The Sturdy Pekingese

So how have you been? Yeah, I know. I know right. Not a day can go wrong when you’re with that poodle puff of yours. However the day might have been, those silky furs and glassy eyes keep it’s self-promise too well. It has its way through you.

For this write-up, I decided to settle on one of the prettiest dog breeds on planet Earth. Yeah! You must be known to it already – Pekingese.

Tracing Their Origin

imagesThe origin of the Pekingese can be as long as 2000 years ago in the land of Western China, fondly called Peke – a cute nickname, isn’t it? They are also known as Lion Dogs for their close resemblance to the Guardian Lions of China. They used to accompany Buddhist monks. Also were they famous among the royalties both as lap and companion dogs? Unlike the Lhasa Apsos, the features of the breed have changed a great deal considering the level of their desirability and also the problems regarded.

Let Us Take A Look At Their Characteristics

pekingesef5If you decide on having a Pekingese as your family member, be ready for a rollercoaster ride of your life. The breed is a perfect companion dog since the ancient times. People living in an apartment can easily adopt a Pekingese. They are extremely bold and has a mind of their own. Pekingese are one of the most independent of toy dogs. They can adopt two personalities in that tiny body of it. Calm and quiet within the house and energy bursts when taken out for exercise. Having a strong personality in the household is very important to have the pup in limits. They are fairly trainable and tend to be obedient with the people within the household. Being very repulsive towards harsh treatment or mishandling, Pekingese are not the apt breed to possess with toddlers around. Pekes are sensitive to rudeness and sudden disturbances. So it is very important for the pet parents to keep their needs in mind to avoid any sort of aggression from the pup. If trained and socialized properly, Pekingese can be very animal-friendly. They do possess a regal dignity which reigns most of the personality of the dog. They are braver than their looks portray, very confident and self-aware.

Taking Care Of Pekes

images-1Though Pekingese are excellent apartment dogs, they do need exercise regularly. A walk down the road or a proper exercise session on the terrace every day will keep the dog healthy. Pekingese shed a lot so grooming them is a mandate. Brushing them every day is very important, putting special importance at their buttocks as they are prone to soiling. As Pekes are muscular dogs, they should have a good nutritional diet. Do not over weight your pup, but! Trimming the fur can be productive which will demand less attention. Keeping them in an air-conditioned environment will help the dog cope better with heat as they are self-consumed by the heat of their coat. They are also prone to heat strokes. With age, Pekingese tend to develop a lot of potential health problems which are mainly orthopedic due to their unique body structure. Thus, staying in touch with good vet doctors are important with a Peke in the house. They also do develop cataract with growing age and some other nervous disorders. But overall, Pekingese are very loyal with a natural protective instinct towards their own kingdom. And with that much volume of fur coverage, they make fantastic cuddles.

Thus, I would like to make a stop here.

As my message always go – Take good care of yourself and definitely of that furry ball of love who won’t even dare imagine a life without you. At the end of the day, all it wants is your lovey-dovey cuddle to help it get a proper morn the next day. Don’t let it miss upon its “life”.

Toodles. 🙂

FASHION ON A BUDGET

1
Saroini Nagar

Fashion and shopping are the two biggest things a girl loves! But high- rates brands are not always the solution, as those price tags are not always familiar to our wallets. These price tags are not so friendly in nature. But as soon as you enter in Sarojini Nagar, located in New Delhi, this place has an every woman’s one stop solution to all their fashion and style. Most popular among girls finds it the best place to buy clothes. These clothes are basically rejected pieces, by which I mean, a thread hangs loose or a button is missing from top brands such as Burberry, Zara, Mango, Diesel and much more at 1//4th the price.

2For instance, you could easily purchase a guess top at approximately 250 Rs! Having said this, you should also know that everything is not original; some could be imitation although they all contains the brand tag.

5From clothes to footwears to hair accessories and even beauty products, there’s everything that you will find in this fashion maze of a market! Knowing your path around Sarojini is not momentous since it really depicts a maze, and so it’s better to be with someone who knows the streets well and also who is familiar with the local language well, or else you may get lost in that maze.

53442746To survive an entire day in Sarojini, one will need a lot of grit and determination, owing to thousands of people walking back and forth, trying to find the best deal among everything. These may include jewel junkies and random lime water or chaat walas trying to refresh you.

Sarojini is personally every girl’s choice. Yes, the weather may disturb you at times but it is 100% worth it! Any local will tell you the exact lane and the shop number to visit and also name the exact thing that you can buy from there. On a whole, Sarojini Nagar becomes as an adventure place.

jewelryDiscovering new shops, pop-up shops, hidden vendors in tucked away corners- that’s what creates a fun and shopping experience! Spending a day at Sarojini will guarantee you the latest trends in fashion at reasonable prices! Your bargaining game should be on a tip. A person, good in bargaining can buy 20-25 items in less than 3000Rs. One can never leave this place without buying any stuff. Finding your way, to different styles, and the trendiest of fashion is so much of fun! Take a day with your besties, and explore the hits of Sarojini Nagar for some quality shopping and unbelievable purchases. Trust me, it’s literally a fashion paradise.

Strange but true

stock photo lonely woman watching sunset alone in winter on the beach at sunset

We all are little broken,

And waiting for the one to come and fix all the broken part.

Strange but true…

The worst feeling comes when,

You don’t know whether to wait or to forget.

Strange but true

We always end up forgiving the one who wasn’t even sorry.

No matter what we love them more than our Ego.

Strange but true…

How hard we tired we are always faking it because,

Sometimes it’s hard to explain what you actually feel.

Strange but true…

Being lonely can make you easily fall for the very first person,

Who shows you that you are not alone.

Strange but true…

We always want to become someone’s favorite  Hello,

And hardest goodbye.

Strange but true…

There is always a triangle in every love story

Sometimes knowingly and sometimes unknowingly.

Strange but true…

One song is enough to bring a flood of all those memories which took a million days to get flushed off.

Strange but true…

Sometimes we are so messed up that even our heart and brain cannot conclude on a similar solution.

Strange but true…

We always miss someone in all good and bad times,

And hope they miss us too.

Strange but true…

We all are little Selfish when it come to ourselves,

The fact is who is less.

Strange but true…isn’t?

FOR ALL TIME

FOR ALL TIME

An Undying Quest

For all time dark and light,

Even if the endeavor speaks of pertinacious travails,

The ray of hope will not be far out of sight.

Change is the only constant, they say

Evil might metamorphose into an angel,

Someone’s love might transform into their prey.

Courage and Hope are obstreperous,

It is the key necessary for survival.

The human brain in itself is perspicacious.

Humans are mere mortals.

With erratic perpetual emotions and fickle-minded decisions,

Faith in yourself will help you cross the hurdles.

Love is pellucid- the cure out of the menace,

It encompasses the acceptance of affection unconditional and where you lose your mind,

The capturing feelings over the heart are the most powerful bind.

The insipid is broken by the undying beguiling nature,

Its intoxication is an absolute trance that captures your soul,

And engrosses one into its obscure and ravishing world.

Ambulating the not so common road,

Fighting the aberrant and tasting the crescendo of joy and success,

Is what will transform you into an undying legend.

The festival of prosperity and good health

The title of the article says it all; the festival of prosperity and good health is here. Yes, I am talking about the festival of lights – “Diwali”. The celebration of this beautiful festival lasts for at least 4-5 days. Diwali is celebrated by the Hindu community but is also very famous all over the world. During this particular festival, houses are lit up with lights and oil lamps. This festival has got its religious roots from one of the great Hindu epics ‘Ramayana’ which describes the return of legend Lord Rama to his kingdom Ayodhya after completing 14 years of exile on this day. People burst firecrackers during this festival, which I think is extremely harmful to our environment. There is something more to do than just bursting crackers and lighting up the house with oil lamps and lights. Here is the list to get started for Diwali.

  • Cleaning the house

    – Before Diwali start cleaning your house. Get rid of all the unwanted stuff and decorate your house. And Diwali can’t be celebrated without decorating the house. Over the period of years, I have heard my elders say that “on the occasion of Diwali, Goddess Laxmi visits every household bringing luck and prosperity for the family”. Therefore to welcome the Goddess one should clean their house and keep it neat and tidy. For decorating, the house one can use oil lamps, flowers, and lightings.

  • Making Rangolis

    – Making rangolis at the doorstep has been a tradition that almost all of us follow. Just like oil lamps and lights, rangoli making is also an essential part of this festival. There are so many people that I know are experts in rangoli making. They make the best designs with such ease and finesse. And it takes a lot of creativity and skills to make pretty rangoli designs.

  • Indulge in sweet making

    – I am sure you cannot imagine of celebrating Diwali without sweets, can you? Diwali is that time of the year when you get a guilt free pass to indulge in as many sweets as you want without worrying about weight gain (hit the gym afterwards!) Ladoos, Halwa, Ras Malai, Barfis; there is so much variety out there and you cannot just resist yourself from having them all. Preparing these lip-smacking sweets is easy and good to go obviously with guidance from the internet or the old recipe book.

  • Buy loads of gifts

    – Besides Diwali being a religious festival, it has also become a chance for a quick get together with your family and friends who don’t get much time otherwise. And when you go and meet your loved ones, you obviously wouldn’t want to go empty handed, right? So buying gifts and surprising them would great.

gifts

  • Shop for clothes

    – Once you are done buying gifts for your family and friends, it’s time you pamper yourself. Since it’s a festive time, buying new clothes is an amazing option. Shop for ethnic attires instead of the regular western clothes that we wear. The trend right now for girls is – sarees, lehengas, dresses and for guys – kurta pajamas and sherwanis.

  • Visiting temples

    – Don’t forget to visit a temple on this auspicious day. We cannot neglect the true essence of Diwali which good over bad. Lord Rama defeated the evil demon Ravana and returned to Ayodhya. To celebrate this victory and seek blessings people visit temples on this day.

  • Spread love and happiness

    – We celebrate all our festivals with an enthusiasm to spread love and happiness amongst our families and the society. Diwali is also one such opportunity to get spread happiness and positivity. So, this Diwali let’s celebrate it the eco-friendly way. Instead of spending thousands of rupees on crackers, rather buy sweets, gifts, and new clothes or donate certain amount of money to the orphanage so that even they can celebrate Diwali happily.

“Say no to crackers”, have safe Diwali this year. Let’s take care of the environment while celebrating this amazing festival of lights; spread love, peace, harmony and happiness.

Meaningless World

1
luck

Often I try hard to find out meaning in the meaninglessness of life. A small world pushing its limits, resisting almost every change, searching for many answers stuck in a complex web of worldly wisdom and its superficially wrapped rules. Well, this world is mine, it completely belongs to me. Beauty is not physical I have seen ugly souls wrapped in pretty faces, ugliest ideas behind the most pretty things. I have witnessed people changing their attitudes, body language, behavior, within seconds. No one is actually real. Then whats the use of this word when it’s just useless. For instance in front of your juniors, the people who are somewhere less than you in your mind you are worst to them and with a blink of an eye you are a sugar coated pill in the presence of your boss, or some big shots, or among the people who are so-called beneficial to you.

INCREDIBLE DISCOVERIES

inspiring-motivational-quotes-for-successAhh, a life is too less for this trust me. I always thought what happen to all those toppers every year who makes a new record, the board toppers, the toppers from all the prestigious and so called top institutes, the dreams of crores which only one or two can achieve literally. But still, after a particular convocation day or result date, no one seriously remembers them. I mean let’s be honest. How many of us seriously remember the names of 2016 toppers. Until and unless, they are your relatives, friends or known ones. But the irony is still there is one king khan, one Sachin tendulkar, one Amitabh Bachan, one Steve Jobs and yes I am not against education, so one Abdul kalam and so on. We have numerous big shots. So basically education is important, hard work, Tallent but no this 1 st POSITION.

CONFUSION…

confusion-clarity-spiritual-pathSo yeah right if you flung then you will not get anything right so you need to study but then is there any guarantee that if you top then you can become like Mark Zuckerberg or Brad Pitt. I always wonder why everything turns out so ugly and in vain when it connects with reality. See as we grow up we are always taught about honesty, rules, raising your voice, standing against the odds, do the right thing and blah blah. But as that time we are like too young to understand the stuff, and in all these congrats we grew up into adults I mean its just a one day gap alright let me explain today you are in school tomorrow your school is over and due day after tomorrow you have to become independent. This is still better than college ends and from next day everyone expects you to behave like adults, then marriage and from next day dude chuck your life learn to sacrifice, work like slaves and kill your dreams. And if you fail to do so let me tell you-you are a failure, sometimes even worst you can be the best target for your society, you have to live with all the ill words. They will get the right to rip apart your soul. And if you raise your voice as you were being told, since childhood and in a democratic country then you are a gone case. People will stare you in a way that their pleasing glances will give you a feeling of being raped emotionally, mentally. Your confidence and self-esteem will be shattered into pieces.

IT SUCKS…

lifeSee this is not against anything or anyone it’s in general. Solely my opinion, but a firm one whats the use of all the adjectives that were taught to Us. When you enters into adulthood its like welcome to the hell I mean either leave these teachings behind far behind and if you fail to do so then no one can help you, if you be honest, and sweet and helpful and all the shift you will be considered as immature, dumb, drama queen or king , useless, inferior and I don’t want to use many bad words. You cannot show your emotions, but I have read many times that only strong people can show their emotions. An act of courageous. Hmm, so we are now expected to turn into cowards and yes weak people or fake actually. Now when we are adults with senses, oh most importantly never stand for the right, I mean kamon think about yourself, your image, what people will say. Realy as if I care but people are grilling me, compelling me to become like them otherwise what I will be boycotted. So according to my desires, i don’t belong here in this world. Shall I go to Mars then? And then to your utter surprise just check out the walls of all social sites people are different, they are adventurous but my dear friend they worship their third class, rotten, monotonous rules, the hate adventure. They will just not tolerate any such nuisance.

REALITY

socialThe reality is the fakest and useless word I have ever experienced. Lol, everything seems so perfect until you don’t experience it in real. Every yellow thing is gold from a distance but its probably shift when you go near. I believe it’s all hollow,  meaningless why we cannot learn to be hypocrites, diplomatic, the social birds since childhood.

Why no one can inform those poor people who commit suicide that its ok not to be a topper, and why can’t someone goes and tells a poor topper that dude you got this life for once and all, it’s good you are studying but please have a life as well? And if someone tells you that you can enjoy your lives later than first go and ask those who are working in the top most companies about their enjoyment and then make your decision and if they will ask you then you can enjoy later then tell them to shut up because life is unpredictable. You never knows, what will happen you have this present only just this much. Afterwards if anyone tells you that those who are successful are due to their luck and first of all ask them back is that mean luck overcomes the hard work because that’s what we can witness in so many cases or is that mean that there is nothing like luck and it’s solely hard work in the right direction because these are those courageous ones who did out of the box and stand against the world ignoring all assholes and the worldly shitty wisdom. They create their own world and even the shitty world worships them.

The reality check

motivational-quotes-for-success-in-businessAll I can say at last is that life is a turbulent ride, you are not allowed to puke. If you sincerely believe in the power of your dreams, in the hopes of those who loves you, if you know your worth, if you are courageous enough if you don’t care that diamonds breaks in the process of becoming more precious. If you can burn in fire, drown in the ocean, then still feel like attaining the unattainable. Then keep moving. Lock your heart, your emotions in a box and throw it somwhere, no I am not asking you to follow the world this is just for to cut down the distractions until you turn your weak emotions into your strength, until you turn worst into best, until you don’t yourself to break at any edge. Everyone in the world worships the power, when you will turn powerful this all will become an epic the success story of a hero, trust me. The World is like that so leave it forever and work to embrace your life, your dreams, make it happen for the ones who go against all the rules to support you. Make your own splendid world and people will Start following your rules.

Figh Fight Fight
Fall to Stand
Cry to Laugh
Become hopeless to attain the hope..

Believe in heights……
And magic of dreams……
Its hard very hard i know but along with this know one more thing your WORTH…
DISCOVER IT…..

Now that’s the real meaning of your journey And this time my friend this real can be most beautiful.  You Just need to have a desire for this……………………....

scribbles

  1. Every time the phone rang I thought

The screen would flash your name

But another birthday came to an end

Without your phone call and wishes

2.  I will propose to her tonight I thought

“I’m beating faster”, my heart pounded

My mind warned, “It’s a risky move.”

“I would not let that happen easily”, smirked the phone battery

3.  She gave up on her

She gave up on her

As friendship broke up

Ego smiled at its victory

4.  She finally started believing in forever

As the doctor declared

She won’t be able to walk again

5.  If only it had been you

I would give up everything else

But promise me you won’t bulk me out

My dearest love…my chocolate

6.  Returning home late at night

But being welcomed with a warm hug

It never behaved snobbish

As it always happily wagged its tail

7.  His life line was longer than mine

But now I don’t believe in this astrology

As he lies on his deathbed before me

8.  As the scars and burns

Would heal with time

Her bloodshot eyes and

Swelled up face

Would never vanish

9.  Today the burnt roti also tasted heavenly

“This is so yummy I could go on eating”

“Thank you daddy”, came the reply

10.  As I went to buy my jogging suit

The restaurant beside the shop let its aroma out

As I got carried away with its food

Again began the same old story

HELLO LI-FI

0
Lifi

Wi-Fi has entered into our lives some years now. It solves some problems that wired networks have but generate new. Overcoming the problems of Wi-Fi a new wireless technology has emerged.

Just imagine this for a second that data is flowing out of your living room light fixture like water from a shower head. It’s real and this technology is called “Li-Fi”.

Li-Fi stands for Light Fidelity. But aside from the novelty of it how would this be better than existing technology like Wi-Fi that uses radio waves?

Well, the problem with Wi-Fi is that because of its limited spectrum it gets crowded with far too many devices. The solution that would have been being to get more spectrum for Wi-Fi, which is impossible. Li-Fi scores over Wi-Fi because it operates differently and does not use any official spectrum.

li fiHow would visible light transmit data anyway? Li-Fi uses LED bulbs which can be switched on and off very quickly. Special receivers that can connect your computer can translate this flickering into actual data. Also visible light is much less susceptible to interference than radio waves.

The man behind Li-Fi:

The concept of Li-Fi was introduced by Harald Haas. He proposed the term in 2011 in the University of Edinburgh, UK during a TED Talk in 2011. He started his own company called “pureLiFi”, an OEM that commercializes LiFi products.

Li-Fi vs Wi-Fi:

  • Instead of Wi-Fi modems, Li-Fi uses transceiver-fitted LED lamps that can light a room as well.
  • Lifi is 100 times faster than the conventional Wifi network.
  • Lifi does not require password protection like Wifi, as it is confined to the room of operation.

Advantages:

  • Speed:

When tested under laboratory, the achieved speeds were about 224 Gbps (According to BBC). But under real life conditions, speed is about 1 Gbps.

  • Secure:

Since it only uses visible light lifi can’t penetrate through walls and reach your neighbor, thereby offering protection from hackers.

  • Cost efficiency:

It uses inexpensive LED bulbs which consume less power than a WiFi router.

  • Its main advantages are its Bandwidth is 10,000 times than the radio waves.

Limitations:

  • It could be disrupted by excessive light pollution.
  • The major disadvantage here is that these signals cannot penetrate walls. So if you want to move from one room to another, you will need to have a wired bulb present in that room as well!
  • Wastage of power:

To use Li-Fi, the LED bulbs need to be kept on all the time 24×7 and they need to be placed throughout the house. Obviously, a lot of power gets consumed.

Although the technology has great potential, it is still very experimental and we probably won’t be seeing it hit the mainstream market for several years at best.
