Travel. Not to get lost, but to find yourself.

travel

My heart goes out to all of you. Yes you! To the millions, who are stuck doing the same desk jobs for years. It has made your life monotonous and bland. What you need is a change of weather. This is where travelling comes in. Travelling rejuvenates you. It broadens your mind and helps you get a fresher perspective on things.

Travel. Not to get lost, but to find yourself.

Do you feel like you haven’t enjoyed life like you should have?  That you’ve become prone to stress and anxiety? Don’t rush to your physicians for pills. The only dose you need is that of travelling. I can tell you from personal experience that it is the best therapy there is.

One of the concerns people have about travelling is “how to pay for such expensive trips? How does a person who makes 20-30 thousand a month visit these exotic places?” well the good news is that to be a satisfied traveler, exotic locations isn’t your only option.

In fact, most people I’ve met have never been to the “must visit” places in our country or even their respective states for that matter. You may not realize it, but there are many places to see just around the corner. I’ve come up with few of these places out of a very long list of possible options.

1. Andaman and Nicobar islands

Travel. Not to get lost, but to find yourself.

One of the most underrated places is the Andaman and Nicobar Islands. With its beautiful beaches, seafood and festivals in galore, it has not received the hypes it deserves. It is situated near Myanmar and is considered a tropical paradise. It is like our own little “Hawaii”.

Other places you can visit include: Radhanagar Beach, Cellular jail, Barren Island etc.

2. Sikkim

Travel. Not to get lost, but to find yourself.

This is a place for all you spiritual seekers.Full of Buddhist monasteries and tall, mesmerizing hills, this place will make you feel at peace. Also, its cuisine is an amalgamation of Indian and Chinese cuisine that is a rare treat to your taste buds. You can also see the Chinese border a few kilometers from the capital city.

Other places to visit include: Nathula Pass, Changu Lake, Ranka Monastery etc.

3. Rajasthan

Travel. Not to get lost, but to find yourself.

When you think of Rajasthan, you think of palaces, of royalty and of fascinating stories about the legendary Rajputs.Indus Valley Civilization at Kalibanga is a must visit historical site. The Dilwara Temples, a Jain pilgrimage site at Rajasthan’s only hill station, Mount Abu, in the ancient Aravalli mountain range are some of the places to visit while in Rajasthan. Rajasthan is also home to two national tiger reserves, the Ranthambore National Park in Sawai Madhopur and Sariska Tiger Reserve in Alwar.

Other places to visit include: Hawa Mahal, Thar dessert, Jaipur- the pink city.

4. West Bengal

Travel. Not to get lost, but to find yourself.

For all those travellers who love architecture, and history, this is a place for you to visit.Rich in culture, heritage and architecture, west Bengal is one of the few places that has preserved the monuments and artefacts of the British era. Kolkata, Darjeeling, Tiger hill, Siliguri, Digha, Sundarban, Bakkhali are few of the travel spots here. West Bengal is also a better option for people with limited budget as it offers cheap accommodation and transportation.

Other spots to visit include:  Darjeeling Mountain Hills, Digha Sea Beach, Murshidabad Historical City etc.

Next big problem that most travelers face is how to manage budgets.

What adds to that problem is that most of us Indians travel in packs. When you have a limited budget and a huge family, it puts you in a tight spot. Here are a few tips to save up.

Book large dormitories — they are the cheapest alternative to hotels and can house large families.

Hire a local as a guide — travel with locals who can act as a guide and help you save a little money.

Eat where the locals eat — fancy restaurants can put a big dent in your pocket. So instead, eat where the locals do and that will ensure a good meal while helping you curb expenses.

So get out there. Get your luggage and be on the move.  Once you start travelling, you are guaranteed to get addicted. So keep calm and keep travelling!

Health and Fitness during Exams

With college exams approaching, we can see everyone around us finally waking up from their long sleep and running around for notes and books and clearing last minute doubts. Amidst this chaos and a race for marks, we often forget to take care of ourselves and end up with bad eating habits, sleepless nights, lazy bodies and stress.

What most people don’t get is that keeping ourselves healthy during this time is just as important as studying. So, let’s look at some things you should keep in mind while preparing for your exams:

  • EXERCISE

Health and Fitness during Exams

Indulging yourself in some physical exercise is a great way to take your mind off from studies for a while. It freshens your mind, improves your blood flow, helps you refocus and most of all, keeps you fit!

  • MEDITATION

Health and Fitness during Exams

Exams can stress you out and sometimes that may lead to lack of concentration. Meditation helps you to de-stress and boosts concentration. There is a wide range of apps that introduce you to guided meditation.

  • ADEQUATE SLEEP

Health and Fitness during Exams

Inadequate sleep is detrimental to health and may curb your ability to recall what you studied the night before. And if it’s the night before the exam day, well, you might find yourself dozing off while writing your exam! So, it’s important to get a good night’s sleep of about 6 to 7 hours, so that you wake up fresh.

  • LESS CAFFEINE

 Health and Fitness during Exams

We often look for ways to pull an all-nighter and the first thing that comes to our mind is coffee, or maybe Redbull, or any other drink with caffeine in it that keeps us awake. However, excess consumption of caffeine may have side effects like light headedness, agitation and even anxiety. So, caffeine consumption should be minimized. Simply staying hydrated can improve alertness.

  • TAKING REGULAR BREAKS

Health and Fitness during Exams

Frequent breaks should be taken to unwind and freshen up. Just learn a thumb rule for this- divide your time between studies and break in 5:1 ratio. For example, after every 50 minutes of study, take a 10-minute break!

  • DO SOMETHING YOU LIKE

Health and Fitness during Exams

Take some time out for your hobbies. Play your instrument, read your favourite book, play football or maybe watch your weekly program. Anything that relaxes you would suffice.

  • STUDY SNACKS

It is common for our minds to wander off to food while studying. And often, it is the food that we probably shouldn’t be eating like chocolate, chips, fried snacks etc. But it is important to substitute these with the following, more healthy study snacks:

 1. NUTS

 Health and Fitness during Exams

Nuts like almond, cashew and walnut are packed with omega-3 fatty acids, protein and fibre which keeps us energized.

2. SEEDS

Health and Fitness during Exams

Pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and flax seeds contain amino acids that lower anxiety levels.

3. BERRIES

 Health and Fitness during Exams

Blueberries, strawberries and cherries are loaded with vitamins and antioxidants which help in keeping our mind focused and sleeping patterns consistent.

Keep a jar full of nuts, seeds and berries on your study table and munch on them whenever you crave for a snack.

  • THE NIGHT BEFORE

Health and Fitness during Exams Lay out everything you might need for the exam the night before and don’t leave anything for the morning. Sleep early so that you wake up fresh, eat a good breakfast and smash it!

All the best for your exams, people! Hope you find these tips helpful!

“Blogs, Bloggers, Blogging, Blog posts,” Uff !!  Ever heard of “Blogging”, or “Blog”??  And wonder what on earth is this Blog and blogging?? well, You have come to the right place. I Aishwarya have made this article to help all those people out there who have no clue what Blogging is all about. This article will help you clear all your doubts on Why should you blog ?

What is a Blog?

Why should you blog
Composition blog accessories on white background. Blogger workspace

First of all let me tell you what exactly is a blog through a definition, it will help you understand better..

“a collection of posts… short, informal, sometimes controversial, and sometimes deeply personal.. with the freshest information at the top.” – Meg Hourihan

So yes, a blog is a kind of online diary or a journal where people pen down their thoughts opinions etc. that can be expressed without fear and desire to let people know their individual thoughts through a website.

WHO BLOGS??

Anyone who

  • Do not fear what people think about his/her post.
  • Loves writing down things on a routine basis.
  • Is looking forward to reaching out to a mass group of people.
  • Has a passion for writing

Why Should You BLOG ??

Each day about 1,72,000 blogs are created. So many blogs being created every day, you might be wondering, “ Can I blog ? “, “Should I start blogging?” I think you should try your hand at it ,

!! Definitely yes!!

Before I start let me tell you about my short story.

I am someone who has vivid kinds of hobbies – Reading, Arts and Crafts, Embroidery, jewelry making, but I was never into any writing as such. Then I got into the book tube community, and I realized that there are thousands of people who blog on various things – books, personal blogs, travel, Hobbies, etc. The list goes on and then, I thought  “ what if I too start a blog ?? ” , I was not sure if I would succeed but I wanted to start a blog on book reviews and I started one. Though I do not get much time, I blog whenever I can. So here I am as a blogger.

So here I pen down 10 reasons Why should you blog?

1. Discover your hidden talent

Blogging helps you discover your hidden talent for Writing, maybe it was within you from the very beginning and you never realised that. Start a blog and trust me you will realise that you had writing skills and it was never discovered until you started to blog.

2. Voice your thoughts

You can express your thoughts, feelings and opinions out there through a blog, there are so many thousands of people out there to support your thoughts and opinions.

3. Build your Confidence

I can swear on this, it definitely helps you build your confidence in life even if there’s very less number of blog followers, because you are able to voice your thoughts without much fear as and when you keep blogging. Your confidence improves to a larger extent making you a better person. (I can bet you on that..!!! Haha … It’s my personal experience.)

4. Helps you learn new things

Blogging is all about sharing things you know, visuals you see, topics of your interest. When you start a blog you definitely learn new things of your interest via other bloggers etc. The key of blogging is to blog on a routine basis without running out of fuel – ideas!! Keep it simple and informative.

5. It is challenging

Yes!! Let me be honest, at times yes there are a few challenging situations/tasks which we face at some or the other point of life. Blogging is one such challenging task. Blogging is something which is easy and challenging at the same time.

Starting a blog is easy, but managing the same is not. At the initial days you might blog regularly, later on you step down to blogging less often you will have to overcome that. Also coming up with new topics, ideas, involving readers and fellow bloggers around your blog is one hell of a challenge, but do not give up on learning and discovering new blog posts you will definitely succeed.

6. Makes you Happy

Happy blogger
Happy blogger

When does someone become happy?? Exactly!! We become happy when we do things we love, we become happier when our blog post is accepted by people out there, and we become happy seeing the positive comments and appreciation we get. (Ignore the negative comments)

I blog on books, and on a personal note, I become happy at the end of every blog post I make/ book reviews I give. Nothing matters more than our own happiness and satisfaction on the priority list of our blog posts.

7. Helps you connect

Typing new blog post.
Typing new blog post.

Blogging helps you connect to people over the world; in fact you can make new friends who have similar interests/hobbies. People connect to you, when your ideas/thoughts appeal to them and they interact with you .

The blogging community out there is real friendly, cheerful and definitely encouraging to the bloggers out there – the only thing missing is you having a blog to experience all this.

8. It serves as a personal journal

Blogging serves the same role as a personal journal.. How?? When we blog more regular it acts as a personal journal, it helps us to track our life and growths we experience. Your blog acts as a digital journal of your life that helps you pen down all thoughts.

9. Inspiration to others

Blogging not just helps you pen down your thoughts, it also changes the life of the readers to a great extent. When you contribute your time, energy and efforts to write a piece of article for your blog you are actually inspiring people around you, since blogs are public and free to access, anyone in need of your piece of article seeks inspiration from you.

10. Make some money

People do not blog for money, but earn money through your hobby – blogging definitely motivates bloggers to keep the blog going. So basically earning money is the trigger that keeps you motivated to blog more and more.

It is not necessary for you to earn through blogging, it is just an option to earn; you are always free to blog with or without monetary benefits.

                                     GO START YOUR BLOG

If one or more of the above reasons motivate you or made you think “ why not try blogging” go for it.

If you think you have it in you to start a blog and can keep it going, what are you waiting for?? Go start your blog and build your identity in the internet world. If any of you guys start a blog after reading this article, please do leave the links to your blog down below, I would visit them and feel proud of you guys.

If you made it all the way down here reading, thank you guys for reading

“I fell in love how we fall asleep, slowly and gradually and then all at once.”

Hostel life has its pros and cons. Some days you are so engrossed that you cannot even find time to have an appropriate meal and some days you are so free that getting up from the bed seems futile. There was one weekend when everyone left hostel to go home, and me and my roommate decided to stay back because my friend’s parents were out exploring, Kerala. So, I decided to not let her stay alone and be her partner in crime to enjoy the weekend together.

2108roomie4

Throughout the day, we were using our respective phones while gorging on the namkeen to satisfy our hunger. Suddenly she suggested that I should to talk to a new guy and I agreed that I needed it too.  After the absinthe breakup I had a few months ago and it’s been too long that I have been single. So I had a plan, that we both would set each other with a guy.

talking-friends-what-to-do-when-your-best-friend-is-sad

Sounds alluring, well it’s exceptional, how even the smallest of decisions can change the course of your life. We called our friends and asked for a guy who is single, and tried our best to sell the qualities of our friends. After a while, we both accomplished our goals and started talking to the new guy. We had the best of time while laughing about the conversation we both had with our respective guys. I don’t think that the two of us has ever chuckled this much while chatting.

And that is how I started talking to the Love of  my Life. Since that day we started to get to know each other. We both were in same year of our respective studies. We both had a broken heart and tried to mend it. We both were looking for a friend to confide in. Instead we found Love.

We used to chat daily which later converted into phone calls. Making fun of each other, talking about daily happenings and taking advice from each other, were the highlights of our days. After meeting each other the infatuation grew stronger. But our lips could never cumber up to say the words our eyes were talking about. There was no way I wanted to sabotage the best thing that ever happened to me.

love-means-forever-quote-1

After about 8 months of chatting daily, came the dry spell. I was going on a trip with college friends at a higher altitude and we made a pact to “stay away from internet. The distance was much needed to comprehend the true feelings.

Distance did exactly what I wanted. As soon as I came back from the trip, I was astonished to find him at the Delhi Railway Station waiting for me with bananas in his hands. We had a little banter once, and the bananas mean much more to us rather than any elementary fruit. He didn’t propose or ask me anything. Our eyes again did the talking and our Forever commenced.

Budding Old Age Homes in the Country Of Culture

1
OldAgeHome

It was my 16th birthday. And as any teenager would dream of, I wanted it to be as special as possible. Friends, cake, gifts, music, party and what not. But my dad drove me to a place I never expected. My face fell on seeing a rusted board that read OLD AGE HOME. With pent up disappointment and hesitation I walked in not knowing why I was there. But the moment I saw the smile glowing on the wrinkled cheeks welcoming me, I understood. The contentment and blessed feeling of spending time with them was inimitable. On the other hand I wondered why should there be a need for old age homes.

India is known for its strong family structure and emotional bondage within the family. The uniqueness of Indian culture, the symbol of solidarity is the “Joint Family system”. It has helped India to carry the tradition and legacy to next generations. But lately, modernization has caused the fading values of taking care of parents. Affectionate attachments between mother and son, father and daughter, brother and sister still exist but restricted to the box office movies. In reality, it is depressing to watch old age homes budding in every corner of this culturally rich country. Isn’t that a paradox by itself? Here are five major things to understand why this scenario prevails and why it is important to change it.

Old age is a symbol of rich experience

Budding Old Age Homes in the Country Of Culture

For even a clerical job or accountant post we ask for enough experience. But to run a family we do not want experienced parents, who have brought us to this world with abundance of love and affection. Most often we fail to understand that they have gone through much more hardships than we have. Their life experience holds immense practical knowledge that can make our lives simpler.

Misconception of privacy

Budding Old Age Homes in the Country Of Culture

‘Privacy’ is a word which was more often misunderstood by youngsters. They start feeling parents as a burden to their fantasies. This has resulted in the old age homes. The olden Indian houses had huge common areas or verandah’s where people lived socially. Now a days Kids get irritated even if they are called out of the room to have dinner with family.

Need Love, not Luxury

Budding Old Age Homes in the Country Of Culture

Any parent will not expect a golden cage, in old age. A posh shelter, scheduled three meals a day, doctor on call, and all the in-gated amenities etc would not match to the happiness they get from affectionate children and loving grandchildren. If they don’t find satisfaction in their most sensitive period of life they would end up in regret. the affection of the children and grandchildren gives them a meaning when they look back to in life.

Elders teach to maintain strong bonds

Budding Old Age Homes in the Country Of Culture

Grand weddings are planned for months together. But breaking the same marriage hardly takes a day. Why too many break ups and divorces now? If we see, 70% are not living with their parents.  Elders in the family ensure strong bond in relationships. But we see Grandparents in old age homes, parents are in separate flats, kids are in hostels. Well that’s family now!

Grandparents mentor children to better beings

Budding Old Age Homes in the Country Of Culture

A kid, who could expertise internet surfing for his small age, lost a carom coin while playing. He rushed to ‘Google search’ to find it.  It shows that, kids these days are trained to question but not to think and imagine. If that hyper active child had a grandparent in his house he might have been groomed in colours to be a kid with childishness. Having both parent working day and night, the child would benefit being mentored in responsible hands rather than to let them alone or in a day care centers.

Understanding responsibility to reciprocate

Budding Old Age Homes in the Country Of Culture

When a parent had given their best to their children for their better living they have all the right to be with them in bondage of love. Unfortunately the new generations treat them as a banker who had given life as loan without collateral security, and return the interest alone but not the principal. When a kid was in hunger he was fed; He was assisted and trained for toilet; patiently educated to stand and walk; lovingly taught to talk; caringly addressed in medical needs; Affectionately groomed in good health and education; it is the responsibility of the child to reciprocate it to their parents at their old age when they were no less than a kid.

Old age homes have many sad stories. Few heartless humans hold their mother with them for babysitting and keep their father in old age home considering his sickness a hindrance. In another case two brothers are share the father and mother between themselves since they cannot afford to manage both of them together. People think parents are not their assets to cherish, but liabilities to perish. Until we, the next generation, change this attitude and start respecting our parents, the real values of life will be lost. Old age homes will grow multi folds as mushroom, not as a symbol of fame but a symbol of shame.

The Magic Of Nature

0
Everyday Motivation

Because I believe, the true manifestations of thoughts cluster only due to the intoxication of nature. While I am engrossed in perceiving those alluring and magical winds, what reflects is the vivid sight of the loquacious birds that seem to be relished by the refreshing air. The moment I peregrinate a midst the evergreen fauna, I lose myself into the beautiful panorama. I forget about the mundane worries of life on listening to those soothing and blissful meager sounds around.

It is like I am free from all the restrictions and the impediments of the busy, dull world around. This entirely beautiful new world helps me resurrect from a lifeless being crammed with stress to an independent bird in the nest. I keep walking the boulevard as I admire the ecstasy of nature. It gives me utmost happiness to watch and observe how the flowers blossom, how the little animals are so wrapped up in the trivial environment of theirs and how the winds caress the leaves of the huge trees while they talk to the air and sway to and fro.

To the tranquil clouds that make me cogitate,

And wonder if I would ever wander like them and wait.

Wait for the wind to carry me with it.

Or like a loquacious bird on the highest crescendo of a tree sit.

I ambulate the boulevard intoxicated by the mystical nature

As I feel the suppressed euphoria break just like a seed would rapture.

I want to convey to the presence of the quietest soul that lives beyond this world, who I find in the depth of the floor of the forest, the bark of the tree, in the cool air that we breathe, in the leaves displaying themselves in various patterns, swimming and splashing the cold water creating numerous ripples in the lake, within the majestic and huge mountains, that you define true beauty.

It is a complete trance that captures my mind, compassion that engulfs my heart, as my soul is absorbed by the vivacious obscure world.

Regret, The Biggest Prison Of Them All

0
Regret

I cannot deny it, neither can you or anybody, we have all fallen into the deadly prison of regret. In fact, it is so great, Houdini himself would have failed to escape. All those bad decisions, wrong actions, missed opportunities, every single one of them would come back to haunt us. Sooner or later we’d be consumed by it and would do anything to go back in time and change what happened but unless you’re ‘The Flash’, I really don’t see that happening.

Regret comes in all sizes like small, medium and large and for a few lucky ones, even in extra small. It could be as simple as a failed joke to choosing to exit the European Union. The worst part, we know we can’t do anything about it and that’s what hurts the most. We could think about it all the time but it is not going to change. In a video game, we could have saved it before an important choice and press reset if it goes downhill. I hate to break it to you but life doesn’t come with a save and reset feature.

Regret, The Biggest Prison Of Them All

When questions like “Why didn’t I say yes?” or “Why did I go?” rule your life, you know you have a serious case of regret. The signs of the disease would not just be visible to you but also to everyone around you. You’d be unhappy all the time, unsure of the simplest choices and avoiding social company. This is the toughest cell in the prison where the occupant is always living in the past. Unless you have invented the time machine, living in the past is never a good thing.

Now, I may have portrayed regret like an inescapable prison, but there exists a way to break free. Like with many other emotional prisons, time is the key that will help you escape those bars. Convincing your mind that whatever it is that you regret led up to this moment in your life and if you’re still standing, you still have the battle to win. Andy Dufresne (Shawshank Redemption) took 19 long years to escape his prison but when he did, he had no regrets and was set for life. He patiently dug a tunnel with a tiny tool not allowing anything to cloud his thirst for freedom. Now if that isn’t motivation to break your prison cells, I don’t know what is. Although, I am still talking about your emotional prison here.

Regret, The Biggest Prison Of Them All

Life is a one-way ticket where the train keeps moving forward. You may have missed a few stations but the journey is not over and eventually you will get off at a good place. This place would have everything you wanted and would make you feel like the long journey was worth it. All you need is to be patient and keep moving forward.

Now get out of those little regret cells and start moving forward. Live life as it comes your way and learn from the past but never, I repeat, never live in it.

What are you waiting for?

The secret of getting ahead is to get started. Sometimes even only this ‘start’ itself takes more time than the phase of the whole journey. At times, the failure of past and the fear of future prevents us to move our steps to the idea of present. We all are well aware, that to reach to the number 100, we have to start counting from 1, not from 50, 70 or so on, so as life is; to touch the stars we have to cross mountains, rivers and hills first. The beginnings, the starts, always are found to be the hardest. We usually start taking things for granted that are easily available, isn’t it? And may be you find the start to be easy but to walk on that path till the end is always difficult. We will have both ups and downs, there will also come a time when we will believe that everything is finished, at that will be our utmost start. So we should keep this thought and spirit in our mind:
“Let’s just start, we don’t have to be great to start, but we have to start a great”

What are you waiting for?
Just when a caterpillar thought the world is over, it become a butterfly to fly freely. Sometimes the smallest step taken, takes us to the biggest heights. Only there is a need to take that ‘step’. We usually have more potential than we think. With every sunrise there must be a plan ready for the new start. Everyday itself takes us to the very new opportunities. The mistakes of yesterday that turned to be the lessons of today can be the reason of our success but cannot be the excuse of our failure. Think about the energy and possibilities of today rather than thinking about the expectations of yesterday.
“Don’t stare at the closed door too long, else we will miss that window opening”
As long as we are breathing, we have every chance to move with our dreams, with our plans and with our ideas. Keep challenging yourself that will take you to the path of success.
Life is that adventurous game, to unlock every next level, you have to face the existing challenge.
So let’s have a fresh start, with new ideas, new energy that will definitely be exciting and surprising.
So what are you waiting for, are you ready to surprise yourself with the best start?

A getaway from the daily life, and what better place is there for a getaway than a tropical paradise? Now before you start giving answer to my questions, STOP! , these were rhetorical. Now I am going to tell you about such a tropical paradise that exists in our country. HAVELOCK : A Tropical Paradise in the Andaman Islands

If you google “top 10 beaches in Asia” you’ll find Radhanagar beach, Havelock Island in most of the lists. In the year 2004, it was named the best beach in Asia by Time magazine, it’s certainly one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. So, Havelock Island. Where is it? Havelock is the largest of the islands that form Ritchie’s archipelago, which is a group of islands to the east of the great Andaman archipelago – the main archipelago of the Andaman Islands. Havelock is situated 25 miles north-east of the capital city of Port Blair.

You can reach Havelock by water from Port Blair. Several ferries operate between Port Blair and Havelock, like the Green Ocean & Makruzz. MV Makruzz is a high speed catamaran. And there is a government ferry service as well. All these vessels are air conditioned. It takes nearly 90 minutes to reach Havelock by Makruzz. And party loving people, Green Ocean will be a better choice for you, because guess what? It has got an onboard dance floor, that’s right.

The beaches on Havelock are numbered. Radhanagar beach or beach no. 7 is one of the several beaches on Havelock Island. This 2km stretch of silvery white sand by the aquatic blue of the sea is straight out of a most beautiful poster with the most serene picture of a beach & a clichéd quote. (You have seen such posters right?)

4. Radhanagar Beach: Water, Sand & Heavy Foliage

Other than being exceptionally neat and clean this beach has another quality that you will seldom find in India. It is not crowded at all. You will have all the privacy you want, you can walk by the sea as long as you want, barefoot, listening to the sound of the waves, with the sea on one side and lush greenery on the other.

What other things to do on Havelock? Kalapathar beach is another beach on Havelock, relatively smaller in size but exotic. Elephant beach, fringed with amazing coral reefs, popular for its water activities like snorkeling, sea walking, banana boat ride is a major tourist attraction on Havelock. Night stay on Havelock may be pretty amazing too. You’ll get a vast range of options from Nicobari huts to resorts with pre set up tents having their own bar and restaurant.
