Moral and cultural breakdown

moral values

Are we heading towards a moral and cultural breakdown?

The message is loud and clear, repeated and reiterated in every single newspaper, news channel and magazine, every single day. Take a glance around your surroundings, a look into our society of today. Yes, we are heading towards a moral and cultural breakdown. In fact, it won’t be long from now to reach the destination.

Namaskar, the Indian custom of greeting on meeting someone. The custom which has been thrown into oblivion and shall never return. The custom defining Indian values is dead. This is what we are dealing with.

Change is inevitable, in every form, in every way. In fact, it is the only constant thing in life. We have changed so much. From barbarians to civilized, from wheel to rockets, from caves to skyscrapers, from pigeons to social network, and the list is endless. We have transformed technologically, economically, educationally and it goes on. But there’s no hiding of the bitter truth.

The grim reality of today remains that this wall of development and progress comes down shattering when we look at our society and the forgotten values it once nurtured. The aspects of westernization and modernization have become the termites, eating the very roots of our culture.

rape-crime-in-2016-india

Every crime – rape, forgery, loot, hacking, and fraud – is on rise in today’s scenario, recording a dramatic increase in the numbers in every police station across the whole nation. Teachers are not give their due respect. Live-in relationships have become the trend and marriages end up in divorces. Old age homes and orphanages are mushrooming up in every corner. The bizarre practice of manual scavenging continues to be a part of our society even in the 21st century. Bribery has become an everyday practice. Girls are raped in the national capital under broad daylight. People are marrying their blood relations to get hold of a mere green card. Caste has become the reason for student suicides. This is the heights of the torture we are inflicting upon our nation, our motherland. A total collapse of the morality within people.

Hypocrisy, backbiting, greed, jealousy, selfishness, conspiracy, superiority complex, showoff, anger, hatred, disregard for each other, inequality, arrogance, extreme pride, haughtiness. People are now ever ready to injure each other in thought, word, and deed. People speak lies freely. Compassion is totally extinct. People hearts are now harder than rock. Real and pure love is unknown. What is left is only selfish love based on selfish motives. Is this is the model of development that we are trying to build?

It is like a cancer spreading to the whole nation. If we do not pay heed to this clarion call now, the loss would be irreparable and the damage irrevocable. Do not turn deaf and blind to this situation. Our nation needs us.

The greatest legacy one can pass on to one’s children and grandchildren is not money or other material things accumulated in one’s life, but rather a legacy of character and faith. Billy Graham

True Love Never Ends

true love stories never have endings quote

It’s too long since I have written about you. In fact I decided to stop writing anything that connects me to you. But I think I should give a  last chance  in this article. I really don’t understand how we can get so depressed because of the person whom we LOVE and RESPECT the most. How can a person control all our feelings.

Okay fine.. you really don’t remember me. I should recall   you everything..  you came into my life without my permission by an unknown number.   you are so talented that someone will definitely want to know about you. And finally you revealed and became my best friend with great support.  you started caring me such a way that I trust u the most.Suddenly   you  told that you love me without knowing even HOW DO I LOOK.

Every girl wish for a boy like you who loves her for what she is…Who can understand her feeling without expressing..who admires her inner beauty but not her looks..who gets crazy and feels lucky for having her.. you gave me a wonderful gift in my life for my birthday with a picture having your childhood photo saying that   you  r gifting   you  for the rest of my life.I swear I felt awestruck and so happy..I like every small thing relates to   you. Your voice, smile, thinking…what not..

True Love Never Ends

And even I fell in love unintentionally. Then I came to know what a true love is..which connects two hearts. At that time I don’t know that it changes my life drastically..And everyone knows that those are the wonderful days ever in our lyf..  you  proved that love is accepting each other for what we are..we starting imagining our life in a wonderful dreams. But…

May be happiness can’t stay at a single place..Suddenly   you  started to change. you told that   you  are concentrating on your carrier for my sake.. and for us to live happily in future..I started supporting   you .. In spite of my wish to be your strength   you  told me that u can’t concentrate because of me and I became your weakness. For the first time in my life I felt so low about myself.   you used to avoid me for months. Still I tried to understand all your situations. when   you  talk to me I will respond    you  normally holding all my pain inside. Sometimes I just want to go inside your heart and want to listen your feelings for me.

Even when   you  are in my thoughts, it pains somewhere deep inside. I used to wait for at least a single text and if it comes my day will be so good. I started enjoying the pain..Some situations test our love. I became so brave that I travelled long distance alone just to see   you  once and feel your presence. I was so mad that I used to just stare at your hand. And in your absence used to touch your books, pen and pity myself as   you  love them more than me.

As a girl from childhood everyone will have dreams and I have seen all my dreams in you and I want   you  to feel that I am the best girl friend to have in your life. But donno what god decides..I hold all the pain for 2 years and tried all my ways to come out of you.. but at the end, failed and realized that I am incomplete without   you .  used to cry for hours and days just thinking of you. Even when I was surrounded by number of people, tears roll down suddenly.

I started writing a dairy  when I felt like sharing   you  my sad or happiness. It is the only one which knows all my crying all through the years.I used to be really strong person from the childhood. But donno why love makes someone so weak that they can’t even control some emotions.Sometimes I want to die and see at least then   you  drop a single tear for me..But I don’t have a right to do that..I hate my self when I expects something from   you  and   you  treat me so cheap and kicks me like a dog..and then…..

After 2 years   you  told me that   you  want to meet me.i was so happy that I can’t even express in words.I thought for a bit that at least then, everything will become sort out..But on that day when I sat beside   you ..Donno why I cried so loud..I tried to explain what I felt over those years..but I realized that…sad-alone-girls-crying-miss-u-couple-love-wallpapers-2

you  came to give a clarity that   you  don’t want me in your life and decided to move on..its really so great of   you ..The worst situation is   you  can’t understand my love even I yell and cry loudly that I LOVE  you and  ready to do anything for   you ..i felt so helpless..And on that day I decided to quit for the first time in my life.I was fail..yes I failed to let you go..to make you happy and let you free for your life..But no one can love as I do…

In spite of all this..If   you  come to me and ask to love   you  again..i will..I cant hate you as you  are always top on the world for me..still I really don’t know why  can’t I forget a person with such a stone heart and don’t even care my feelings..I became so blind that I  don’t even care the one who cares and loves me..ya it happens because we don’t have the person we love the most..Believe me…Still my love for   you  won’t die..It will be in my heart till my last breath..Because true love happens only once in life.sad-love-quotes-hd-wallpapers

Maybe it happened in many of the girls lives..just felt like sharing my feelings again for   you. I don’t want to make   you  a Villain..i can’t even bare a single word against you..its just my madness..sorry if it hurts…i know u don’t even care about this..Everything happens for a reason..At Least I learnt a lesson..I came to know that what really matters in our life is our parents.Only their love is pure and will be always with us..just we should move on with time..

And thank you so much for making me so strong  that I can withstand any situation in my life..with loads of love… I have realised that True Love Never Ends.

Eid Prayers In Barashalghar, Debidwar, Comilla

Eid-ul-Fitr is a month of prayers and plead for the mercy and forgiveness of one’s mistakes. The month concludes the fasting of faithful to beseech Almighty Allah Subhanahu Wata’ala. Ramadan is not just about abstaining over food and drink, it is a test of calmness and endurance. Eid-ul-Fitr is a celebration of the people who walked on Almighty Allah teachings. It is for those people who worship Almighty Allah with complete devotion in the month of Ibadah. This festival describes the caring and sharing of happiness and blessings in muslim community.

kaaba_mirror_edit_jj

It is festival of joy and bright light which decorates aur life whith happiness. This day is used to spread Harmony and Duahs among our relatives, friends and all those who emigrated from Doonya. Exchange of gifts among young ones and meeting sick is done during Eid. In this month of celebration, we forget those who are lesser privileged in the society and have nothing to celebrate. This day is just like another ordinary day for them. Bare roadside, hospitalised people are the lonely ones who can’t even meet their loved-ones. Let us pray and hope for them that a day will come when those poor people welcome this festival with warmth and blessings.

O Allah! As we eat dishes, wear new clothes, get gifts from elders, let us attribute the special things to those who can’t afford. Let us implant the message the message of giving, caring and sharing. Because happiness doesn’t result from what we get, but from what we give. Let us teach everyone the condition of the millions of pople and children that are in war affected areas like Afghanistan, Kashmir, Iraq, Phillipines and the underprivileged areas of Asia, Africa and America who can’t even afford their necessities.

This is the day for entreating and memorializing those unfortunate people who became the victims of the naturally occuring disasters like drought, famine, earthquakes like in Kathmandu, Kashmir and Pakistan as well. They do need our blessings and prayers as we cannot deprive ourselves from the suffering they have gone through. This major damage can’t be disregarded saying it doen’t fascinate or affect us. It would be an injustice to humanity if we say this. As the Holy Quran says in 8th verse of Surah Al Ma’idah:

O Devotee! Be true to the Commandments of Allah, bearing witness to justice and don’t get feared of people who incite you for not doing justice

Donating money, clothes or anything to charity doesn’t make so much of difference but actually helping the one in need changes the perception. When we help others, there comes a special feeling of belonging to the one whom we helped. Our personal values teaches us to be kind, helpful and compassionate. There is no greater happiness than the smile and happiness of the one whom we endorsed. That is what decides our virtue of life.

From the moment, when the blessings of Allah strikes over a human being then he or she become acquainted of quality and intendment. Almighty Allah is the creator of all. All the emotions are only applicable before Allah. So modesty in front of the most praised creator of this earth is itself an honour and pride for human being. Almighty Allah is also considered as a vital force which keeps a human being aware from the realities of life.

The whole month of Eid-Ul-Fitr comprises of fasts and prayers on daily basis. With this muslims also read Kuran, feed poor hungry people and donate money to needy. Then a day comes when the new full moon of Eid-Ul-Fitr is sighted and fast comes to an end. This moon is considered to be divine and sacred for the muslim communities. All the communities join together to celebrate this holy festival. Sweets, gifts and different kinds of greetings are exchanged between the loved ones. This festival of affection and cordiality spreads the message of maintaining brotherhood and peace among all communities. Emotions like jealousy, anxiety and hatred are said goodbye with this. Eid-ul-Fitr is said to be the rejuvenation of all the religions across the country by spreading happiness, love and devotion. As peace and love makes this world a better place to live in.
