1. Indra Nooyi

Indra Krishnamurthy Nooyi has consistently been ranked among the World’s 100 Most Powerful Women. She is the CEO of Pepsico, the second largest food and beverage business in the world by net revenue. She received bachelor’s degrees in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from Madras Christian College of the University of Madras in 1974 and a Post Graduate Programme from IIM Calcutta in 1976.

2. Sergey Brin

Together with Larry Page, Sergey Brin co founded Google.  He attended Eleanor Roosevelt High School, Greenbelt, Maryland. In September 1990, Brin got enrolled in the University of Maryland, where he received his Bachelor of Science from the Department of Computer Science 1993 with honors in computer science and mathematics, which is part of the University of Maryland College of Computer Science, Mathematics and Natural Sciences.  Brin is the President of Google’s parent company Alphabet Inc. As of February 2018, Brin is the 13th-richest person in the world, with an estimated net worth of US $47.5 billion.

3. Jeffrey R. Immelt

The CEO of General Electric, Immelt studied applied mathematics at Dartmouth University. He later received his MBA from Harvard Business School. According to Immelt, however, his bachelor’s in mathematics is the more valuable of the two: “I use my math major every day — I don’t use the MBA quite as much.” He is currently working as a venture partner at New Enterprise Associates.
