All colleges require you to pay the application fee while applying. The fee shall be different depending on the university and the course, so check the application fee for each college.

Cost of living in Sweden

The average student budget in Sweden amounts to around SEK 8,000, including the cost of living in Sweden. The most cost effective option is student housing and dormitory for which usually help is obtained from university or student organisations.  Time for queuing a student hall is for 6 months to 1 year and even 3-4 years to a student apartment. Students usually receive the Tunnelbana (underground), bus, or tram pass to get around. A pass for adults costs 860 SEK (around 95 US dollar) but for students, that is 570 SEK (around 63 US dollars) a month. However, compared to most European countries, there are other costs that are very expensive. For example, food can be quite costly at the supermarket.

Various visa regulations may apply, depending on your nationality. EU / Economic Area / Nordic schoolchildren don’t need a residence permit.
