The bitter truths

2
Life is hard..is it? This thing really turns my mind into some sort of hell, sometimes, is it really difficult to be a girl? Is it difficult to be a dreamer? Is it really that hard to survive when you are a genuine person? When you face acts as a mirror, keeping it transparent, when you are an emotional being. Seriously sometimes it is a hustle, a messy web of so many things flowing in and out, those deep dark emotions, fears, weird phenomenon, unexplainable incidents , sometimes it becomes very difficult to give words to some things , no matter how hard we try , we just cannot explain. It is like when at times there is an intense need to turn ourselves into an open book, we keep looking for people and then at times when we have everyone turn up in our favors we stay quiet. At times it is overthinking which can kill, and at times it transforms you into a deep , alive , genius sort of being. I often think what makes those sleepless , restless, turn out so positive and deep, why the mornings after those nights comes so refreshing. Why on some days a cup of coffee, a blanket seems so beloved. And then that urge to go out meet people , the worldly wisdoms that turns our world into a turbulent ride.

Self-esteem

This word is not just a word it is a deep, divine, pure thing , I found everthing hollow, lifeless, rotten, stinking. Spineless beings moving around with a desperate desire of worldly pleasures. A need to be among the crowd, to become like the crowd. The worth of originality has lost Its worth, its meaning. The multiple , every minute changing faces , double faced is an old school now, it can go upto multiple these days. The kind of clever minds that one can found in most foolish of creatures, the perfect condemning shots, their perfect timings, than suddenly their growing desire which can turns frustrating. But this is how it works my friend. This is life, they are not wrong , you are following a wrong path if you are freaking out , only a dead fish go with the flow..so if you think you are alive Then turn the directions of flow and if you fail to do so then be the flow, you have not got this life to give up and run away. There is no escape. You have to keep moving but all you need to do is do it in the damn right way.

Desire to be known

The bitter truthsWell, there is a very thin line between turning famous or notorious and most of us fail to understand that, if you genuinely wants to do something in your lives, always remember stop get affecting by people do. You know we heard this like we need people, they are a vital part of our lives, the society, friends yes i agree its true but there can be many factors to this. Look let go and ignore are two difficult terms but once you learn to practice them , your life will learn to run smooth , and yes never let it go completely because you know what you can always take a lesson from all your bad stuff. That lesson will heal your wounds and you will find the light in your wounds. You just need to know how to be the best. Do what makes you happy, turn it into your passion and let it completely get in you.
Dont make your choices depending upon other’s tastes and priorities. If you think you will then definitely you will. It is all about you, for you. If others frustrate You  , learn to turn sellfish. No you dont have to be bad, rude, hypocrite , a big no, as i have write above work on yourself, your grooming an inside-out one. Turn your weakness into your strength, all your hurdles are here to make you shine and rise, believe that, have faith in yoursef and your dreams, this is the best thing that you can do. Those who don’t like you will never like you no matter how good you do, there disliking is due to a reason that something about you , is discomforting to them.
That is your charm, stop finding faults in yourself and a genuine friend in people, you are your biggest critic and greatest support and if you cannot value or cherish your presence than no one else can do that ever. People are not important , but you are, your goals are, first of all learn to differentiate between a priority and a just like that thing. Go out , meet people if that is a necessity and if you come back hurt and low then learn and grow towards success because that is a priority. You have not got this life to feel sad about what people do , but to feel happy and proud about yourself.

Always remember

Those who turn all the useless stones into diamonds , always walks alone , they dont walk in crowd,  they never lure on sweets in the market, they create their own identity, they work hard on themselves and no matter what people say about them , they stay unaffected because it realy doesn’t matters you know why because now they understand that it was, it is and it will be all about them and their dreams and when people are speaking about them , they have to keep their heads high as now they are unreachable shining stars , sparkling the world with their presence…
[beautifulquote align=”full” cite=””]They have transformed into that lotus now which grow in shallow and murky water and still symbolises purity, beauty, majesty, serenity, grace, and weath[/beautifulquote]

The Gun Knows Me Better : Episode 2

0
gun know me better

One was passing and another terror haunted me. Ammi wants me to join the army. She doesn’t know I am haemophobic and ballistophobic. How will I tell her that and make her understand? Neither was I ready to overcome my fear to join the army, nor was I okay with convincing Ammi. “What do I do now ?” I thought.

I had never been able to say “No” to Ammi because she was more than close to me. A very bold, yet composed woman. She’d taught me a lot and made me who I am this moment. She’s the epitome of patience and probably the perfect person I know till date. She got over the age-old customs of our more-than-conservative family, of course with Abu’s  support, learned to read and write to be a renowned writer-activist. More often than not I blindly believed that whatever Ammi did or told was right. She was my support system. Given all of that, I wondered how I was going to convince her.

With a rock heart, I reached home. Thankfully enough Ammi didn’t ask anything about me joining the army. Obviously whatever happened wasn’t so smooth on her.Everyone else left in about an hour or so and Shea Khala, our maid who was more than one to us, was cleaning everything. A few days had passed and life was back to normal. She was back to her writing. At that time she was authoring a short story about being an army man’s wife. One thing that I admire in Ammi was that she was a practical woman. She did not get laid back, refuse to eat anything, stop doing her routine, etc like many others do. In fact, she tried to do everything all the more perfectly because Abu admired that the most in her. Infrequently I saw her crying. She never lost it otherwise.

I was as busy with applying in various Universities for my PhD and for jobs simultaneously. And lamentably enough Ammi walked up to me to talk about what I wished she never did- about me joining the army. She started off in such a pleasing tone ”Beta! Did you think about what I told you the other day?” “About what, Ammi?” I pretended to be confused. “About you joining the Indian Army, re bete!” She reminded. Damn. Why? Just why?

maxresdefault

It was pretty easy for me to get into the army because Abu passed away when in service. According to the then-existent trends, legally, I was entitled for a job after passing the Combined Defence Service Examination, the physical Examination and the final interview with bare minimums. Unfortunately enough, I had the craze for a muscular body like any other guy of this decade and hence had one. My fitness was on point. This made things worse as it serves to be a strong reason for Ammi to convince me. I didn’t know what to do. If I didn’t speak up now, my only fear in life will become my life altogether, I will have to see blood everyday. I will have to learn and handle a lot of weapons. Life will be so hard. I would have to be so artificial and unfaithful to my country because neither am I fit for the job nor do I whole-heartedly want to do it.

I trusted my gut and finally told her “ Ammi, I know you strongly want me to join the indian army. You’ve been telling me that for quite some time. But, one thing that you do not know is that I am haemophobic and ballistophobic. The bomb blast that left more than three quarters of my friends dead and my school with just sand and bricks is the reason behind it. I know this is hard for you to believe all of a sudden, but, if you remember, I wasn’t out of the terror for months. I used to sit on your lap, hug you and cry.” Ammi’s mouth was ajar and she gave me a jolted look.

“Okay. Just answer me this. Have ever seen me around in the house while you were cooking?” I asked.

“No.” She was visibly puzzled.

“Exactly. And that, is because I was not comfortable to even be around while your pressure cooker made that jarring noise or the one produced when tiny droplets of water fell into hot oil while you cooked. Also, I never burst crackers. You know that, right ?”

“Okay. Leave all of that. Do you remember the time when you once accidentally tripped, got your forehead hurt and bled ?”

“ Yes. But what does that have to do with this?

“It sure does Ammi. Just tell me how I reacted.”

“You panicked unnecessarily and rushed to get a doctor from a nearby hospital. I even saw you weeping secretively”

“yeah, and how old was I ?”

“ Nineteen or twenty ?”

“ Yes. Why would a nineteen year old man get a doctor to treat a rather small cut on the forehead and most importantly, weep secretively? It was because I am scared. I cannot tolerate blood. It just terrorizes me. ” I told, melancholically.

“What? I never thought about it from this angle.” Said Ammi. A long, painful pause followed with my eyes almost wet and the obvious unavoidable staring. I finally geared up my grit and told her that I cannot join the army. But her reply was something I never expected.

“I still want you the join the army” She said. Looking at the sudden frown on my face, she signalled me to pause and listen. “ Okay. You are haemophobic. Fine. You just join the army as a soldier and let a few years pass. Any how they are not going to send you to the war front right away. You will not be simply asked to poach animals or kill people for no reason.  You will just be undergoing some basic training. Try getting over your phobias. Try falling in love with your job. Even if you aren’t able to, it’s completely fine.  At the midst of the third or the beginning of the fourth year, I will apply for your VRS to the Short Service Commission through the Chief Minister. As a single parent of my only son, I have the discretion to request the centre and the army to relieve you. After a few formalities and verifications, you can come back home and begin to do whatever you want. Please do this for me. Please.”

. Yet, the reason behind this was bothering me.

“But why, Ammi? Why should I join the army when i truly don’t want to? Why do you even want me to do this?” I was a bit unhappy.

The Gun Knows Me Better : Episode 2

Ammi replied,“ It was during The Kargil War of 1999 between India and Pakistan. The situation there was worsening. The death toll was nearing 350. Great people like Capt. Saurabh Kalia and Commando Naik Digendra Kumar were dead. Just a few years into marriage and a kid to raise, I couldn’t even think about losing my husband. I wasn’t prepared for it mentally, emotionally and financially. I wanted to live a long life with him. In that crucial moment I prayed to the almighty to guard Abu and save his life. In addition, I also promised Him that I’ll send you to serve the nation by joining the army.” She got a bit emotional. I could see the fear in her eyes. “And accept it or not, although Abu did not tell me outright, he wanted his son to join the army as well. He obviously did not want to force anything on you ever.” Her eyes were now wet.

She told “I know…. I know it is not fair on my part to push this to you. I know you have your own life to live, given your likes and dislikes… I know… I am able to understand this from your point. I am not forcing you to do this. If you can do this for me, great ! If you cannot, that is fine as well. Allah isn’t anyways going to punish or hurt us for we all are his own self, his own children after all. It is your call” and left.

The worst fear of my life on one side and the most important person of my life on the other. I cannot nullify either. But, choosing one over the other would mean only that. My mind wasn’t at peace. I thought of all ways to decide upon this from going to the Masjid and asking Allah himself to making a stray dog to pick a chit for me. Everything gave me just one answer—“Go for it!”

muslim-man-praying-in-a-mosque

I walked up to Ammi and told her that I was ready to give it a try. I had no clue what I was doing but I just did it because it felt right. I always believed that there’s God in one’s highest though, clearest word and grandest feeling. I thought i had to acknowledge that part of God in me by follwing my highest thought. Every human thought or actions is always based on either love or fear. Nothing else. This time I wanted to choose love.  I wanted to take this up as a challenge to overcome my childhood fear which reccured infrequently.

I do not know what is in store for me in joining the indian army. But i wanted to try. At least for Ammi’s sake.

For all those who have given up on life!

4

Fumbling through the cob-webbed shelves of a neglected cupboard in the perforated light of the setting sun, I stumbled across an old diary. The crumbling pages and musty smell of the diary had me wondering, why do I do this every time? While organizing my shelves, I promise myself that I am going to remember the pattern this time- what is kept where and why! But promises are meant to be broken, aren’t they? I picked up the diary and unfolded those memories, stored in those yellowing pages, inked with fingers budding with passion and delight, eyes full of dreams and hopes. I laughed at myself, my juvenile self. Somewhere between the old innocence and unwritten self-indulgence, I found some words of wisdom. I have no recollection of where and why, but I must have read something worth penning down. These are some answers to the questions of every thinking individual, whose pessimistic self has found life meaningless-

For all those who have given up on life!

GOD: HELLO! You called me?

I, ME, MYSELF: Called you? No, who is this?

G: This is God. I heard your prayers. So, I thought I would chat with you.

IMM: Sure, I pray, just makes me feel good. Actually, I am busy now. In the midst of something you know.

G: What are you busy with? Ants are busy too.

IMM: Don’t know. But I can’t find free time. Life has become hectic. It’s rush hour all the time.

G: Sure, activity gets you busy. But productivity gets you results. Activity consumes time. Productivity frees it.

IMM: But I still can’t figure it out. By the way, I was not expecting you to buzz me on an instant message chat.

G: Well, I wanted to help you resolve your fight for time by giving you clarity. I wanted to reach you through the medium you are comfortable with.

IMM: Tell me, why has life become so complicated?

G: Stop analyzing life. Just live it. Analysis is what makes it complicated.

For all those who have given up on life!

IMM: Why are we then constantly unhappy?

G: Your today is the tomorrow that you worried about yesterday. You are worrying because the act of worrying has become a habit. That’s why you are not happy.

IMM: But how can we not worry when there is so much uncertainty?

G: Uncertainty is inevitable, but worrying is optional.

IMM: If suffering is optional, why do good people always suffer?

G: Diamonds cannot be polished without friction. Gold cannot be purified without fire. Good people go through trials. With that experience their life becomes better, not bitter.

IMM: You mean to say such experience is useful?

G: Yes, Experience is a hard teacher though she gives the test first and the lesson afterwards.

IMM: But still why should we go through such tests? Why can’t we be free from problems?

G: Problems are purposeful roadblocks offering beneficial lessons to enhance mental strength. Inner strength comes from struggle and endurance, not when you are free from problems.

IMM: Frankly, in the midst of so many problems, we don’t know where we are headed.

G: If you look outside you will not know where you are headed. Look inside. Looking outside you dream. Looking inside you awaken. Eyes provide sight, heart provides insight.

IMM: Sometimes not succeeding fast seems to hurt more than moving in the right direction.

G: Success is relative, quantified by others. Satisfaction is absolute, quantified by you. Knowing the road ahead is more satisfying than knowing you rode ahead.

IMM: Sometimes I ask, who am I, why am I here? I don’t know the answers.

G: Seek not to find who you are, but to determine who you want to be. Stop looking for a purpose as to why you are here. Create it. Life is not a process of discovery but a process of creation.

For all those who have given up on life!

IMM: How can I get the best out of life?

G: Face your past without regret. Handle your present with confidence. Prepare for the future without fear.

IMM: Sometimes, my prayers are not answered.

G: There are no unanswered prayers. At times, the answer is ‘NO’.

IMM: Thank you for this wonderful chat. I’ll try to be less fearful.

G: Keep the faith and drop the fear. Life is a mystery to solve, not a problem to resolve. Life is wonderful, if you know how to live it.

And thus, I met Inspiration.

A contradictory statement contradicts itself : Paradoxes

0

How often in a day do you just simply think? Not about yourself or other people, but just analyzing a situation, coming up with a witty, self-contradictory statement. Paradoxes might be just the thing to ponder about when you are standing in long ATM queues or waiting for the milk to boil.

A paradox is a statement that contradicts itself or a situation which seems to defy logic. That’s a simple definition of paradox. Often premises can be proven false which rectifies the contradiction. Sometimes they are just play on words, however, some paradoxes still don’t have universally accepted resolutions. I will discuss a few paradoxes here:

  • The Grandfather paradox

If time travel to the past was feasible… then why doesn’t this world contain people from a different timeline? This paradox is assumed to be the reason. The grandfather paradox goes like this: Imagine you travel to the past and kill your grandfather, when he is young. Now since your grandfather is dead, your father/mother might not have even been born. And eventually, you wouldn’t exist. If you do not exist, then who killed your grandfather?
Professor Stephen hawking conducted a simple test to investigate the possibility of time travel.

A contradictory statement contradicts itself : Paradoxes

He wrote a letter to all great scientists and future scientists to return to a set date at a particular time. When he saw that no one had arrived, he knew that there were only two possibilities. Unable to crunch on the possibility that time travel to the past itself wouldn’t be possible, he convinced himself that a paradox had happened, which prevented the time travelers from reaching their destination.

  • Barber’s paradox

A contradictory statement contradicts itself : Paradoxes

Statement: The barber is the one who shaves those and only those who do not shave themselves. Now, does the barber shave himself?
This one is quite tricky so let me try to explain: The barber shaves all the people who do not shave themselves. And the barber does not shave the people who can do it themselves. Now when you come to the case where the barber grows a foot long beard and decides to get it trimmed, applying the above statement for the barber leads to a contradiction.

This paradox is a specific case of the Russel’s paradox: “Does the set that contains all elements, contain itself?”.
Take some time to think.

  • Self-Contradictory paradox

There are 2 people in a room.
Person 1: “He never tells the truth”

Person 2: “Person 1 is telling the truth”. Try to make sense of this situation.

A contradictory statement contradicts itself : Paradoxes
There are many versions to this kind of paradoxes. I guess the examples themselves were self-explanatory. A self-contradictory paradox has two parts to its structure, where the first part is the statement that leads us to believe that the second statement is true, but the second statement negates the first. Here are some more examples :
Ever noticed the irony in certain books where it is written in some particular page : “This page is intentionally left blank” ?
If there is nothing that God can’t do, can he create a stone that no one can lift? If he does so, can he lift it?

What will happen if Pinocchio says “My nose will grow now?”

Interesting indeed. Thanks for reading. 😀

Must Watch Classic movies that employed reverse chronology

0

One might wonder, what reverse chronology is, when it comes to film making. It is the progression of the film in reverse, i.e. the climax of the film is shown first to the viewers and the film progresses backwards with respect to time and then the central idea of the film gets revealed. This phenomenon might sound puzzling to the audience, which would make them to hit back to the theaters again for complete understanding of the actual plot. Some of the films that employed the reverse chronology concept are listed below…

1) Memento

There can never be a person on this planet, who could have deciphered this film in the first watch itself! One of the most puzzling movies ever made, for which the director Christopher Nolan is known for, the film went on to become a blockbuster success at the BO and earned rave reviews for its concept at various film festivals where it premiered. The film is about the lead, who suffers an anterograde amnesia, who is in search for the person who attacked his wife. The best portion in the making is that, one part of the film is shown in color and it progresses forward with time, and consequently another portion progresses reverse in time, depicted under a black and white frame. This literally makes the viewers to enter the psychological state of the lead in the film that, we start to forget what happened in the previous sequence while watching the current. The film is a must watch for its intricate structuring of sequences!

2) Peppermint Candy

Must Watch Classic movies that employed reverse chronologyThe 1999 South Korean Film, directed by Lee Chang-dong, won the best film at the Grand Bell Awards. The film starts with the lead standing between the rails on a railway track and a train approaching him, i.e. a suicidal scenario of the lead. The hero shouts “I want to live again!” before he gets slashed by the train. From there, the actual plot begins which depicts why he reached to a suicidal position. Might sound simple, but the fact that the flashbacks are shown in reverse order of time makes the film gripping the audience.

The first flashback shows moments before the suicide, and the second one showcasing the last five years of the lead, and the third showcasing the ten years pre to the second flashback and in a similar manner the flashbacks cover the past 20 years of the hero’s life in the reverse order!

3)  Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind

Must Watch Classic movies that employed reverse chronologyOne of the classic romantic films of 2004, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind was driven by its star cast, comprising Jim Carrey, Kate Winslet, Kirsten Dunst, Mark Ruffalo. It is about two lovers, who enter a memory erasure procedure, and much of the film is covered up in the due course of this procedure.

This might seem to be a plaintive love story, but the crux lies in the fact that the lead revisits the memory during the erasure procedure in reverse. This factor gave the users of not viewing a love story followed up by a breakup, instead it first showcased the breakup and the rest of the portions made the audience to think if that breakup was all worth it, thus making the film a huge success of the 21st century in the romantic genre.

4)  The Prestige

Must Watch Classic movies that employed reverse chronologyYet another marvel from Nolan, The Prestige, is a film that sounds absurd at the opening and comes into an epicentre point as the film progresses. Everything remains ambiguous and incomplete at the start but the manner in which the director shuffles between past and present makes you awestruck once you start getting a revelation of the things which you found shallow at the earlier portions. Comprising of a promising cast of Christian Bale, Hugh Jackman, Scarlett Johansson and Michael Caine, the film went on to become one of Nolan’s best works. The sequences shuffle so much between reverse and forward with respect to time, that at a point, we literally feel the film is flipping upside down instead of progressing in reverse, with respect to time. A film wrapped under an intellectual storytelling!!

5)  500 Days of Summer

Must Watch Classic movies that employed reverse chronology500 Days of Summer isn’t one of the usual kind of romantic plots, starting with a typical boy-meeting-girl concept. Instead, it shuffles back and forth with time. Once the female lead is shown to be named Summer, one’s perception of the film’s title gets redefined. The film starts with the lead (Joseph Gordon Levitt) remembering his love Summer (Zooey Deschanel). The film sequences current heartbreak and anguish of the lead with the past moments of joy with his lady love, making it enriching and revealing to the viewers, of the life’s journey, exactly at the point when the lead himself gets understood in the film. No wonder this film bagged a spot in the top 10 romantic films of All Time!

6)  Two Friends

Must Watch Classic movies that employed reverse chronologyTwo Friends was initially a series broadcasted in Australian television, before it was made into a full feature film. The movie portrays over the friendship of two girls Louise and Kelly, enacted by Emma Coles and Kris Bidenko respectively, which degrades over time. The film starts with the two friends staying apart, and then travels back with respect to time and showcases moments across their 10-year friendship.

There are lot of other movies, which employed reverse chronology phenomenon, some throughout the film, and some in the mainstream sequences, and were inspired from the above movies in making use of that phenomenon. If you have missed catching up any of these in the theatres, do see to that you watch these and have an eternal entertainment experience!

Life as we know it, emerged some billion years ago. With the possible explosion which Scientists today call “The Big Bang”, the universe came into existence. Since then many species walk this planet, got washed away by the nature and a new species emerged to occupy its place. While our ancestors trace back to over 6 million years ago; the human civilization as we know it is only about 6000 years old. Over the many years, many discoveries and inventions shaped the world. Learned men left treasures of knowledge for the coming generations to feast upon. Our mind was one such peculiar element which the great sages of our time were able to control. With the science of Yoga and Pranayama, the life cycle of human civilization was once a firm foundation. However, over the many years till today; the life has lost its charm. The secrets still prevail, yet hardly anyone attempts to uncover them. Let us revisit the power of conscious imagination, for one last time.

Andrew Carnegie
Andrew Carnegie

Andrew Carnegie, an American Industrialist, was once questioned about his success. People were surprised to witness the growth rate and popularity of Mr. Carnegie. He said, “I can pay attention on a single object/thing for more than 15 seconds.” People considered this statement as a joke and ridiculed him. How can a person become rich and successful just by focusing on a single thing for more than 15 seconds? Andrew Carnegie challenged them to try for themselves and prove if he is wrong! To everyone’s surprise, none of the people who questioned him were able to maintain their focus on a single thing for even 5 seconds. When more people began to know about this incident, they started asking questions. Soon, the way people saw everything began to change.

Napoleon Hill

Inspired by the suggestion of Andrew Carnegie, another great personality Napoleon Hill came up with a book on self-improvement and personal development. “Think and Grow Rich”, became the global best-seller and the world was never the same. People like Andrew Carnegie, Dale Carnegie and Napoleon Hill studied over a hundred people in their lifetime. They observed their lifestyles and figured that imagination alone isn’t enough. That imagination married with consciousness combined with a burning desire to achieve something in life does wonders. When we imagine, we create worlds. A world where everything operates as per your will and power. This control is metaphorically applied to the real life. The stream of thoughts that encircle our mind, manifests into our life; this is as true as the law of attraction.

[beautifulquote align=”full” cite=””]”A burning desire to achieve your goal will take you from the shackles of your mind and break free your powers to explore themselves.”[/beautifulquote]

The Question is how to identify the powers of our imagination and ultimately how to use the same. Well, as for the first part, our leaders from the past have already discovered the powers of mind and imagination. In order to put this into practice, you need to be prepared. For what? You might ask. You have to be prepared with a burning desire to achieve something in life. It can be anything from earning a promotion at office to celebrating your mom’s birthday party, from completing your project before the deadline to submitting the next prototype for the industry. A burning desire to achieve your goal will take you from the shackles of your mind and break free your powers to explore themselves. If you are all set to go, practice this next activity in order to see your imagination manifest before you.

Imagination Manifestation Activity :

Close your eyes and sit still. Think about the goal that you wish to achieve. (say you wish to get up early morning at 5 am every day) To achieve your goal, imagine yourself sleeping. Picture the clock in your imagination as it would appear to be in reality. When you are consciously imagining something, you control how the inside world looks and functions. Focus on the clock and slowly move the hands of the clock to read 5 am. Now picture yourself sleeping on your bed as you would normally do in real life. Imagine the alarm sound as it would sound in real life. Picture yourself getting up from the bed. Picture the visual in your mind that you open your eyes. Now, pat yourself on the back to congratulate yourself for accomplishing the goal. Picture yourself smiling and slowly stand up and get to work. Now open your eyes and observe the reality. The moment you complete this exercise you will feel more confident, proud and unstoppable from achieving your dream.

[beautifulquote align=”full” cite=””]”If you can imagine it, you can achieve it; if you can dream it, you can become it.”[/beautifulquote]

William Arthur Ward, an American writer once said, “If you can imagine it, you can achieve it; if you can dream it, you can become it.” The power of your conscious imagination is a tool which is a key for survival and to become successful in every phase of your life. Once you doubt your abilities, you have already lost the game. Instead take a step ahead and win the contest before it even begins. No matter if you are going through a depression, anxiety or stress; it is all inside the mind. Conquer your mind before it takes over your body. Make this practice a part of your life and see the world change for you.
