Take two shades that contrast each other. You can try out glittery nail polish that matches the base colour. First paint your nails with the base colour and let it dry. In this hack, it is very important that the base colour is dry. Otherwise some of it can come off when you peel the tape off your finger. Once its adequately dry, plan out the pattern you’d like, and paste the tape. It’s best to use small pieces. Make sure the tape is stuck down well on your nails, all along the curve of your nail and your finger. Then take the second shade of nail polish and apply it. Gently take the tape off, and you get a clean edge pattern nail paint.

You can even use more than two shades of nail polish, using the tape multiple times to form layers. Every time you apply the new layer of patterns, make sure the paint underneath is completely dry. In the end, just put some transparent nail polish to seal it in place, as always.

Dental Floss Hack Nail Art


For this one, once again you’ll need two matching shades of paint. This time, make sure the base colour stands out, as the top coat will be dominating the nail.

First apply the base coat. Let it dry well. Then the process is very easy. Tear off a long strip of dental floss (not too long though) and twine it around your finger. Do it tightly so that it stays in place. Once you have secured the floss in place, apply the second nail polish. Then slowly and very carefully untwine the floss, without disrupting the top coat.

Once it comes off, you have a cool stripped design on your nail, perfectly resembling a t-shirt. Try it out with your stripped tees to make a cool combo. Also, don’t forget the protective layer of transparent nail polish!

On the 8th of November, every year marks the anniversary of the discovery of X-rays. The day got by the name “World Radiography Day”. In the year 1895, X-rays were discovered. The motive of this day to be celebrated world-wide is only to spread and raise public awareness of radiographic imaging and therapy. This plays an important role in the diagnosis and the patient’s treatment.

One needs to ensure radiation is kept to the minimum required, which leads to improving the quality of patient care. This day is celebrated by various health organizations and societies, hospitals, doctors.

World Radiography Day

Multiple radiography related societies have been established such as – Nigeria’s Association of Radiographers of Nigeria, United Kingdom’s Society of Radiographers (SoR) among others. Some societies such as the International Society of Radiographers and Radiological Technologists have been celebrating the 8th of November as World Radiology Day since the year 2007.

World Radiography Day

History –

It’s celebrated to commemorate Professor Wilhelm Conrad roentgen’s discovery. On this day, in the year 1895, Professor was working with cathode rays using evacuated glass bulbs. He noted that when a current is passed across the bulb, a barium platino-cyanide screen fluoresced and also noted the effect of the phenomenon on photographic plates. Professor termed it as “X- Rays”. He also stated, with the use of x-rays, he was able to see through the body. And after a few months, Radiographs started generating around the world.

Radiography has been stated as one of the biggest discoveries all along in history. We know that today, x-rays are used all along anywhere we go – security checks, medical centers and many more.

If you do not find the time to sit with a pen and paper, then carry around a sketchbook and a pen of any colour. In this entire hubbub, recent social media attention has been shifted to the new sensation: Ranu Mondal. Hailing from Bengal, this woman is now nationally famous, and not just for her talent in music, but also for the kind of person she has displayed herself to be before the public.

A guy named Atindra Chakraborty was among the daily commuters at the Ranaghat railway station. Like many such crowded public spaces, the station was rigged with homeless people begging in rags. It was here that he came across a woman who sang beautifully. So one day, he asked her to sing a song and he would record a video. So the woman, Ranu Mondal, sang Lata Mangeshkar’s Ek Pyar Ka Nagma Hai, and went viral all over internet.

People from news media crowded to get coverage on this woman, and soon it was known to curious netizens that Ranu di, as she was addressed, was not actually a poverty-stricken woman begging to support anyone beyond herself. Multiple viewers of the video took pity on the woman and came forward to help her, or at least implored others to. Finally Radio Mirchi requested the man who posted the video to get them to her, as she had no cellphone, no contact details.

It turned out, Ranu di was turned out of her house by her daughter after she was found to be having some psychological issues. But now that mother was famous, the daughter came greeted her like a member coming back home. People praised the fact that real talents like Ranu Mondal are getting the limelight instead of people like Dhinchak Pooja, who has previously taken the internet by storm only temporarily.

Thanks to the one video, Ranu di garnered a big number of fans and admirers. Many wanted to hug her or take pictures with her. The biggest highlight came when she was offered to record songs with the popular Bollywood music artist Himesh Reshammiya himself! She went through a complete makeover, getting her groomed and being decked up in new sari and flown to Mumbai. Her video of recording a song with Himesh Reshammiya went viral. Many were genuinely happy by the fact that she was succeeding.

But something was off. The snippet of the song in that video, as everyone on the internet noticed, was rigged with auto tuning. Usually singers use autotune to slightly improve the quality of their songs. But excessive usage renders the final product sounding pretty artificial. 

The criticism got worse when Ranu di appeared on popular TV show, Superstar Singer on Sony TV. Although she was applauded by many, there were people who pointed out how her singing was actually off-beat and without melody.

Controversies got worse when Ranu di’s daughter lashed out at Atindra and his allies for rescuing her. She admitted that her mother was psychologically unwell, and that this move was not going to turn out well for anyone. It seems like there was indeed some truth in what she said.

Shoving fan away- too important a person?

It seems like Ranu di is already having celebrity tantrums. First she was caught saying that hugging fans irritates her. A few days later rumours started that actor Salman Khan is buying her an apartment in Mumbai. So far, it has remained in a state of rumour only. She has appeared in these few months on various reality shows. Rumours even had it that she’s going to be one of the contestants on the latest season of Bigg Boss. 

Now a video has come to light, where she ridicules a fan for tapping her on the back and asking for just a selfie.

 In this video a fan is seen approaching her and gently calling her. In return, she repeats the gesture, but negatively, and asks, what is this about? “Don’t touch me,” she is seen saying.  Her apparent negative attitude towards fans ever since she came to limelight has led to the loss of initial admiration that people had for her. Instead, she has now become a part of the raging meme trend. People who previously reacted with a “Love” or a “Wow” are now not hesitant to put “Haha” reacts whenever posts related to her appear on Facebook.

These are just a few of the responses the video fetched her. Even though people have seen celebrities being rude with fans, they expected Ranu Mondal to be humbler, given her past, and the fact that it has just been a few days since she found fame. Now, if it is short lived or Ranu Mondal can make up for everything to amaze fans like her first video is only a matter that can be resolved with of time.

Several people are also concerned about the fact that despite knowing of her mental ailment, the ones responsible for her chose to use her as a marketing device rather than getting her a check up. What would be made out of this tomfoolery can only be found out by waiting. Ranu Mondal had even refused to acknowledge Atindra’s help, once again bringing her criticism. Confusion among the Lawmakers

The State has proven its case, I thought. I figured while they had some shortcomings in their argument, there was a high likelihood of some murder (Casey) being found guilty, and that did not happen.

Several jurors claimed the cause for their “not guilty” return was because the State was unable to show how (Caylee) died.

(Defense) I threw many theories out. She died, they spat it out. She tried to build on the fact that the gate was open and that the ladder was down because she thought she would go out from the window to the pool because of the love of swimming.

I say, there was no evidence of this. These have been conclusions. These are conclusions. Nevertheless, they are reasonable lessons to be permitted on the grounds of these slim variables.

Justice served a case in which evidence disputed before a jury, the jury examines the law in its lens and makes a decision. People may not agree, but if the case passes through the process by which we all have decided to live, justice served.

Ten years after her death, here we are, and even people are thinking about it. And there is a question for everyone: What happened? What happened? There will always be someone asking and someone questioning what that response is until this question answered.

The Medical Examination

Dr. Jan Garavaglia retired chief medical officer. Looking back ten years, the biggest concern was that the reality was missing and that the knowledge was not substantiated. You could only tell facts, and no proof was required to justify them.

For me, this was a turning point. In the last ten years, this has been occurring steadily, but for me, it was my first time dealing with that in culture, and the reality sometimes does not apply, so people get fooled and start believing if you tell it clearly and often enough.

We are expected to do a few things as a medical examiner: identify the body. Come up, why the person died, and the manner of death. We’re not just looking at what the autopsy shows or what the body demonstrates–we look at the scene and look at the circumstances.

We have a child that is not reported missing in this case. There is no credible explanation of what happened to the baby when the infant confirmed to have been absent from the grandmother. The body was hidden. The package was wrapped in two plastic bags, then put in a canvas bag and threw a few blocks from her house behind a rotting tree. There was a misunderstanding. And then we had the film of the duct that is on the head now.

These three things turned it into a murder together. In my mind, it hasn’t changed. In the spirit of the police, it’s not broken. Attorney’s view, it is not changed. It is an accidental death; there is absolutely no evidence.

The Murder Case Detection

Detective John Allen, I conducted Caylee Anthony’s murder inquiry. (The early suspicions of prosecutor Yuri Melich) were that Caylee was likely hiding somewhere from his family, as there was some fear between Cindy and Casey.

But, for a short time, we just believed it. When we towed the forensics bay— obviously a dead body scent— (and) we were listening to the 911 video, it seemed very doubtful that we were searching for a living baby at that point. It was an improbable event.

Casey Anthony was different in treating parents who lost children or parents with missing children. There was a mistake. (When) Detective Melich completed the document for detention, I sat down with her, while he had the papers filled out. So basically, we spoke about her life–I would claim that her dream to be a personal trainer was the central part of the conversation. Usually, when a parent loses a child, it’s quite frenzied, and everything is about the baby. All this was Casey’s chat.

You know, you seek in any problem to figure out what motivates the person to tell the truth, and you try to explain the reality to them, and I do not think that we would have done something.

I mean, you might appeal to your guilt or remorse, some people. Yet definitely, it didn’t motivate her because she never seemed to have many regrets at all, at least at any moment I ever saw her. I don’t understand, however, why we handle it with her, that would encourage her to tell the truth, I’m not aware.

At first, I could imagine exactly how she felt. She seemed like no beast of any kind. She looked like a scared small girl-a girl I ought to tell, but she’s a kid at my time.

I didn’t know exactly, of course, but my intuitive impressions were that she wasn’t guilty.

I would not accept it. She could come up and say, “This is time for me to confess,” and I would like to know who brought her up to it. I would not think that; I do not believe it is true. It is not real, I believe it.

My former girlfriend called me at the time and said, “You’re going to have to check the information, Caylee is missing.” We just figured she was employed at Universal Studios. We all thought she was going to college. It was a complete lie that Casey Anthony told us.

I don’t believe anything is wrong with Casey in the world or the media. I think it was unsuitable for the justice system.

His works are dominantly under Dance and Electronic Music genre. He has been looking for singing in movies recently, but it’s his stunts that get him the most attention. 

The crazy stuff that got Dorian attention

In 2012, he created some hubbub over his appearance on Season 5 in the unscripted television show known as Angels, appearing naked on the show on his birthday. Some often opined that the show was tailored specifically for Dorian. The show was specifically targeted towards young audience.

This was followed by his proclamation of incarnation in 2013, which saw him gathering 12 devotees to himself. Just when his career seemed to be in the jeopardy of dying off, he pulled off the stunt and got himself worldwide fame, even though it was for negative reasons more. 

Another incident that got him attention was his attempt to break into the castle of Los Angeles Star Academy, but was thrown out by the guards. Then he concluded the year 2013 with posting a picture of himself wearing Adam’s outfit, wishing his fans a happy 2013. Much to the dismay of any person who disliked him, his popularity was on the rise. There were even people who paid attention to his so called preaching. He kept continuing his regular appearance on the press and social media sites. He kept ranting about himself, and enjoyed the international recognition it was fetching him. Soon, to keep his followers hooked and growing, he posted the most controversial statement of his career (yet):

“Dorian Rossini is the God, Dorian Rossini is the best, Dorian Rossini is not afraid….I am perfection, I am reincarnation, I am too perfect, I am too good…”

This post created a blast among netizens all around the world. Various people of various faiths reacted differently. Some took offence at a young man showing the audacity to claim himself the god’s form on earth. Some even agreed with his words. Others simply saw it as a ploy to gain reach, although temporary. Indeed Dorian’s social media reach skyrocketed after an interview given in a bathtub, on an episode of LaConciergerie by JEREMSTAR, with the famous Youtuber Jeremster. 

So how did he bring in the change and climb the latter of popularity? 

Soon after his revelation, his roommate kicked him out, refusing to live with the so called ‘incarnation of God’. Because who can show the audacity to reside under the same roof with someone as important and omnipotent as God’s form on earth. Dorian found himself without a place to live. He ends up staying in a hotel and realises, even though he is such an important person, he was not as rich as he would have guessed. This realisation ended him up back on the streets. But he was not a man to give up; through Jerem Star’s camera, he gave a tour of his supposed living conditions, in the Paris metro.

People started guessing that Dorian would be making a comeback with something spiritual and virtuous, leaving that path the only way to salvage what little was left. But Dorian is a man much different from the mainstream. Dorian tried to make a statement with an appearance on the show Secret Story, but was assaulted by a TF1 order service for no fault of his own. The information was provided by the popular media journalist Mr. Morandini. This led to strife between the show’s director and Dorian, and left him booted from yet another show. 

The accidental noticing of Dorian Rossini

Dorian Rossini was still convinced that his road back to fame lay in the television industry, and that it was the best path for him. He joined the show LA Maison du Bluff, but realised that much like his previous home, even the show was not ready to cast the living reincarnation of God. The next step he took to keep himself in the limelight was to start his own web reality show, The Gospel. 

In 2014 Dorian got into frequent arguments with a singer named Zaho, over the Morandini set. Their clashes were so bad that every face off got worse than the last one. This caught the eye of producer Matthieu Delormeau, seeing in him huge potential. He contacted some of his friends in the same profession, fetching him invites to other shows on the channel. In 2015 Dorian was lucky enough to land up in shows aired during the private access show hours, and do things his way. 

Soon enough Dorian gets the opportunity of being coached by Bob Sinclair, helping him climb the steps of becoming a DJ.   • beforeDestroy — If we need to clean up events or reactive subscriptions, the beforeDestroy hook is the best place to perform this action.
  • destroyed — This lifecycle hook will be used to do any last minute clean up that is required by the application.

3. What is the difference between v-if and v-for directives?

  • v-if only renders the element to the DOM if the expression passes whereas v-show renders all elements to the DOM and then uses the CSS display property to show/hide elements based on expression.
  • v-if has higher toggle costs since it add or remove the DOM every time while v-show has higher initial render costs. i.e, v-show has a performance advantage if the elements are switched on and off frequently, while the v-if has the advantage when it comes to initial render time.
  • v-if supports tab but v-show doesn’t support.

4. Differentiate between computed properties and methods.

Computed properties will only be re-evaluated when some of its dependencies have changed.  They are getter functions in Vue.js instance rather than actual methods. 

On the other hand, a method invocation will always run the function whenever a re-render happens.

As a matter of fact, when we have to compute something by doing lot of computations like looping through a large array, it is best to use computed properties instead of a method. Without caching,however, we would spend more time than necessary. When we do not want cache, only then we can use a method instead.

5. Explain the reactivity of Vue.js and the common issues faces with the change in tracking.

All the reactive properties are converted to getters and setters during initialization, thus allowing Vue to detect when those properties are accessed or changed. All such properties defined in a Vue instance’s data option are reactive, meaning that if they change, the component is automatically updated and re-rendered as needed.

The following limitations must be handled and kept in mind when designing a Vue app:

  • Vue.js cannot detect when an array item is modified using an index. Vue.set must be used here as well.
  • Vue cannot detect object property addition or deletion due to a JavaScript limitation, so the Vue.set method must be used to add new root-level reactive properties.

6. Describe the data-flow between various components of Vue.js.

A one-way data flow is present in Vue.js. Data is passed to child components from a given parent component using a prop or by using a custom attribute that becomes a property on the child component instance.

The child component can emit a special event for updating the props passed to it. The child component can communicate back to the parent by the use of an event. The parent can assign a handler to any event emitted by the child component instance and data can be passed back to the parent.

As a matter of fact, when the parent component updates a prop value, it’s automatically updated in the child component. Thus, mutating or alternating a property inside a child component should not be done. Also, it does not affect the parent component ( until and unless it is an object or array).
