by eating, sleeping, and watching the sight I went to see.
My profession keeps me being a workaholic the entire day, either writing, advising, or talking to my consultants. I should keep the vacation for the things I love. One life, right?
Well no food, is no weight, and no life at all. The thought of losing weight overnight draws us all in the sole idea of eating less or nothing just to lose weight. This is an illicit action without acknowledging the aftermath.
These diets are known as crash diets. You only depend on few beans, gallons of water, egg once in a week, and leaves – I am not kidding. Expect worse from these diets. They tend to get your metabolism slower, the fewer nutrients results in a weak immune system. Although the gallons of water you intake, keep you hydrated but also bloat your stomach in the absence of essential food wrecking all your efforts so far.
Avoid Printed Books
Because it’s all digital, the ultimatum for a book reader is to hold that piece of art, smell the old papers and have the feeling of an actual book instead of a glowing screen, where words try to tear your eyes just when you think of diverging your mind into something aesthetic.
The sound of the flipping page by page, staying put in place, glued to the story, when you cannot put it down, of course, because the story is great – is a sense of immense satisfaction. Making it to the last page, then closing and keep it on the shelf, reminiscence all the good times, the days that you have been going through it – it’s all so natural.
Let’s be clear, it’s more attractive than your fav favorite meal. I won’t lie about the new age e-books, that are handy, readily available, and just a click away. The e-books today have reduced the number of books I buy from the beautiful stores and also saved a lot of trees being butchered.
However, the thought of buying one, keeping one, and holding one on a lonely day just makes me as excited as finding a match on tinder.
Final Thoughts
The above list periodically reminds me of the things I have accomplished. Highlighting the achievements I have made, makes this involvement all the more fulfilling. The prediction of what will bring us sustained “happiness” keeps us away for the actual spring break. It’s great to construct your tomorrow, but leave out the tasks that would make you worry. In order to compliment your mental pitfalls, replace your do’s with the dont’s. Capture the gratitude seeping through the anti bucket items, take a chill pill!

Founded by Larry Page and Sergey Brin, Google is now the most sought after website for all of our ifs and buts. It is regarded as the second most valuable brand, first being Microsoft. Previously, Google was an obedient digital dog, used for retrieving stuff, a place where internet users played fetch over and over again.
Started as a research project in 1995 at the University of Stanford, Google is a big 367 billion dollar “G”, we know and love. Today this technology colossal chases fleshy and meaningful bones. Now it requires the fastest internet speed on the planet, rendering human drivers obsolete and no longer satisfied to fetch links alone.
Where Google is seen today has crossroads full of juicy bonne bouche trivialities, crossing milestone after milestone to climb the mountain cliff. Google’s meteoric rise is attributed to various facts that are of unknown quality. In this article, I try to bring some of the lesser-known facts about Google and how you can learn more about it.
A job in Google is still an unspoken dream, an ambition for every technology and engineering grad around the globe. The company’s reputation in mighty proportions of creativity, imagination, amazing work-life benefits, and tranquillityfor its staff is as lucrative as seeing all your dreams come true. Once you visit the office at Google HQ, with swimming pools and the campus styling parlours you will know why people dream of working with Google, apart from the other qualities that it offers.
Being the world’s most creative and progressive brand, its facts in this article will leave you in awe. Initially, when Google started, it was capable of processing 50 pages per second and today Google’s capabilities make it enough to engineer literally millions of pages per second.
The first Google search engine used 10 4GB hard drives. All of these drives were provided LEGO casing. Stanford University has kept the hard drives on display, even today. From the 10 4GB hard drive to more than a hundred million GB of data, Google’s trajectory growth promotes insane qualitative abilities that make it the most preferred job for millions today.
The co-founders of this revolutionary search engine we know today met by destiny’s even probability. Larry Page was earning his engineering degree from Michigan and later thought of attending Stanford University for his Ph.D.
Sergey Brin was already a Ph.D. candidate there back in 1995. As fate would have had it, the most brilliant minds in the world met, and eased technology for us.
First Google Doodle.
Google’s homepage is known for Doodles, depicting a constant change of logo graphics. It is enjoyed by millions today. These graphics mark an event, or an anniversary, or a special day universally celebrated. The first Doodle invented by Google proclaimed a message for “out of office”.
This happened when the co-founders took their much-needed break, a weekend off, and celebrated the Burning Man festival in Nevada. They made users aware of their absence by creating the burning man Doodle, added it to the Google homepage to keep away technical issues or a server crash report.
No Business Plan
The Co-founders of Google, and now of Alphabet Inc. did not dream of starting their business initially. Google was offered as a search engine system sale to Yahoo. However, Yahoo rejected the proposal.
Later in the year 2002, Yahoo offered 3 billion dollars for Google. Google rejected the offer, and now it is valued at 400 billion dollars.
Motto Unofficial
You would be surprised to know that Google has an unofficial motto. It is known as “don’t be evil”.
The PageRank Story
How many of you have heard about PageRank? It is the patent to Google. It is the algorithm used by Google search. This algorithm functions as a way to rank web pages in accordance with the search engine results.
Named after Co-Founder Larry Page, PageRank is now used as a way to measure the importance of a website. Stanford University still owns the patent for this algorithm.

April Fool
The year 2000 is marked as the first year for an April fool’s joke. April fools joke was released when Google announced its capabilities to read minds with searches called “Mentalplex”.
No Knowledge Discovery
None of the co-founders were aware of the HTML language. As such when Google first run, its homepage became notoriously sparse.
Larry Page and Sergey Brin wanted to use a simple user interface. The submit button in Google was discovered years later. Until then the return key on the keyboard acted as a submit button for Google.
Cleaning Goats
Have you heard of an IT company renting goats to cut down trees and bushes on its campus? Well, it is not one of Google’s April fools Day jokes, but Google rents goats. Absolutely right.
A company called California Grazing rents goats to Google at the Google headquarters. The first operation began, with a total of 200 goats. The idea is thought of as a kind gesture to the environment and they found it cute to see goats grazing on those grasses instead of the lawnmowers butchering grasses, regarded as a part of their green initiative.
Just Google It
Google was displeased with language and definitions. The Oxford Dictionary and Merriam Webster added Google as a verb in the year 2006. Google wanted to be the only search engine providing answers to every questions raised. Fighting a losing battle, today “just google it” gives answers to all your questions.
The company Wanted users to use Google when they are referring to Google inc and not switch to any other form of search place to look for answers. Now 14 years later, any form of the unknown subject can be raised to this massive search tool “Google”.
We Love Dogs
Google has a fun job policy. It is a super dog-friendly company. It is a delight for the company to rename dogs that accompanies its employees. Less senior staff are allowed to bring their dogs to the offices. Google welcomes them.
However, cats are not treated the same way. Google’s code of conduct has affection for its canine friends. It exceptionally mentions that they like cats but they are a dog company.
T. Rex Lover
Google has affection for a deathly beast. The Googleplex has one site to be seen. This site arresting all your attention will be the gigantic T.Rex skeleton. The Skeleton is named Stan after a real Dinosaur.
Along with the T.Rex skeleton, Google also has various forms of campus decorations in the form of a replica of a SpaceShipOne, pink flamingo’s, Google colored phone boxes and grown-up ball pits. This might be enough to give you the idea of how the Googleplex is far from the dull world we think IT jobs can be.

Search to work option, yeah, that’s right. Google uses an interesting web tool for recruitment. This tool is named as Foo.Bar. Based on the search results, a person has the chance of getting hired.
