Being active or engage with regular physical activity has shown many health benefits physically and mentally. One can indulge in any form of exercise such as walking, running, swimming, jogging, and other physical activity. For instance, one can also involve in dancing, badminton or playing sports or other activities are also a form of exercise.

Unlike yoga, it aimed at the physical, mental and spiritual growth of a person. Exercise only concerned with the physical aspect but not create harmony between body, mind, and soul. According to experts, most exercises improve blood circulation, respiratory system, and cardiovascular system. Moreover, it also helps to reduce weight and keep you in shape.

The exercise aimed to strengthen muscles and works on endurance. Unlike yoga, exercise requires repetition to achieve speed, accuracy, increase confidence and connects with the brain that helps in practice.

It increases the blood flow to the entire body parts and also increases the breathing rate.  Regular exercises help you to intake more oxygen and keep your heart healthy as well.

Yoga also has various forms of style such as Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, and other forms of  Yoga.  This form of yoga style incorporates breath, which is very important for our health.
