    Health and Fitness – The Essence of Life

    Health now-a days has become the utmost priority to most of the people. They are now realising the factual meaning of the proverb, ‘Health is Wealth’. They got to know how wealth cannot give happiness or longer life. Though it gives a comfortable life, the luxury itself costs some pages of our beautiful life. That amazing feeling one would have if they’re hale and hearty is something that is very precious.

    This picture of Mukesh Ambani’s son, ‘Anant Ambani’ is one of the examples of how people are realizing the fact that being fit and healthy is a much important thing.

    The everyday diet that you intake plays a vital role in determining your health. So the first thing you should change when you feel something wrong is happening with your health is to change your diet. Follow a definite schedule to eat your food! The spices in your kitchen are more than enough in helping you stay healthy and fit.

    Cinnamon, Cumin, Garlic, Cardamom, Black pepper etc… When boiled in water and drank everyday helps you in weight loss. They help you attaining a perfect shape and size. Water is another thing which does good to your body in all ways. But yes, people say drinking water at correct time that is after waking up, 30 minutes before meals, before taking bath and before going to the bed benefits you a little more maximizing its efficiency.

    On the other hand, though your daily intake of food is well in proportion, if you don’t exercise or move your body, all your efforts for being healthy will go in vain. Yoga, Aerobics, Skipping, Running and Swimming, Cycling or just walking for a certain amount of time will be helpful. Fitness makes you get a perfect shape and strengthens your body. It will also give you a flawless and beautiful skin.

    But yes, doing anything to the extremes can lead to illness.So take necessary care before initiating this step. Just make it as a resolution to be healthy from now and enjoy your lovely life ahead. Making this as your everyday habit to get up early in the morning, to exercise, to eat healthy, to think healthy and to be healthy really makes a great and good change! Just give it a try! Reading this and thinking to follow looks easier than it actually is. You should be dedicated, bold, enthusiastic and faithful to achieve anything you want in your life and the same applies here.
