Anushka Sharma has a well-toned body and the secret lies in her regular workout. Dance to her is the best form of cardio workout. Sharma says that she is blessed with a naturally slim body so she doesn’t have to do strenous workout to shed fat from the body. Four Times weight training in a week amalgamated with regular yoga is what keeps her brisk throughout the day.
Anushka strongly practices meditation two times a day, once in the morning and before going to bed. It releases her stress and keeps her mind and mood sound. The actress strongly beleives that rest is the vital key for rejuvenating your body because workout without proper rest is good for nothing. She takes proper sleep of eight to nine hours to keep her fresh for the next day.

She has a well-toned and shaped body and she is extremely concious about her diet. She abstains from the consumption of junk food and prefers eating home-made food. She feels that just like a mirror, our skin reflects exactly what we feed to our stomach. Our face glows naturally when we consume wholesome foods, whereas junk food imparts a tired look to us.
Anushka Sharma consumes 4-5 glasses of water in the morning. In the breakfast she takes , two egg whites along with one glass of fruit juice. At approximately 10am-11am she prefers eating cheese toast as a second small meal. in her lunch menu, she takes home-made food that includes yellow dal, green vegetables, chapattis and vegetable salad.
She takes protein bar or fruits as her evening meal. She takes coconut or lime water to keep herself hydrated. She follows the same healthy meal for the dinner as well. Her daily routine includes 3-4 litres of water, it eliminates all the toxins of her body.
