Although we spend so many bucks for that rich, super creamy, and thick cold coffee at our favorite cafeterias and snack bars. Still, have you ever thought of making this tempting beverage at home, yes many do, but somehow didn’t get the expected results as such creamy-smooth consistency like those in the coffee bars? However, you can now make your own delusion thick-creamy cold coffee at home with just some minimal number of ingredients. Here, I am sharing with you the best ever tried recipe of making the frothiest cold coffee which I found out among the rest that has always worked for me. The recipe comprises 3 different ways/flavors to make cold coffee at home.

Commonly served with a drizzle of chocolate syrup, or some piped whipped cream or a lump of chocolate ice cream; one of the most popular and addictive drinks not because of its taste but of course the caffeine content in it. There can be abounding variations dressed with different sorts of toppings to make this most appetizing beverage. Cold coffee is one such refreshing drink for which I always fall back specifically in summers. You must give a try to all these 3 super delicious variants of having cold coffee and discover which one goes to be your favorite among all. The Classic Choco-Vanilla Cold Coffee

This is the most classic variant of cold coffee. This recipe is ideal for 2 servings. The cold coffee turns out to be so frothy, thick, and creamy that you will love cherishing it. The chocolate, coffee, and vanilla flavors blend quite well together and taste so delicious and tempting yet refreshing. You need to follow the detailed steps as specified and you will get your own thick-creamy cold-coffee at the end.

Chocolate vanilla cold coffee

Ingredients

  • Chilled milk- 2 cups
  • Vanilla ice cream- 6 scoops
  • Sugar- 3 Tbsp
  • Instant Coffee- 3 Tbsp
  • Ice cubes- 3
  • Chocolate syrup- 3 Tbsp
  • Fresh cream- ½ cup
  • Warm water- 2 Tbsp
  • Some Cocoa Powder and Whipped cream for Garnishing (optional)

Method

  • Firstly, will make the coffee decoction. For that add 2 Tbsp of warm water to 3 Tbsp of instant coffee and give this is a good mix till the coffee gets completely dissolved in the water. It won’t take much time though.
  • Now, in a blender jar, add 2 cups of chilled milk. To this add 3 Tbsp of chocolate syrup/sauce, ½ cup of Amul’s fresh cream or any other brand, and 3 Tbsp of sugar. Next, in goes the prepared mix of coffee and water and blend this for a few seconds till everything well combines. You can use the pulse mode of your blender for this. Soon you’ll see that the coffee has already become a bit frothy.
  • Next, add the vanilla ice-cream which will give that perfect thickness as well as creaminess to your cold coffee. Then, in goes the ice-cubes and again blend this for a few seconds till the ice-cream dissolves and everything becomes smooth. But, you need to take care that you do not over-bend.
  • Shortly, you’ll notice that the coffee has become very thick and frothy. Now, don’t pour it directly into the mugs. Let it stand for a half or minute and it will become more frothy as the froth will collect at the top.

The assembling segment

  • Take a serving glass or one of your favorites glass mugs, drizzle some chocolate syrup with a spoon, and pour it along the sides of the mug inside it to make it look more decorative and tempting. To make your cold coffee look more presentative and beautiful, you can take some more chocolate syrup in a piping bag and pour it firmly along the brim of the glass. Though, it is absolutely optional.
  • Next, pour the cold coffee generously till the top into the trimmed serving glasses. Scoop out the leftover froth from the blender jar, top it nicely over the cold coffee and make a tiny froth mountain. It looks beautiful and tastes awesome. Garnish it with a snippet of piped whipped cream and some dusted coffee powder or you can just sprinkle a dash of cocoa powder at the top. Oreo Flavored Cold Coffee

This version of cold coffee is one of the favorites among the kids. The amazing combo of oreo and coffee tastes so heavenly. This recipe is ideal for 1 mug or 1 serving. You can have the ingredients as per your total number of servings. Do give this variant of cold coffee a try and you’ll just love how it turns out to be.

Ingredients

  • Chilled milk- 1 cup
  • Instant Coffee powder- 1 Tbsp
  • Warm water- ¾ Tbsp
  • Vanilla ice-cream- 2 medium-sized scoops
  • Ice cubes- 3
  • Sugar- 2 Tbsp/ as required
  • Chocolate syrup- 1 Tbsp
  • Oreo crumbs- 2 Tbsp from 3 Oreo Cookies
  • Some Oreo cookies and dark chocolate shavings for Garnishing (optional)

Method

  • Firstly, will make the coffee decoction as earlier. For that add 1 Tbsp of instant coffee powder and ¾ Tbsp of warm water. Give it a good mix and keep it aside.
  • Next, will make the oreo crumbles. Take 3 oreo cookies inside a plastic bag and crush it thoroughly with a rolling pin. If you’re making it in large quantities then you can even grind the oreo into a fine powder.
  • Now, take a blender jar, to it add 1 cup of chilled milk, the prepared coffee mix, 2 Tbsp of sugar, 2 Tbsp of oreo crumbles, 1 Tbsp of chocolate syrup and blend everything for a few seconds.
  • Finally, goes in the vanilla ice-cream and the ice cubes and again blend until smooth. Make sure you do not over blend it.
  • Soon, you’ll notice the coffee has become frothy. Let the blender jar stand for a minute so that all the froth gets collected at the top.
  • Now, take a serving glass/mug, drizzled some chocolate syrup along the sides inside, and the brim of the glass. You can even freeze the glass in the refrigerator for around 5-8 mins. Next, goes in the rich and thick oreo cold coffee right away from the blender jar. Fill the chilled glass generously with the cold coffee till the top. Collect the rest-over froth and top it over the coffee.
  • Your super yummy Oreo Flavoured Cold Coffee is ready to be served. Garnish it with some dark chocolate shavings and oreo cookie pieces on the top. And here you go, enjoy!

The tempting Kit-Kat Flavored Cold Coffee

Ingredients

  • Chilled milk- 1 cup
  • Instant Coffee powder- 1 Tbsp
  • Warm water- ¾ Tbsp
  • Vanilla ice cream- 2 medium-sized scoops
  • Ice cubes- 3
  • Sugar- 2 Tbsp/ as required
  • Chocolate syrup- 1 Tbsp
  • Kit-Kat- 3 Sticks
  • Some Kit-kat crumbles and piped whipped cream for Garnishing (Optional)

Method

  • Firstly, take a bowl, add 1 Tbsp of instant coffee and ¾ Tbsp of warm water and give it a good mix. Your coffee decoction is ready.
  • Now, take a blender jar, to it add 1 cup chilled milk, the prepared coffee mix, 2 Tbsp of sugar, 1 Tbsp of chocolate syrup, there goes the 3 kit-kat sticks and blend everything for a few seconds until smooth.
  • Next, to the blender jar add 2 scoops of vanilla ice-cream and the ice cubes, and again blend everything for a few more seconds until smooth. Do not over-blend at this stage
  • The cold coffee will become frothy and let it sit for a while before transferring it to the serving glass jar.
  • Take a glass jar, drizzle some chocolate syrup along the brim of the jar to the sides inside it. Freeze the jar for about 5 mins in the refrigerator. Finally, pour out the Kit-Kat cold coffee right away from the blender jar to the trimmed frozen glass jar. Also, take out the leftover froth from the blender jar using a spoon and place over the cold coffee.
  • Your super delicious Kit-Kat Flavored Cold Coffee is ready to be served. Garnish it with some piped whipped cream dust with a dash of coffee powder or you can even place some kit-kat crumbles on the top of the cold coffee. Enjoy!
