We all are aware of the fact that nowadays fitness is very important for each and every individual. Fitness is in various forms –Physical fitness, mental fitness, social fitness etc. The change in lifestyle of the people has affected our fitness. Nowadays we prefer eating junk food like pizza, burger etc which had made us physically as well as mentally unfit. According to a study, the increase of junk food is directly associated with an increase in obesity, high blood pressure, certain cancer, tooth decay and another disease.

All these issues can concur only by regular exercise.  Regular exercise can strengthen your body and make them healthier. It can strengthen your heart, improve your blood cholesterol, increase flexibility, improve your sleep, reduce stress and increase your endurance.

The first place that comes to our mind when we hear the word fitness is GYM. The gym is where you redefine yourself into a new you. For most of the people it is torture place but for some, it’s a there way of escaping from heartbreak, depression, and anxiety. The gym is the short form of the gymnasium. Even though if we are not interested in bulging biceps or a slim beach body, a gym provides a variety of benefits to improve and maintain your personal health. And for the past five years, this industry is growing so well.

Joining a gym adds a social element that can help in motivating you to work harder to meet your goals. Spending money on fitness center membership might also get you out of the house more often. In addition to building muscle and losing weight, gym workout can help you improve or maintain your balance, gait, and agility. A key benefit of the gym is the variety of equipment it offers, letting you work out using different footwork, speed, agility, and balance movement.

For people, this is the place to stay fit and get back to their perfect shape. To get to the shape they always wanted from building physique you can do all that under one roof with correct exercise, nutrition, and training.

 

 

But according to the survey, there are about 54 million people in America who use the gym, but only 4 out of 5 people use their yearly membership. Rest of the people leave their gym because of some common reason like lack of time, job etc. Sometimes people get addicted to the gym also they started feeling discomfort, restlessness etc when they stop going to the gym.  The biggest negative effect of doing gym is that you can risk serious injury while exercising in a gym as you are pushing yourself physically hard that is against your comfort zone.

There are some people in this world who are unable to exercise under a roof. For them the best option is YOGA.  Though many people think yoga is only a physical exercise where people can twist, turn, stretch, and breathe in the most complex ways, these are actually only the most superficial aspect of this profound science of unfolding the infinite potentials of the human mind and soul. The science of Yoga explains the complete essence of the Way of Life.

 

It improves physical fitness, stress, controls general well-being, mental clarity, and greater self-understanding. People of all ages can do yoga and it can also be adapted for people with disabilities or special needs. The asana’ s enhance muscle strength, coordination, flexibility and can help to keep our body fit control cholesterol level, reduces weight, normalizes blood pressure and improves cardiovascular performance.

Since every coin has two faces, yoga also has negative effect .yoga can only be done with correct knowledge, improper posture can lead to the serious physical injuries like muscle cramp or dislocation.

Most of the people are very busy because of their hectic schedule. So for them, aerobics is the best way to stay fit. Research shows that aerobic exercise is beneficial even if it is done in shorter segments throughout the day.

Even if you have a busy schedule, you can find time for several 10-minute periods of moderate-intensity aerobic activity. Lastly, any kind of physical activity like jogging, various outdoor sports like long tennis, badminton etc can help you to stay fit.
