Erta Ale – Gateway to Hell

Erta Ale – Gateway to Hell

How you ever saw a Volcano? However been so close to Volcano? Did you ever see how the atmosphere would be when a volcano erupts? This seems scary right. How about looking deep in 2 Volcanos that are pretty much active. Yes 2 Volcanos at once. Volcanoes with lava lakes are very rare on earth .There are only six of such types of lava lakes in the world.

Erta Ale most commonly known as Smoking Mountain. Erta Ale is the most active basaltic shield volcano in northeastern Ethiopia. In the local Afar language its southern most pit is usually referred as “The Gateway to Hell”. Erta Ale with one or sometimes two active lava lakes occasionally overflow on the south side of the volcano. This desolate region in north east Africa is the cruelest place on the earth by NGC, and it holds the hottest average temperature on the entire planet.

Ethiopia is one of the places that remains as an enigma until you unveil it by travelling there. There have been lot of incidents of significant violence against tourists in Ethiopia many ending quite tragically. Staring down at the only circular piece of earth will lit the head by torch. The insane environment consisting of solid magma chambers created from the previous volcanic eruption. The ground will be hollow and unpredictable. You never knew whether what you were standing on was solid surface or whether it will collapse beneath your feet. This place was completely void of nearly all life no trees no animals no birds only the odd shrubs growing in between volcanic cracks. It seems something peculiar out of a science fiction movie. The gigantic hole was filled with hot boiling metal, flowing from one side to the other. Lava constantly spitting around the rim of the volcano. It’s hard to photograph a more extreme environment. Try to be far from ground as much as possible as the dried magma can be very sharp, and you’ll spend ages trying to get the metal “splinters” out.

14

Getting close is great, but also very dangerous! The last thing you’re going to want is to be hit by a heap of 1,200 degree molten metal!

As we all know that we all need someone for whom there always remain soft corner in our heart, someone with whom we can share our all feelings whether these feelings are of happiness or sorrow. That someone we call a friend a friend is a key of that lock which has all our happiness. A friend is someone who supports us on our every walk of life. It is often said that a person is known by his company and it is also very important that we should always choose our friend wisely because if you did not recognize a right friend its result will be too much hazardous.

People sometimes really commit this mistake and then they had to suffer through a very painful result in their future. When someone face this situation he makes his decision and takes friendship as a betraying feeling. So it is very important that we should have that much sense though we can distinguish between what is good and what is bad.

We  often get confused with correct definition of friend we think that a friend is someone who will support  our every action whether we are right or wrong but genuinely a true friend actually meant someone who will support us when we are  correct but on the same hand show us the right direction when we are wrong. We all have many friends but some are capable of being called true friend. A friend is like a family member. Someone had said a friend is a special flower which god had gifted us in the garden of life. Some people think that they themselves can tackle every situation and they are that much mentally strong that they don’t want anyone to be their for them but it is not possible in every situation because some situations broke us so much deeply that we alone can’t handle ourselves that time we need a friend to support us. Even in every relation the friendship is the first step one should take to start that relationship whether that relationship is between husband and wife or brother and sister or parents and children.

That’s why it is very important that we all should have that friend in our life who is the perfect example or one who defines perfectly the definition of what a true friend is.

Arthritis – Know More To Avoid It In Life

As per the Centres for Disease Control and Prevention studies show than around 27 million people alone in the United States of America suffers from Arthritis, Osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid arthritis. Basically, arthritis affects the cartilage which is present in the bone joints. It dries up the area and hence it results in great pain every time we move our body as the dried up bone joins rub each other when we move. Osteoarthritis today has become so common that it is affecting every one out of two individual on the knee zone. Rheumatoid arthritis affects areas like the hands, the writs, shoulders, neck, feet, toes, ankles, knee, forearm etc. Life becomes a living hell for the individuals affected with this disease.

pain in knees

Any one can catch up arthritis anytime. Although the official age to be affected with this disease is 40 years but, these days it is occurring much earlier due to our lifestyle. Arthritis is most likely to affect individuals who are obese and overweight. Researches also say that it is women who are most likely to get affected by this disease than men. Being overweight can boost up the chances of the occurrence of this disease.

Exercise – exercise and exercise!

The only way to keep arthritis in complete control is to work out or walk on a daily basis. It is true that doctors say that people affected with arthritis must not walk a lot as it might increase the pain. However, if one can daily workout from a much earlier age then one can definitely delay and also completely avoid arthritis from getting started in the human body. Such exercises should not be very high impact rather they must be done at a slow pace but regularly.

jointpain

The following are the reasons why one should exercise on a daily basis even if they are affected with arthritis: –

  • By exercising keeps the knee joints in complete motion. Hence, the joints are always filled with cartilages.
  • Muscle gets strengthened in the entire body by regular exercise.
  • When muscles become strong it keeps the shock absorbing power of the joints in a highly strong condition.

A very mild exercise is walking. It is an excellent kind of workout that can be done on a daily basis without many preparations. By walking each and every joint present in our body is in motion and hence it helps increasing muscular strength. The muscles since it bears the weight of the entire body become strong enough to support the joints. All one requires is to wear good quality walking shoes for an effective walking session. One must begin with a slow speed walking and then slowly speed up little. Depending on the individual preference and limitations one must slow down or speed up.

Parasitic Worms Intake By Women Can Help Fertility

Parasitic Worms Intake By Women Can Help Fertility

Astonishing as it sounds, some recent researches has declared that the presence of parasitic worms in the mother’s body can boost her fertility. Such medical analysis is going on for years now. One woman from the Amazon who had big size roundworms present inside her body was able to carry up to four children in her lifetime when compared with women who was not affected. However, on the other hand presence of another type of a worm known as the Hookworm helps in birth control in humans. Experiments on women affected with Hookworm showed lesser number of children than the one who were not affected.

pregnancy

Scientists, however has not yet found the reason or the method using which worms are able to control fertility rate. One assumption is that these parasites mix with the cells in a human body. And create conditions either favorable or unfavorable for the occurrence of pregnancy in women. This speculation has been made by ecologist Aaron Blackwell and his colleagues from the University of California.

Blackwell made experimentations to further prove the validity of this assumption by doing tests on Tsimane women from Bolivia. It was found that Hookworms of the size of a rice grain present inside women delayed their first pregnancy. At the same time, a different group of women who had roundworms in their body showed a different result. These roundworms are thin, white in color, little thicker than one straw and as strong as two pencils when combined. These women who had the presence of roundworms in their bodies starting showing pregnancies much earlier.

women

This amazing invention can change a lot in the world of medicines as this will straightaway mean that there is no requirement to have fertility drugs for people who are unable to bear children. The Tsimane women of Bolivia comprise of 70% of the entire population and all are considered to be having roundworms in their bodies. And hence an average Tsimane women bears on an average nice children. Scientists also speculate that around one third of the entire world population is affected with such worms. These worms successfully change the immune system of a women’s body which allows no rejection of the focus. And hence, it makes her fertile.

fertility

Professor Blackwell has been studying parasitic worms since years and what effect it brings to the human immune system. He says before this method is being used officially a lot of tests are needed to be made. It is amazing to know that even some good drugs out there which are unable to boost fertility in women is now outpaced by simple worms. These worms make the body of a women pregnancy friendly in nature.
