How to beat the stress

Are you stressed? Is there something bothering you at home/office?

What is stress? 

Stress is the body’s reaction to any change that requires an adjustment or response. The body reacts to these changes with physical, mental and emotional responses. Stress is a normal part of life.

Symptoms of stress:

  • Restlessness.
  • Frustration..
  • Moody
  • Avoiding others.
  • Low self-esteem.
  • Depression.
  • Chest pain.
  • Nervousness.
  • Racing Heartbeats.
  • Excess sweating (sometimes).

How to beat the stress

Well here’s what you can do or try to de-stress yourself . I call it beat the stress out.

  • Let go:

              If you are stressed; the first thing you do is to try and let go of whatsoever is the subject matter you are stressed about. It might be difficult to let go of the matter causing the stress, but try not to overthink about it.

  • Meditation:

        Do you meditate?? Well if your answer is “No”. Try it!! Choose a very light and calm music to meditate. It will help you keep your mind calm and peaceful and help to beat the stress levels.

  • Talk about it:

Sometimes talking about what disturbs you helps you beat the stress. Talk about it to someone close to you – a family member, a friend; anyone with whom you are comfortable talking with.

  • Distract yourself:

Try to distract yourself by pre-occupying with something. Maybe go outside and have a long walk, or dance or do something you are passionate about.

  • Listen to music:

One awesome way to beat the stress is to listen music. Each person may have their own tastes of music, so listen to those and calm down your stress level.

  • Exercise/Yoga:

Exercise and yoga helps you have a strong and healthy mind and body. Indulge yourselves in doing yoga or exercise to beat the stress, and watch stress leave your body and mind.
