Journey called life is beautiful

JOURNEY

It is well said that the real experiences of a person are much more interesting than fiction. So here i am with an amazing experience of this young girl whose new in life and its somewhere so called ugly and complicated reality. Lets find out what happens to her.

The journey

A cute little kiddish girl with lots of aspirations who has just graduated found out to her utter disappointment that yes the people who seems close your so called friends with whom you have made several memories, they do change or actually its just that everyone these days is a bit more self centered she doesn’t have any idea about whether it is a good thing or bad but she was a bit different. She felt sometimes that she is just not meant to fit in. But fortunately she got a highly supportive family which meant the world to her.

She was blessed, they always guide her well, she trusted them and keeps following their valuable advises without a doubt. And after a long period of restlessness she finds her way out into a new world , a world similar to a roller coaster ride which has to unfold Its deep secrets for her. Life is realy simple but we insist on making it complicated.

And the journey continues

So by a new world i meant she found a job, a perfect one according to her. She was super excited. But soon it all seems like welcome to the hell , for first two days she wants to scream, cry loudly and all she wanted is to run away far from all the bullshitt. She founds  the atmosphere lonely, weird she felt as if she was stuck. The people were all into themselves, she started believing they are rude and hypocrites and living a superficial life. And yes for some specific people she developed this feeling of hatred. Never give up , stay positive, focused and strong.

An Urge of not to give up

oldeani0 / PixabayAnd she continued with this zeal to prove herself. Her passion drives her crazy to put in her best. She founds a solution that her complete focus in her work can somewhere help her out. And she proceeds further big dreams in her eyes and there she go. Everything in her life just twisted. Then she doesn’t required any sort of  support from anyone. She becomes an independent girl ready to fly high in the sky. To her astonishment she just rise in love with that place her work. She realised all the people at her work place are benevolent, cooperative, supportive and truly helpful. She again felt blessed to got such a marvelous atmosphere and a family in her fabulous colleagues. All the hatred just vanished , its all affection in her heart now.

The lessons

You know she learnt that everyone has their good and bad days. Might be when the people dint turn out good with her had their bad days or may be she beings a fresher was expecting too much from them. Basically she learnt that has to take one his own responsibilities. If you wants to fit it just hustle. Overnight success generally takes years of struggling, sleepless nights. She realised everyone help those who help themselves. Its OK not to be perfect, its OK if you do mistakes but its not OK to give up. And above all never stop trying. That’s just not allowed. She feels super excited every morning about going to her work place. And when she comes back she always have a new piece of information, an incredible experience.

Life is all about learning.

LEARNINGJust feel alive every moment, feel proud about it. Just think everyday you have to do your best its a new opportunity. So ultimately the thing is no one is actually bad its just that you have to learn to let go, everyone have their own reasons and story. Everyone worships the rising sun and as we all know world is a rat race And pigs don’t fly.

So either you win or lose  there is no value of a consolation prize. And yes not to forget she founds some extremely adorable people even in her days of struggling one motivates her heartily ,one is always  concerned about her and stands by her, one guides her and makes her feel good, and one sweet and cheerful guy literally immensely helped her, answer all her questions with great calmness. And last but not the least her boss , a handsome and charming  guy with an aura that inspires her.

cute-quotes-about-life-48A grounded person who know how to work with great ease in the most stressful environment, who has everything in right proportion, who knows when how where what to speak, how much to speak and when not to speak. He never forgets to give few minutes out of his precious time to this girl sometimes to guide her, sometimes to appreciate or ask about her experience. So see it depends on our perception now all the people at her work place turns out extremely winsome and lovable. She feels great about the fact that she got such outstanding people around her.

She is seeking great pleasure now in every moment, it makes her feel even more alive , she knows she is on the path of growth with all the support from both of her families and most importantly form her own self. The will to learn and the desire to make it best are one of the biggest assets that a person possess.

Always remember

00-59-32-life-quotes-01If you want more you need to become more, the better you become , the better everything around you becomes. Life is all about how you react to your problems, if you can react and act wisely then all your problems will turn into your solutions. You are the best part of your life, turn into a legend. And yes when things don’t go right remember it takes 6 months to build a Rolls Royce and just 13 hours to build a Toyota.

Of Fluency in English- The Why and How!!

4
speaking enlgish

The first important issue that one needs to understand is the importance of being fluent in speaking English. One may ask what is this fuss about English and why is our country so obsessed with it? Why cannot we promote Hindi which is the national language of our country? The British have gone leaving their culture behind. Are we still colonized? Is the slavery continuing in this form? My answer to this is:

  • English is not just the language of the British anymore. English is a universal language and one of the prominent languages of our nation as well. It is the only language that connects the entire world in one string. It is the only language that makes international communication possible.
  • On colonization and slavery- these are two very broad terms covering many aspects and perspectives so I would refuse to dig deep but no we are not colonized if just English language is taken into consideration.

Victimisation

speaking englishThe ones who are unable to speak fluent English are victims of condescending eyes.  It has also been observed that these days English is considered as the parameter of measuring intelligence. This kind of attitude is absolutely unacceptable. If one can speak good English, he is worthy of a job. If one cannot, then he stands nowhere in the competition. The first impression in an interview is created by one’s fluency in the language. Inability gives him the ticket to rejection no matter how worthy he is. The scenario does not limit itself to career lines. It has started infiltrating one’s personal life as well. Interactions in colleges, universities, social media, with friends and acquaintances become fruitful and healthy only if one is confident about one’s communication skills. It is not possible to change this status-quo to be practical, but it is possible to fight it.

Is our education system responsible?

You may wonder why is it that so many English-medium schools across the country have a majority of their children who have somehow learnt to write in English but are unable to speak fluently? Where else will they learn the language if not in schools? The truth is- if your child is unable to communicate well, it is not the school’s fault. Of the many rules and regulations the schools impose, one is to speak in English in the school premises. But it is practically impossible to monitor each student every moment. The students manage to talk in the language with their teachers, but the conversation with them is very limited. Unless they speak in English with their friends, they will never be fluent in the language.

But again, in most cases it is not possible practically. Friends speak with each other in a language they are comfortable with. Moreover, in their age nobody can think about the future consequences. No matter what language it is, reading and writing can only make you learn to read and write. Mastery over a language, be it any, can only be gained if it is spoken on a regular basis.

Some easy tips to enhance your efficiency in speaking English

  • Talk to others

address-callers-510You must speak in English as much as possible with whomsoever you can, throughout the day.

  • Talk to yourself

Now it is quite possible that your family members do not know the language themselves and your friends tease you on encountering this sudden resolution of yours. If you have no one with whom you can actually talk, then talk with yourself in English. In fact, you can also think in English. Whenever you are thinking about something- things that you have to do during the day, food that must be prepared, home works to be done, or anything and everything, make sure that every word should come to your mind in English.

  • Download dictionary

It is not possible to carry the hardcopy of a dictionary all the time. But all of us have cell phones. Download a dictionary app there. Now, there are many dictionaries that not only give you the meaning of the words but you can also hear the pronunciation. Merriam Webster dictionary has updated several features. It has features like ‘word of the day’ where they teach you the meaning of a new word everyday and ‘word games’ where you can play and learn simultaneously. Use Google, to translate words and dictionaries to learn their various synonyms.

  • Watch English films and TV series with English subtitles

This is one of the most effective way to enhance efficiency in English. You may think that you have been hearing English all your school life. Your teachers taught you all the subjects in English except vernaculars- 2nd and 3rd languages. Then what difference does it make? Well, it does make a difference. Hearing lectures on the battles fought, or description of a valley in some story, or the economic and social life of a tribe, or about weather changes, has taught you to write about those things. But when you watch a film, you hear how people do they everyday conversation with each other about the basic things in life, what we call ordinary chatting. Hearing them with English subtitles makes each word clear in case you face difficulty understanding their accent. It also teaches you pronunciation and spellings and improves your vocabulary.

  • Read newspaper

Reading habits should be inculcated from childhood. But if you have not, start now. Books and newspapers are the best means. But if you cannot buy books or do not know which books to buy then read only newspaper. Begin with reading simple news and gradually move to the heavier stuff. It will be immensely helpful.

So, these are some simple habits which can be developed by anyone. Not only a student, but people of any age and profession can learn English by these means. So, if you are a housewife and wish to learn English you don’t have to go for spoken English classes, or appoint a guide at home or buy expensive books. Such follow these steps and make a difference. Moreover, it is never too late to learn.

Pink 2016- An Open letter to Indian Women

0
i AM SORRY

I usually make the most of  this platform to produce a tribunal on which cinema can be argued, analysed and ruminated upon. I have used other stages for the same, few years back from now. There have been movies  that have left a deep impact on my soul. Some as bite of masterly brilliance, some as muse of our society and some solely as part of our soul. The film ‘PINK’ with relatively new looks and one legendary man at the morion talks of a mere term. A term that is missing in the pages of the lexicon. A term no one sifts for, a term no one ponder about. It’s just a term out there, used usually but of no effect. The term? No. It has a intense seated impulse on the passage our association functions. It’s a right and a affirmation.

I will not ‘reconsider ‘Pink’. I cannot. I don’t entitled to. I don’t deserve to annotate upon the beds of narrative that movie inquire into. The next step that I will do is to write an open letter from this media to every Indian women. Please go through to find out WHY ?

Everytime, you set aside those Eve teasers

Everytime, you had to put several efforts to become strong enough to face the situation

Mighty ants Vs. Humans

0
ants motivation

One evening I come across a train of ants, though little bit of light was still there, I can see what racket those ants were creating. Smiling yet focused with superb coordination, unity and determination, on the face of adversity, those mighty ants were just trying to get hold of what little left of their most priceless treasure-home awash by rain water.

Bit-by-bit, ants constructed a raft made up of ants itself just to safely pass over their most priceless treasure-their present(colony/queen/food) & future(baby ants) to safer plains.

While passing over to safer plains, lot of ants martyred themselves to the cause. They didn’t run away or abandon the colony or queen or food but stood by them & face the adversity until they reached the safer plains.

spWe human beings too took billions of years to evolve to become what we are now. We learnt to use or acquire workmanship dating back from Stone Age to current period. Until now, we have had done outstanding progress & outmatch the other species. But now the times have changed, human beings are heading towards its own destruction while the other species is acknowledging or evolving themselves with the force of nature. Our species is raging war against oneself which would sooner or later make us extinct from the face of the Earth.

So, million dollar question is what went wrong? The answer lies within us – our nature, being supreme to all other. We can’t stand other being strong or powerful than one. To bring one down, we would not even mind to indulge oneself into deceitful or unworthy act(s).

It’s a well-known fact, that all species share common abilities, be it love or hatred or fight or sharing or strength or care etc. Even our mighty ants do fight but after a while they come back together, embrace themselves, and not go on hating each other. We as humans, are losing values day-by-day.

Leaf cutter ants (Atta cephalotes) carrying leaves, close-up
Leaf cutter ants carrying leaves

Let’s just not insult or waste the effort/time etc., taken by the nature to make us what we are now. We should take a leaf out of the mighty ant’s life as how they stood by their colony or family (in our case, it would be our family/nation/earth) while fighting away adversary. We too should not give up on our family/nation/earth etc., otherwise we won’t be left of any safer place. We would dissolve from the very face of our planet.

Listen humans, Stand up, Gear up your bearings, Breathe with clear mind & pure heart, take an Oath to guard your ultimate treasure- that would be YOU, making Earth a safer & happy place to live & let live in

CrazyGirl

I was 15 years old that time when this all started. I seriously use to hate him for his dominating nature little did I know, he is the only one who really love me. Let me start this story the way every story is. I am like every other girl around you but my life is far different from each of you. I belonged to a very small town you haven’t even heard of. I do not had any kind of freedom, like I could not use the internet, I had no access to social media, I was not allowed to complete my education and much more. I used to feel like I am in a prison but unfortunately it was my home. Things were much different at my place. I was the only girl in my town who lived in so much restrictions. Even my best friend had a normal life. This was all because of him. He loved me from deep inside his heart but I hate him twice the extent of his love. It was only because of him I could not lead a normal life like everyone else.

I was in class six that time. My life was normal that time. I was a bubbly girl the one who could find happiness in everything. I used to go to school had big gang of friends, to use internet I was much young but for me playing with friends going to school and eating my favorite dishes were the best substituent for happiness. I was really happy that time. I could do anything I want to. There were no restrictions at all. Infact I did not know that a word pronounced as restriction exist, actually it was not in my dictionary at least. I was everyone’s favorite, each of my friend wanted to grab my attention like to share their deepest secrets with me, at my home all you could hear is my name, everyone keep calling me like Mishti do this thing, Mishti bring water every time its just mishti mishti and only mishti. Ohh yes mishti is my name.

water storyI clearly remember the date and time completely for it was the day when my world turned upside down. It was chilled winter morning 10th January, 11:30AM when I first saw them. They were so much happy laughing like crazy peoples. I have never seen anyone so happy. I felt so jealous of them for I used to thought I am the happiest one on the earth. That whole day I was really upset. I tried my best to laugh like them to stay happy like them but no use I couldn’t do it and this frustrated me to the extent I never was. I was never like this. I never had this jealousy kind feeling but those guys their laughing sound was killing me inside.

I laid awake whole night that day, I tried my best to sleep but couldn’t. I could not even close my eyes properly. Every time I close my eyes all I could see and heard was their face with a smile I had never seen on anyone’s face ever. I finally made my mind and decided to learn it from them learn to smile like them. As soon as I reached the same place I saw they were again laughing like yesterday. I some how gained the courage to talk to them. I asked one of the person there, the reason of their laugh but got no answer he just laughed and laughed. I asked another one then next one and then next but got to know nothing. This made me more curious and my excitement level was beyond my control that time. I finally got nothing that day. My anxiety was killing me inside but I was helpless.

I went there again next day. This time I tried to interact with different people different than yesterday. To my question he said nothing but instead offered me a glass of water i denied first but was thirsty as well so accepted it. The taste of water was little different but I liked it. Before I could ask for another glass he himself offered it to me and without waiting for a second I drank it. I didn’t remember much clearly what happened after that. But yes I do remember that I laughed my heart out that day. I do not remember a single line if I said after the water but all I remember is the glittering smile I had on my face that day. Everyone at my home was amazed with my behaviour but I was not in my senses that time to figure out anything. I just laughed throughout the day and then went to deep sleep.

The next morning I had high headache, I was not even able to open my eyes properly. I felt dizzy all the day long. I didn’t went to school that day, did not met anyone that day, was not even able to talk anyone that day, I felt so helpless that day but the memory of that crazy laugh was still afresh in my mind. I wanted to do that again. The next morning when I felt little better I again went to the place, the peoples were still the same. They were as always enjoying themselves. I was so eager to be their part that without asking anyone I just drink the water but this time my throat was not satisfied with two glasses as far I remember I took more than four. I do not remember anything what happened after that. But this become my daily schedule after that. I started skipping my school to be there, stopped meeting anyone all I wanted was just to be there. As if I had nothing left in my life after that just the place, glasses of water there and nothing else.

I was thoroughly enjoying this period of my life. I used laugh out my heart daily. But sooner I realise I was loosing myself for it. He noticed this changed in me, enquired me about it but I never had any feelings for him so I just avoided him and went on to my daily chores. He then started keeping an eye on me and within a day or two he got to know about everything. It was this day when he started restricting me for everything and I started hating him even more. I do not know what he told everyone at home all I know is everyone agreed to his point and I was made to live like prisoner in my house. I tried my level best but could not understand why my own family my own blood relations could not accept to see me happy. May be I was too small to understand everything that time.

depressed-drug-abuseI slowly started to realise what had happened with me. I realise I was addicted to that water by now. I could not live without it. But they did not allowed me for it. Until now I have completely lost myself all I wanted was that water only nothing else. My family tried for everything but alas it was too late for everyone to know the truth. Yes at the age of 14 I had become drug addict. The water which I thought was the source of my happiness became the only reason of me loosing myself. It was contaminated water. Through my various medical test it turned that I was taking daily dose of a heavy drug and doctors were so sure that there are no chances that I can be normal again.

The truth is I even had no hope for it but it was only him who never lost the hope. Intact he was not just hopeful but was sure much confident that I will be normal. He made every single effort, did every possible thing he could do for me. Within this time I only fought with him abused him and hated him but now I know today if I am alive it is only because of him. He spent each and every part of his living on me. Today its been 7 years that I am back to normal life and is actually doing a fruitful work. But even today he is the only one who believe in me more than I do believe in myself. He is none other than my elder brother. He is not just my inspiration for everything today but my ideal as well, the only support I have in my life today. Yes it is true that even today our society is male dominating but there are few males who dominate us for our own good.

Everyone should not be judged in the same cup.

How to Choose Career Options

0

Career is an occupation undertaken for a significant period of a person’s life and with opportunities for progress. A career is an individual’s journey through learning, work and other aspects of life. As soon as the child completes high school parents start taking decision of their career into their own hands. In a country like India only engineers, lawyers and doctors are considered as professions, all other are just considered as passion. Whenever a child seeks interest in sports, music or dance instead of continuing that parents force their child to study first and consider their hobbies as secondary.

run-finish

Parents should not force their decisions on children.

Children should have privilege to choose their career even if it doesn’t pay as prodigious as any other profession. The main question you should be asking is what do I want from my life? which should be decided by the children because contrasting people have divergent answers. Some want glamorous, immensely luxurious lives while some would suffice with evident and reticent life. Some just wants unprecedented achievements and this is what keeps them excluded from the crowd.

What I suggest is that first instead of choosing which career you want, you should choose which life you want more. Once you have figured about the life, consider what you love doing so that you get to do something that you infatuate instead of something that you will despise. Do something that you would want to get up every day willingly and go to work instead of finding acumen not to. Investigate the direction your career might take and never underestimate yourself on basis of your qualification Every profession has low level ranking and getting ahead in career depend on you and then on qualification.

“Love what you do, do what you love.”

This is a very minuscule sentence but hold the legitimate essence of life. Your career makes your personality and predominantly you are always judged by people on the basis of your career. The work that keeps you motivated and engrossed will keep you more contented, after all you spend a big chunk of your waking life at WORK. Career instead of a means of income should be a means of living.

With Love From Mughals

Humayun’s tomb

The architecture in Delhi is adorned by the jewels that the Mughals left in the form of their exuberant palaces and tombs. Many of which surround Delhi silently, but never go unnoticed by those visiting Delhi. Though old, they still hold their majestic and magnificent beauty that overshadows all the malls and the modern buildings. Old is gold after all.canter-dome-inside-humayuns-tomb-1

Being born and a frequent visitor to Delhi, I, alike many Delhites have taken this historical grandeur for granted. But now, I realize the invaluable gift that the Mughals had bestowed on us. Nothing can be more pleasing than a visit to the Mughal garden behind the Rashtrapati Bhawan, open only in winters (February) that showcases blooming colors. When most of the Delhi is covered in fog, more like smog.

The weather in Delhi and the medieval architecture go hand in hand. It is almost like every wall of these monuments was built-in accordance with the weather, indeed dazzling. When on your trip to Delhi, a visit to at least one of these historical treasures is a must. But I must warn you, once you enter the place you will be so captivated by its beauty that you might want to stay a bit longer. Not ready to leave yet, you have all the provisions, for food, attending nature’s call and to sit and enjoy the serene environment.

delhi-humayun-tomb1The Humayun’s tomb which marked the beginning of the Mughal architecture in Delhi is indeed most of the renowned architectural achievements. Built with the classic red sandstone and marble, along with blues and greens borrowed from Persia. It defies all the rules drawn out for the burial of royals. One can indeed imagine a king being mummified and leisurely enjoying his time in the pyramid in solidarity.

However imagining a beautiful palace like structure constructed right on the top of your dead body! Indeed is a miraculous idea which surely understands the grave (pun intended) need of the situation. The kings made sure, once dead, they would be remembered for their royalty and power, which the calmness of the surroundings reinforce. The gigantic gates, studded with six-sided stars which were used by the Mughals as an ornamental cosmic symbol adorn the structure. Persian floral prints add the color. It also makes one wonder what awaits or them, behind these enormous gate.

Behind the gate you can picture Humayun himself resting in the peaceful, calm and lush green environment, in the magnificent tomb built in his memory. There is a museum as well, which shows articles found during the excavations. However the majestic and bewildering first view of the tomb leaves you dumb struck, and you can’t help but go to the king. The stairs might be a tad bit of a painful climb, but once on the top of the structure, the strain is totally worth it. The Mughals were indeed geniuses and their architects were no less than the Indian Da Vinci themselves, with all the artistic charisma they composed of.

iaa104869The surroundings of the tomb are so calm, and surprisingly have a pleasant temperature than the rest of the Delhi. On the top of the tomb, is the beautiful golden finial, which was first made of copper and pure gold by the Mughals. But post restoration it is made of pure gold, the shining structure  which gleams boldly, when visited during the sunset. If you ever visit the tomb, you can see the structure shining brightly. Just like the Mughal dynasty, which though has fallen, but has its remains still glorifying it.

When you inhale the air in here you smell freshness. When you touch the structure you can see the variety your touch will experience. From the roughness of the sandstone, to the smoothness of the marble, to the welcoming touch of the wooden door. It is a heavenly treat to your eyes too, escaping the city here you are surrounded by nature at its best. Thanks to the 25000 square meter of greenery planted by the Mughals. History lover or not this place will definitely suit your taste. Or, at least give you several photographs for your Facebook, Insta and snapchat accounts.

Mughals were known for their romantic life too. Here you can indeed find a lover’s paradise, please refrain from PDA though.

68197-humayuns-tombIt is in here that you get an escape from the hustle bustle, noise and the melting heat of the city. One can even spend their whole day around these tombs. Provided your heat tolerant and a history lover like me. It is a paradise for those interested in historical structures; it is our “desi” Venice. So along with the yummy, spicy and finger licking food, the Mughal’s have also left their treasures in this form. Delhi indeed is pleasing to all your five senses, thanks to these historical structures.
