    • Cucumber fruit salad

    Just chop cucumber and fruits (your favourite ones) add fermented milk (optional) and spices (as per taste) and mix well, a healthy platter of salad is ready to satisfy your taste buds as well as your hunger.

    Cucumber which is a good source of vitamin B, rehydrates the body, replenishes daily vitamins and most importantly helps in preventing cancer.
