This is one of the least appreciated feature of MS Office. It is one of the most useful applications available in Microsoft Office. Office 2016 allows you to share a OneNote notebook with as many people as you want and it also works with text, images, worksheets, emails and any other document type you can think of, it can be a great central resource for a team working on a common project, if they know how to use it.
