Rupert Grint announced that he and his partner are expecting their first child. The 31-year-old actor is popularly known for his role of Ron Weasley in the hit film franchise Harry Potter. Grint shared the news through a representative, reports dailymail.co.uk.
“Rupert Grint and Georgia Groome are excited to announce they are expecting a baby and would please ask for privacy at this time”, said the representative.
Who is Rupert Grint?
Born on 24 August, 1988, Grint is an English actor and Producer. Other than evergreen Harry Potter film series he has played co leader in Thunderpants. Not only this but he is also famous for his central role in many films. His acting in drama movies such as Cherrybomb and Driving Lessons has made him of one teenager’s favourite.

He has won Young Artist Award for his role in Harry Potter and The Philosopher’s Stone. This was his Award, clearly very special for him. He has won a lot of Awards in different ceremonies for his role in Harry Potter so far. Other Than Harry Potter he was awarded for his film Mojo with WhatsOnStage Awards for Best London Newcomer of the Year.

China to screen Harry Potter in 3D and 4K
After winning the long deadliest battle from pandemic coronavirus. China has decided that Harry Potter and Sorcerer’s Stone will be screened in China. The first movie of Harry Potter series will be used to revive Chinese Cinema halls to help people to cope up with post pandemic stress.
According to Variety a poster displaying Harry’s bird bringing the letter from Hogwarts which reads “Magic Is Coming” has been released. Though they haven’t revealed any official date but it is expected to screen around April 30.
