Rupa Publications was founded in the year 1936 by D. Mehra and R.K.Mehra at a College Street in Kolkata. The key people of this publication house includes Kapish Mehra with the founding members. The interesting part lies in its logo which was decided by Satyajit Ray who is also a celebrated writer in Bengali language.

Before you email your proposal for consideration, make sure your proposal is in English language and is a Fictional story, the synopsis of your story in not more than 2 pages, the first three sample chapters (in pdf or doc. document) , use only Times New Roman Font (12/14) for your submission, wait for at least three months to know whether your proposal is selected or not.
