    When you’re in kolkata how dare you say that to a bangali babu who’s offering you ‘RASGULLAS’ ! if I were you , I surely would have eaten up all ! Since now a days a every body is so health conscious and mainly the young ladies are on prolong diet they are missing it all! Surely leaving them those who are reading this article ,must have  a putrid weakness for Rasgullas .     Have you been trying to make rasgullas at home or have you seen your mother or grandma making this delights for your family ? Well those were the days when people used their hands to make these sweets. With growing sense of technology nowadays people have become so lazy that they aren’t able to sit and make delights for their own family ! Sounds funny , yes but it is true ! They’re ‘RESTLESS’ .

    When mom or grandma made these sweets for you it not only contained the ingredients of the sweets but some uncountable love, and affection , which you cannot get in an air tightened ready made sweet jars from the market! Simply it won’t taste like home . So be a change and try it out yourself , you never know those air tightened jar foods are healthy or not! download (15)

    Rasgullas are a popular Odia sweet dish or dessert, commonly found in the states of Odisha and West Bengal and other states in India. It is tasty and veg too. The ingredients that will be needed are :

     

    1 liter (0.3 US gal) milk

    ½ tsp. citric acid

    1 ½ cups sugar

    4 cups water

    2-3 drops rose essence

    If you wanna make citric juice rasgulla you’re gonna need more ingredients so note down !

    1 liter (0.3 US gal) milk.

    1.5 tablespoons lime or lemon juice

    Ice cubes (about 6)

    1 ½ cups sugar + 4 cups water to make sugar syrup

    ½ teaspoon cardamom powder

    Well after this take these delicious delights out of the kadhai and place them on a plate . You’ll find these are hot and spongy well in this bangaliana , all of the Bengali’s will suggest  to eat it there and then , because when you’ll put them in the mouth a massive blast of hot sugar’s gonna bursts in there!  What ?
