start up culture in India

0
startupIndia

There was a time when every youngster ambition for life was securing a good job and lead a smooth life. But, young generation’s perspective towards making right career choice has been changed with the changing time. Today’s youth wants to take risks, wants to fail, wants to retry, wants to explore because today’s youth wants to LEARN.

This attitude towards learning has contributed largely to the growing craze of start up culture in India.

The government on its part is also launching several new policies to aid the young entrepreneurs. People are resigning from their high paying jobs just for the sake of start up. They want to be their own bosses. They are coming forward with new and innovative ideas.

Start up culture is for those who want to work unconventional. If you are a 9 to 5 sort of guy, start up is not your cup of tea. You better stick with your conventional job.

Unconventional is not the only word for start ups, it also contains a high risk factor. You may rock the world with your fresh innovation or you may end up losing all of the investments you put in your start up. Even if you are working for a start up company being run by someone other than you, the risk factor doesn’t lose its impact on you. When you work for a start up company you should always be ready to face the ‘hired this moment fired that moment’ situation. Start ups involve risk of failing anytime and their revenues can fall of at the drop of hat. So be prepared before entering into the world of start up.

One certain thing about start ups is that you get to learn a lot from it. You never stop learning here. On the other hand, working in a conventional office does not offer much scope for learning. You need to use the skills you already possess at your regular job.

Pay is another point that counts. Most start up employers do not offer very handsome pay. If you have responsibilities to take care of or any sort of debt that you have to pay immediately then a more stable job should be your option.

Besides all of the above things, there is one more major aspect associated with it. That aspect is brand name. Now think about people’s reaction towards hearing an IBM employee versus a Start up guy.

If you have already slept over considering these issues and still determined to give it a try then you surely belong to start up culture. Go and explore the world of start up, there is no stopping for you. Good luck!

Emergence of positivity

Positive Sunshine
Positive Sunshine

You must be thinking, why I have relate ‘positivity’ to ’emergence’. Emergency word is used when any sudden action is needed. Positivity is your view, which you indulge into your life to make it away from all the odds. In anybody’s life ,”EMERGENT POSITIVE BEHAVIOUR ” can take your life to a different level. It acts like a “sanjeevani booti”, when nothing seems to be right.

Daily Affirmations, Improve Life, Power of Positivity. Young Woman smiling arms raised up, enjoy
Daily Affirmations, Improve Life, Power of Positivity. Young Woman smiling arms raised up, enjoy

We all have good or bad times. We are cheerful, happy & excited; when we are going through the good times. But, when the bad times comes into play , very few of us are able to cope with it. Everything just gets mess up. Sometimes we start to lose our hope totally. Study shows in the past years, patient going under depression has increased in a high number. Adults and even school children are committing suicide .Yes, of course it should not happen. Now, this emergence of positivity comes into play. If you learn how to handle it , it just puts you out from all your sorrows so smoothly.

Sheela, 21 year old girl. She suffered from a deadly disease AIDS. Yes, she was shocked, when she heard it for first time from the doctor. But she showed the amazing point of view to the society. She used to do all her daily routine work in the same way. She used to study, play, go to college, had fun with friends, go for the movie. She did not let anything change. She did not let her memorize that she had deadly disease. Daily at morning, she is used to say to herself that she is totally fit and fine. She made her realize that she had two options, either to live her life happily or to live her life like hell. She chose the happier one. Yes, she knew that she was going to die but she also knew that one has to die at last . If for her it’s early, then what is so sad in it. She acquired “emergence of positivity” into her, which made the tougher one into easier one . A simple story of this girl makes us to think there is a lot to be happy and to see the positive views of life.

If you will start to think and feel all the positive vibrations around you, I am sure you will find many reasons to stay happy. The reason could be your pen, your books, your mobile, it could be anything. It is just a game of your mind, how your mind takes or treats even any non-living object. Can I take your mobile for two days???? Oh gosh!! What I have asked. Hahaha, don’t worry I am not going to do that .

A two rupee coin may be is not so valuable for the one who has crore in his account but is diamond for the small child who is waiting for it at the platform from 3 hours. It is just the parameter of importance which you give to different things. If you value for your parents, a girl or a boy, you love them unconditionally expecting nothing from them. You never misuse or disrespect them.

If you are not able to crack any entrance exam, manipulating excuses and blaming others is not the solution. It is important to believe in yourself. You can and you will. You have to see a positive view of yours. You have to think wiser. You should correct all the faults and start that journey again with new energy. Then see, how this “emergence of positivity” in you adds up all the small ones to make the larger one for your entire life.

Tossing and turning whole night is nobody’s favorite hobby. Waking up cranky is the last thing we want in the morning. But, if you are facing these issues regularly in your life, beware!!!! You might be suffering from Insomnia. Not everyone is lucky enough to get a full eight hours sleep. Usually there are two types of insomnia, Acute insomnia & Chronic insomnia. The type of insomnia is determined by the length of its occurrence. If you are facing sleep disorders for a short time like one or two nights, it can be termed as short term (acute) insomnia. If the problem persists more than three nights a week for over a month, it is the chronic case of insomnia.

It can be primary insomnia or secondary one. When your sleep problems are not induced directly by any kind of health condition or medication, this is called primary insomnia.

When some health disorder or any kind of intake of medications is the cause of sleep problem, this is called secondary insomnia.

Knowing the root cause of such kind of problem is the first thing you can use to treat sleep deprivation.

We will discuss some of the major causes of this dreadful disorder. All you have to do is, figuring out the main reason behind it and determining the course of action accordingly.

Cause

There can be more than one reason of not having a good night sleep.

Stress: It is one of biggest reason of causing insomnia. Stress harm us in multiple ways. Sometimes, stress is caused by overthinking and night. Besides, it seems like night welcomes our stupid thoughts more than anything else.

Try doing some breathing exercises before heading to bed, you will feel relaxed and then it would be easier to go to your dreamland.

Bathing: We all love to take a soothing warm bath after the tiresome chorus of day. But, taking a bath just before going to the bed might be a big hurdle in your way to a sound sleep. Our body temperature rises after taking a hot bath and takes some time to cool down to its normal range. So, taking a bath at least 30 minutes to one hour before the bed is advisable.

Caffeine: Sipping on tea, coffee or any other caffeinated beverage and treating yourself with your favorite chocolate in evening hours can cost you a sweet sleep. Caffeine is known to have stimulating properties. It makes really hard to sleep. Caffeine can have an impact on our body system for more than 10-12 hours. So, if you think drinking these beverages in the afternoon or evening is okay then let me inform you, it’s not at all okay for your sleep.

Gadgets: Yes, you heard it right. Our beloved gadgets which we can not even imagine our lives without are also the enemies of our sleep. You must avoid using any kind of gadget before the bed. Put your TV , laptop, mobile phone etc off at least one hour before going to bed.

Avoid repeating any of the habit that may induce insomnia like situation in your life and enjoy dreamy dreams.
