NATURAL HAIR MASKS FOR FRIZZY HAIR

How can we find more mess in the world , when we are stucked up in our own messy frizzy locks. but worry no more…Here are some very simple and cost- friendly masks that will not only nurture your frizzy hair, but will promote your hair growth too. Now you don’t need to chase the chemical-packed costly frizz-fighters, but just have to go the kitchen to grabe some easy pantry ingredients.

Check out these cool DIY masks to naturally tame unruly frizzes –

1. MAYONNAISE EGG HONEY HAIR MASK-

Home-made mayonnaise is an ultimate de-frizzer, you can find, which along with egg and honey in taming wild-frizzy hair. Egg not only softens and smoothes the dry and frizzy locks but also nourishes your scalp and roots. Egg is rich in multi-vitamins and minerals.

On the other side, Honey is a natural humectant which adds moisture to dry frizzy hair, conditions and moisturizes dry hair locks and adds shine to the hair too.

INGREDIENTS-

  • 2 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey

METHOD-

Take a small mixing bowl, crack an egg and whisk it until it is frothy. Combine the above ingredients completely. Use a cotton ball to apply the mask to your hair follicles and massage the mixture to your wet hair. Wind your hair in a high bun over your head and cover your hair with shower cap to retain the moisture of the mask. Sit for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, rinse the mask from the hair roots to the ends. Rinse off as many times as possible until all of the mask is off. Shampoo well to remove the hair mask’s smellĀ  and give a final rinse with cold water.

2. BANANA ALMOND OIL HAIR MASK-

Banana, despite being a very tasty sweet fruit, it posseses some medicinal properties too, it traps moisture into dry frizzes, nourishes scalp and hair follicles. It helps in maintaining the natural hair elasticity and prevents breakage and split ends. While Almond oil on the other side is rich in multi-vitamins and omega fatty acids. It penetrates deep into scalp and strengthen the roots.

INGREDIENTS-

  • 2 Ripe banans
  • 1-2teaspoons of almond oil

METHOD-

Mash 2 ripe bananas in a mixing bowl and stir in the almond oil together with banana puree. Apply the hair mask onto your strands, starting from the hair roots, working downwards. Tie your hair in a loose bun and cover with a shower cap. Wait for 15 minutes. Wash off the mask and shampoo your hair and rinse with cold water.

3. AVOCADO , COCONUT MILK AND OLIVE OIL HAIR MASK-

Avocado contains vitamins, healthy fat and minerals. It has moisturizing and hydrating properties that revitalizes dry, fragile hair. It protects hair elasticity too and prevents damage. Coconut milk too on the other hand is a very good as it moisturizes and conditions frizzy hair.

Lastly Olive Oil ,naturally conditions and smoothens rough hair.

INGREDIENTS-

  • 1 Small ripe avocado
  • 1/2 cup fresh coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

METHOD-

Puree 1/2 a ripe avocado in a blender and stir coconut milk and olive oil and mix it well. Apply the mixture to your scalp going downwards. Rinse it with cold water and shampoo later on.
